Got a fridge for 1/3 the new price, cord was damaged upon delivery but they had a tech come out same day that I called. He swapped the cable and its working beautifully now. Quick, hassle free and the cashier is very helpful with no pressure sales. Only trouble was the delivery guys only speak spanish. Note the compressor needs a few hours to settle before you plug in otherwise you could damage it.

Believe this star is generous. Everything was going well with my purchase until I tried to use my dryer and it didnt work. Technician came out and said Ill need a new one. Bought on Thursday and friday he came out. Its Saturday and I have to wait for something I paid for even though they bought be a broken dryer. Make it make sense please. Warranty or not I shouldve been helped.

OMG! I felt really comfortable about purchasing from here because the ratings were very good. But NOTHING could have prepared me for what I experienced. Besides the fact that the customer service was great, the delivery was UNBELIEVABLE!I had new carpet. The delivery guys removed my old appliances (refrigerator -stove was already out but in the alley. They picked it up and hauled it away when they finished everything) and brought in the new ones WITHOUT the use of a handcart! 😳. They used this harness type contraption and CARRIED EVERYTHING THEMSELVES! Really impressive! They were very strong! Absolutely NOTHING touched my carpet. They had masks on and they wiped their feet on the mat EVERY TIME they came in my house. When we gave the guys a $50 tip, which they truly deserved, they we like, “what’s this for?” They were so humbled, they didn’t even realize it was for their outstanding service. It’s just what they do! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS APPLIANCE COMPANY TO ANYONE looking for stoves, refrigerators and washer/dryers 100% HANDS DOWN!!

The washer was in almost new condition. The delivery men were very professional and fast. The machine was as promised and works just like new. I spoke with the owner several times and gave great service with prompt to return messages and phone calls. When it is time to purchase more appliances i will definitely shop here!

Very good prices. very honest with you. im disabled, and they offer delivery at an extremely fair price too. and their warranty service is outstanding. my washer latch seemed to malfunction and they replaced the washer with no fuss or hassle. i would recommend them to friends and family.

I was skeptical about going here but my friend talked me into it so I could save money. I was very pleased at 1st with the washer and dryer I purchased. Different brands but unless you scan the appliances very closely you cant really tell and because they were different brands I got them both very cheap. About 28 days later my washer stops working. I called to inform the company. Noel was out in 2 days to look at the washer. He was on time, I was given a 3 hour window, but he was here at the very top of the 1st hour. He was very polite and fixed the issue very quickly. Im really pleased with the services in store and with the service call to my home.

I got fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave for a fantastic price two of which were brand new. The warranties are reasonable. Beatriz is very kind and helpful. I had a problem with some measurements and needed a different microwave, NTA was super accommodating with barely a question! They have a lot to choose from ranging from older appliances to brand new. I have a great experience at this place

I was a little skeptical at first when seeing posts on FB from this place but I gave it a shot and Im glad I did.Wholesale/scratch and dent warehouse place in Baltimore. Reasonable prices and nice people to do business with.I bought a washer and dryer set from them. Few minor dings and scrapes but works fine.Only downside is the place is very hard to find. Your GPS will take you to the front of a different warehouse. Had to call to verify and was told to drive behind the first warehouse. Wish there was a sign.Will shop here again.

I went there last week because I have seen a washer and dryer that They posted however when I got to the store to see the machines, they were rusted and the washer rubber very dirty with mold. A lot of items didn’t look the same like the pictures they posted. So if you buy make sure you check it thru . The lady that sales there tries to convince you to buy but I don’t like that type of pressure that they give customers. I’m glad I drove an hour to see it personally.
