The man with the British accent is super friendly and nice. What a cool guy!

This company seems like they have a premeditated plan to sell you an appliance that is going to need repair quickly. Being the only authorized distributor of the parts because they owned the company they are able to give exorbitant quotes for service that are completely unethical. The nice service guy is happy to do it with a smile. Once you start inquiring up the line about why the prices are so high Josh the area manager was absolutely unprofessional with his interaction. I highly suggest as a restaurant professional of 25 years that you don’t touch anything manufactured by PSG. I was able to do the $500 repair for $14 in about 10 minutes. I felt like I needed to call the police and report this burglary!

I own a food truck and had a big event coming up over the weekend. On Friday afternoon I noticed I had a freezer not temping and my flat top grill was not working. A fellow food vendor recommended Clark Service Group. I immediately took my food truck to their location. They had a technician diagnose both pieces of equipment. Fortunately, they had the parts needed for the repairs on hand. One of the technicians stayed after normal business hours to get my equipment up and running. The weekend would have been an absolute disaster without my freezer or flat top grill. Thanks Clark Service!
