Very rude and disrespectful I asked for a estimate of the damages of my vehicle. first and foremost a guy came our to give me a estimate he said he only can write estimates for damages he visually see’s. He took pictures of everything then I was told to wait in my car for 10-15 mins, so I waited and decided to go inside to see if he had all documents ready then a lady by the name of Tiffany came out to speak with me about the same exact things the guy had explained and said she wanted to look at it for herself so she said I have to pull my car in the shop now because it’s raining I told her that I had a meeting to attend and that what’s the difference the employe at this shop name TIFFANY started to yell being rude saying that she’s done talking I’m even going to get the work done or not and that I can find some place else so that what I did I do not recommend nobody here

This is the 2nd time that I can to the shop to get some body work done on a vehicle and was well please with customer service, representative, and mechanical work. I highly recommend this Crash Champion Collision; their body work is excellent. I have no complaints.

Messed up my Van! Took it in for work now my sensor is not working went to the owner was told oh bring it to me in 3days. I have 2 kids 1yr and 3yo they messed my sensor up in my Honda Odyssey I got to crawl in the back to put my kids in and out. My window is blowing air because something is off. My back up sensor is also not working. Do not get your repairs done here the owner is very unprofessional and they drive your vehicle and burn all your gas out!

Could not recommend signature collision more! They made the process of getting my car fixed after an accident as easy as possible. They did quality work and even cleaned the exterior and interior before I picked it up. They were great communicators with constant updates. I worked with Jen whose customer service was second to none. So grateful for them during what is otherwise a painful and frustrating process.

From the time I walked through the door of signature collision. Everything was flawless. From the lady at the reception desk across from her is the lady at enterprise. To the lady I did the inspection of my vehicle with, to the gentleman who went the the restroom. All were absolutely professional polite with a smile thee entire time. Signature Collision repaired my car after being in an accident and my car looks like new. I am beyond pleased. They have exceptional customer service as well.

Ive been to this body shop twice now and they got my car looking brand new again, twice. They are very good at their work. No weekend hours is a downside but they open early and stay open pretty long. They kept me informed and up to date during the whole process.

The staff keeps you informed about the progress of your car.The office staff is polite and helpful. I havent got my car back as of yet, but the experience that Ive had is excellent.

My car ready date was changed 3 times it took an extra week from initial completion. The front of my hood was damaged and only the front to the hood was painted not the fullness. Thankfully I have another car because the extra week would have been rough. My car also had hardened bird poop when returned to me. So a quick wash should have been done atleast. The work finished feels well and looks well.

They lost the bumper to my car(!!!) and didnt want to replace it... had to call in my insurance company to handle it... got my bumper. Shouldnt have had to do that, you lose something you replace it... both common sense & professional courtesy was lacking.

Poor service. They tried to blame some of the damage on me after hitting a deer. Didnt want to fix the damage. Had to take my truck over to Jones Junction where they were able to determine if it was accident related or my own doing. They determined it was accident related and was able to fix the problem.

Car was broken into Windows smashed interior of our car ripped up because no security and car was left out on lot our car was destroyed terrible

The cars are detailed very well.

This place have very good customer service but does very poor vehicle repairs. I returned twice for the same issue which still isn’t fixed. The manager even views the work per my request, clearly sees the issue, and tries to excuse the poorly done work. Unbelievable!! Will never return for any vehicle repairs. Unfortunately, I have to continue to return until this issue is addressed properly. Everyone!! Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to have your vehicle repaired.

I really didnt have no complaints at this time i was a little upset because what happen concerning the card and traction on that day the problem was sob thanku other then that i was please with the work on my car. Thanks

I just had my car serviced there a few weeks ago and I just think ( now call me crazy) but if you remove something off someone’s car you should put it back and you may wanna use the exact same thing you took off or at least the same model. Y’all ain’t even worth the time to come back which would have been my 2ND time. Never will y’all service me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

If I ever again need body work on my car, Im taking it here. I was constantly kept abreast of the progress on my car and when I got it back, it was fully detailed. It was cleaner than what it was when I dropped it off. Great service from front desk to manager.

Great response from the manager who is very efficient in his follow up with the customer. The customer service from the front desk person could improve but outside of that...great experience.

I had to return 3 times for different things.They are not putting the cars back together as the factory made them and they are doing rush jobs,pushing the car out before the paint has dried.And the guy at the desk was rude and didnt care about the visibly shotty work.Never again.

I was given the wrong address so I was 30 minutes late. When got there they didnt have any customer at the time, and I asked could he still take me he said he has to wait a few minutes before he can take some else and the was before his 10 oclock appointment. Then, 10:15 comes and been there for over 30 minutes and I was late for work.
