Great place to pick your own parts. Cars are in numbered rows. Will need to pull up their website to figure out where the cars are.

This place is VERY dishonest they charge you for part warranty with out asking you and when you complain about they ARE very rudeWarranty is optional they had posted two signs stating about the FEE but when you are in line waiting to pay you really cant see it.They are legally robbing people.If you had to go to this unprofessional junk yard make SURE if the part youre buying doesnt require warranty.SAY IT LOUD AND CLEAR I,I DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED NO WARRANTY NEED IT!

Nothing irritates me more than to go lookIng for a part and to find some azz done destroyed several parts to get the part they wanted this destroying the part you needed..

The cashier and the counter employees are always professional and respectful. Prices are great as always. It youre fixing your car or truck this is the place to get used parts.

Cashier refused to refund the $7 warranty when I clearly stated that I did not want the warranty. She stated that it is too late to refund it. Poor customer service...

Somehow it was better when it was crazy rays. Everything was very disorganized. No the lot is not paved btw which another reviewer was stating.

Just started going to junkyards this past month and Im actually kinda impressed. Has inventory listed on site of what row and space is extremely convenient. Great price on the 6 or 7 things I e gotten so far. Cheap entrance fee and nice,polite workers.

If your looking for any bmw parts here. Dont do it they are mostly likey gone and stripped due to the fact that they get put out before they hit the website and there are scarpers waiting for newer models like 2008 or up. Has a wide selection for other cars tho.

The took cashier, African American lady and a white guy, very rude people. The worst kind of people have ever seen.

This place has a lot of different types of car s if you bring your tools and pull your car parts you can save a lot of money this place can be a life saver

The yard is very well organized, and vehicles are easily accessible. The number system is great. Staff is friendly and would recommend as one of the cleanest yards you can find.

Clean easy to find what your looking for. The prices are higher now as apposed to when it was Crazy Rays. Thats my only complaint

Hard to get there if youre coming from the south and are unaware of the toll booths. Strangely enough, though, very easy to leave. Not a bad place.

Good selection good prices. One downside is they dont let you bring testing tools in like multimeters. Whats surprising is the level of camaraderie among patrons. Most people will lend you a tool that you forgot.

This place is hit or miss....went get a grill off a cadillac fleetwood ....perfect in pictures...get email alert...go to store 10 minutes after car is emailed in the yard....grill is broke ...ask yard guy what happened to the grill he says they break a lot of them when the put the car in the yard....he says they brake them on purpose alot 2nd time on a caddy grill....300$ grill broke on purpose.....should be fired...also totally agree that most good parts are stripped before the car goes in the yard....place has gone downhill!

Cashier was rude, unprofessional, and clearly does not have any knowledge. Up charged me $7 for a plastic intake manifold that was a different type of plastic.

My son called they had the piece and they told me actually where it was. In and out like a ninja

You find what vehicle you need parts for, the Lot is in various vehicle order you pick the part and you pull the part.

Employees are great, but some of customers shouldnt be pulling parts, they will destroy a perfect valuable good parts to get a $2 bulb

The african american woman at the checkout is so rude. She charged me different piece which is higher than mine. She tried to push me to sign the receipt and when I told her this is not my piece she said I know what I am doing. I pulled my phone and showed her the price for my piece and then called someone else so they refunded me partial of the difference in cash. Because there was a long line, I chose to pass and not telling her the refunded cash was missing $5. LKQ, when you hire people, please check their math knowledge !

Hate that LKQ has the junkyard now, they jacked up the prices, and try to charge for every little thing. eastside recycling ya best bet, for the prices u pay at lkq u do better at eastside, plus they pull the parts.

Thought this place would have improved when LKQ took over. Seems like it’s only gone downhill. Cars are stripped wrecks, seems like most good parts are pulled before they’re made available to customers. Staff is rude, Unknowledgeable, and treats every customer like a criminal. Business has a very unprofessional and unlawful practice of leaving customers personal information exposed in open view of the public & will not let you enter their mess of a yard unless you agree to this. Nothing on this property is worth the risk of having your identity stolen because the business was negligent in the disclosure of your infornation. To add insult to injury the parking lot is littered with metal debris which could be damaging to tires. I lived without this place when it was Crazy Rays, I can live without it as LKQ.

Went to hawkins point to take advantage of the !40% sale and took time to pull my parts to my shock i get to the window and was told that were not participating in the40% sale that was like being !!ROBBED!! With out a pistol #very disappointed # not good business practices# whats good for one should be good for all!!.

This location you will always find a part you need

If you try and sell your vehicle they will screw you over. Tell give you a higher quote over the phone and drastically drop it once you are in person.

Extremely expensive place, rude and careless staff.

Went there today for a rear axle for my pickup truck went in signed in staff very rude and unprofessional I proceed to the back to get my part I find a truck in the back stacked on top of another but there was my part I needed ice been to every location nothing but here it is I cant get it out because its in between another I go to staff to see if possible to retrieve it they told me those vehicles are for scrap and not for sale I even explained I would purchase the entire vehicle for double just to get that part still unable to help I do alot of business in the parts industry and will no longer continue to do business with this SHADY establishment I knew the owners of crazy rays personally my whole life I wish it was never sold
