Ive been a huge Michaels fan since they opened their first brick-an-morter in Maryland. I simply get lost in my creative imagination, and end up spending more money then I had planned on . I also appreciate their expansive magazine selection . Its filled with everything that a creative woman (or man) needs to expand their knowledge and to get those creative juices flowing . I Love Michaels !!!

Easy to park there which is always a benefit. Store was very clean. A lot of products were on sale. A lot to choose from.

I drove 40 mins just for their jewelry section to be empty. Employee are no where to be found. Once I just grabbed anything and got to the register she doesnt have change to five me and no apple pay! A mess I asked when their section would be complete to shop from and she didnt answer the question. Pointless sloppy! They must be re doing it in there very disappointed

Absolutely love this store. Always spend too much money!!!! But its so easy to get lost in the sales and fun craft stuff. Picked up a craft table. Only wish there was someone there to help me lift the 50 lb. box. I pushed to carts to the checkout with no help and the cashier didnt even see if I needed help getting it to my car. That was very disappointing.

Staff was extremely rude and did not have a single thing in stock I was looking for I understand the mask mandate and Im not fighting it but if you are kicking customers out of the store that do not have a mask a sign should be shown on your way in but there is no sign stating the masked mandate required they would just rather rudely tell you to leave and accuse you of ignoring a sign thats not displayed anywhere

I came for some candles but they were out of stock even though the website says its still in stock. Im not tripping this happens... But their shelves were really messy and almost empty too! Its not a bad place Michaels is Michaels, but Ive been to much cleaner/organized stores.

While shopping during mask mandates (8/28) a customer without a mask was served without question. When I questioned why, the staff said they cant do anything.If the staff arent willing to enforce the mandate of a customer who puts the lives of other customers and the staff at risk, a security guard should be hired.Until then, Im not willing to shop somewhere thats dangerous.

This place was very disappointing. They werent limiting the number of folks in the store. Nor did the store look clean and organized. Took me 20 mins to find someone to help me. The line was about 40 people. In my opinion that should have never happened especially now with the pandemic. They really need to get a grip on things.

I experienced the worst customer service at checkout. I greeted the employee with “Hello!” Only to receive a response that was, “Jesus Christ! If only I could ever get out of here on time” 😳 I did not respond yet she told me to “hold on!” while she fiddled with her login. Another employee arrived in a very good mood and I truly wish I could have been helped by her instead.

Awesome clean store. Has some amazing things if your really into all different types of arts and crafts.

The store itself was fine. A little cluttered and messy and I felt like the inventory on some items was low. But it’s a pandemic everyone is doing crafts. However while checking out the cashier, a young black women, was not exactly thrilled to be working. The entire check out process while she fiddled around with things just complained the whole time about how tired she was and was counting down the minutes until she could leave and her shift was over. And she just kept on and kept on mentioning it to a point where it was just awkward. Just saying several times how her brain was mush that day and she just had two more hours until she could go home. We’re all human. But stuff like that you shouldn’t be saying to customers. It’s just weird and makes the customer uncomfortable.

If you want to make something from beads to wood from flowers to paint a masterpiece they have it

Michaels is the same everywhere. Craft fantastic! Store was neat and orderly, quiet and not crowded. We didnt find what we were looking for, but no big deal. Itll be there next time around.

This is a pretty good Michaels. Clean and lately finding someone to help me there is a breeze! This is my latest project. I painted some old frames, outlet covers, and canvasses. My daughters rooms are Lilly Pulitzer, so I painted these to match.

My first time going to Michaels, was very warm welcoming... I love the store because it has a lot of arts and crafts items; a long with other items that you wouldnt think would be in their. The have one disabled cart for those in need of extra assistance. Also I use my coupons and sent little to nothing...

Great selection but beware Michaels bathroom is always gross. Its best to go before you come or use the bathroom in another store. Funny thing is Ive been to multiple locations and the bathrooms are all the same.

Went today for the Kids arts and craft from 1-3pm. Today was make your own slime. My daughter had a great time. The staff was super friendly. Definitely will be going back next Saturday!

I love shopping at Michaels. They have what you need for whatever craft project you are working on. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Just wish they still had a large selection of adult coloring books.

Its your standard crafts shop, located in the Canton Crossing shopping center. As such it is an easy spot to get to and great for quick shopping tips.They have an ample supply of various items, from frames to paints, yarns to fake flowers. Personally I have had great luck with frames at this location. They also have a custom framing area for pictures that require special treatment.

This is the absolute worst Michaels I’ve ever been to. I went in today to buy black matte spray paint and saw that they were in a locked case. I hit the assistance button located in front of the case and my boyfriend walked around the store to try and find someone and after 15-20 minutes we didn’t see one employee on the floor and no one came to assist us. I shop at Michael’s all the time and I’ve never once been disappointed until I walked into this location.
