I recently purchased a refrigerator for my mother. My mom always wanted a side by side with a nice maker, so I found one at A and M for a very reasonable price, Actually much better than I thought I would, Unfortunately it was too big, lol. However A and M was nice enough to make the exchange charging me only for delivery., but she did not like new properly sized refrigerators she want the oversized refrigerator instead. A and M exchanged once again but without fee. Thankfor you service and uu understanding. I will definitely refer friends to them.

I was so happy to find this place! I got a washer in fantastic condition for a fraction of the price that it would have cost in any other store. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was even able to get my washer delivered the very next day - the process was super fast and the delivery team was very quick and careful to install my new machine and take my old one away. Definitely recommend going here!

Plenty of dented and lately used appliances, great for a quick replacement. The only issue would be the parking and access to the ramp. Staff are very friendly and helpful, plenty of options and good prices

I will not be buying anything else from this establishment. They act like they dont understand English when you have a complaint about something that you brought. The tech had to come to my house 3 times in order to fix the issue.

Excellent company, I highly recommend! We were in need of a refrigerator quickly, and they had a large variety with great prices. Their staff is excellent!!! The sales staff and floor staff were very helpful and friendly, very hard workers. The deliver guys were very respectful and accommodating, even allowing me to finish cleaning the floor before installing the new fridge after removing my old fridge. Been shopping everywhere for an upright freezer. Preferably frost-free, they told me they only had chest freezers. But why walking in the warehouse which was very clean I noticed something out of the corner of my eye and it was an upright freezer and they just received in the day before. I looked at it and to my surprise it was very clean they plugged it in to show me that it worked it was very cold for about an hour or two is almost freezing. Needless to say I purchased it and they do do delivery with in Baltimore City. And the price was very doable. I would recommend them to anyone. And they were very friendly.

Today was my first time going to an used appliances store and I really liked all the appliances.Everyone seemed busy helping others alot. I must say is a busy store, lots of products to choose from. Carlos helped me pick my appliances which I’m happy with and Jacquie did my invoice in a matter of seconds, they both provide a prompt and friendly service. Excellent!

I paid for a washer and dryer and told them I wanted it the same way they had it in the store the peopl came and told me they left it at the store then I call and she say they don’t sell them then if they going to sell a dryer with the wrong piece to plague it in they need to sell the adapters to then they say that’s you’re problem I will never get nothing from them again they lie in you’re face!!

The delivery guys where very polite, they were quick, and professional. They made sure the appliance was working before they left. Awesome workers.

Terrible service, I was promised, microwave installation; it never happened(they kept giving me excuses, at the end I gave up and they just left). Dryer turned on but was not drying. At the end I kept calling the owner Mateas, and he never answered( which was with whom I made the deal with). I ended up paying someone else to install it. I had to go back to the place and spoke with one of the ladies( Might of been Jacky). She promised me a full refund, she told me when to go back for the money. As soon as got home, she texted me saying that they do not do refunds( when she had just just promised me a refund). Big headache I had with this people. At the end I had to take some expensive dishwasher+stove, for more than half of the money i had given them. It was the only way I got some of my money back. When they delivered the dishwasher and stove, they took the rest; dryer+washer and refrigerator. At the end they left a big dent on one of my walls; I contacted Mateas by call and txt no response. Even sent him a picture of the dent in the wall. He never got back to me, to take responsibility or anything.Like I said big headache and a really bad experience I had with this people(Especially with owner).

This place is not much to look at from the outside, but its a good sized warehouse on the inside with a variety of appliances. My fiance and I purchased a Kenmore Washer & Dryer that was barely used. Beatriz was friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions and more. She helped us find the perfect new Washer & Dryer for our family.The products have a 4 month warranty and the delivery/installation was VERY reasonably priced. They even hauled away our old washer and dryer for no additional cost. The delivery and installation team was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. They tested both machines before leaving our house and cleaned up the areas around the washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

Bought 4 appliances from them including two propane stoves and a stacked washer dryer. Both propane stoves has internal gas leaks. The washer dryer had an electrical issue in the interior. All three were fire hazards. The stoves were installed in Tenants apartments before the issues were found. They sent a Technician out to fix the stoves but they could not be fixed on site. They removed the stoves and fixed off site. I was told that they would reinstall them at no charge. They delivered the stoves but refused to install them or reimburse us for the cost of the second install. These appliances obviously were not tested. We paid twice to install stoves and our Tenants were without stoves for a week. Appliances had serious safety defects. Avoid these guys at all costs.

This is a place I found on Facebook marketplace. Their prices were lower then anything Ive seen around. They had a huge selection of anything you would want. Nice high end fridges, washer dryers, microwaves, stoves and accessories. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I bought a brand new gorgeous stove from them. They wrapped it up and put it in my SUV. Im very happy with the choices they had, the service, the ease, and promptness. I would recommend and although 2 hours from my house it was completely worth the drive.

I wanted to stop by and check their inventory since I had message Ingrid Martinz through marketplace and Ive seen good reviews on their page about Jackie customer service. I went there on Monday and asked for Ingrid which barely speaks english so I asked for Jackie and they said she dont work there anymore which got me disappointed right away. I didnt buy from this place because seems like you are on your own here either they dont speak english or their just not around when needed.Appliances look too used some are okay but new would be ideal. Thought it wouldve been better customer service and product.

Good prices, large variety of appliances and free delivery.

Brought a dryer that didn’t work. They said they will send somebody out to look at it because its was in warranty. Person called saying he would come out on the following Saturday between 9 and 11; brought the dryer on a Sunday. It is now 2:00pm on Saturday and haven’t seen anyone and not even a phone call.

I bought some appliances yesterday and Jackie was very friendly and helped us made a great choice. Delivery made next day and the two young guys did an excellent job at installing everything. Easy purchase. I would give them 10+ starsHIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience dealing with Carlos. I thought I had an electric dryer but when they delivered the new dryer they discovered the old dryer was gas. Carlos had a gas dryer hooked up and delivered that same Saturday.

Got one good product and one bad product. The bad product needed multiple repairs (of course right outside of warranty). The good product is still working fine after 2 years. At least the products are inexpensive. May want to go with a box store if you are looking for long term items.

Even though at first we had a few mis- communications, the company came through with flying colors. I got one of the best deals on a refurbished Samsung 4 French door unit that no one could beat by a few hundred dollars. The unit was practically brand new with no surface scratches. Their delivery crew was professional, quick and friendly. They were very innovative in getting the refrigerator through very tight areas. I would recommend this company.

Dryer stop working 6 months from purchase. Called to get it repaired and the lies about fixing it. Took the dryer apart and left it in my home without repairing. Now they wont answer the phone.

They do not honor their word or warranty. The owner is a coward and won’t return my calls or texts. They sold me a faulty refrigerator, messed it up even worse when they came to repair it, and now I can’t even get them to acknowledge me. There’s no accountability so if you’re considering becoming their customer, buy at your own risk. If you buy from an authorized dealer, you won’t have this issue.

They stayed after hours to help us out. we got a good working dryer at great price with 90 day warranty. 100% legit.

I bought a washer and dryer and on the very same day discovered that the washer motor was broken and the dryer door came off. They offered to exchange them. But would not refund the money. Stay away. If you can afford it just buy brand new from regular retailers

They have very nice looking appliances but they do not honor their warranty when things break nor they pick up the phone when you call for service. If you do buy from them just get them to give you warranty in writing or just buy refurbish from Lowes or Home depot or sears outlet.

They do not keep their appointments and you can not get in touch with anyone. The phone just rings. My dryer broke in a week, I called to set up an appointment for Tuesday at 4:00. They were a no show. I havent been able to get in touch since.
