Had a great experience at the Mattress Direct location in west country today! Mallory was very helpful in identifying my needs while not pushing me towards a more expensive mattress. There were multiple customers in the store and she had it handled with ease! Don’t get her started about cookies n cream ice cream though. SHE LOVES THE STUFF!Anyway, got a great mattress at a great price. Would recommend to anyone!

Be aware that not all sales reps will tell you what you need to know about your mattress selection. We bought a split king system. After receiving it and trying it out for the required 60 days, we decided its not what we thought we were buying. There is a 3 inch gap between our mattresses that is much larger than what we thought it would be. The mattresses continuously slip out of place and we have to readjust them daily. If we push the mattresses too close, they get caught on each other when we move our adjustable bases and part of one matress moves with the other. Its just not a comfortable or well functioning system. We were not told that these would be potential problems with our mattress system and now they are refusing to give us a king matress to replace this faulty system. We paid extra for two mattresses vs the one so our king replacement would actually cost less than replacing both twin mattresses (which would not solve our problem). We were kindly told by the manager there is nothing they are willing to do. The ONLY reason I gave two stars instead of one is because everyone is nice and friendly but it does not change the fact that we spent a bunch of money to be unhappy with our purchase. I believe if the sales man had been more knowledgeable and more forth coming with potential issues with the system we were purchasing, we would have purchased the single king system, would have spent less money and would have been happier with our purchase. I do not recommend using this company to buy a mattress. They say there is a comfort garunetee.......just not in our case I guess. Just be forewarned, their definition of comfort is a very narrow one. In my opinion, it is not comfortable to have your matress get caught on your partners matress when they decide to move it, it is not comfortable to get up and readjust your matress because they are constantly sliding apart, it is not comfortable to have a minimum 3 inch gap between you and your partner so that you feel like you are sleeping on a twin matress in your kids room. WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE ON OUR NEW MATTRESSES.

Bought the mattress in November. Still do not have it mid January. They send no info. Do not answer questions when called. Will rate onBBB and ask for refund!

I regard mattress stores about the same as I do car dealerships or any other situation where theres a lot of money at stake and they have all the information and I have none. So, my guard was already up before we even walked in. I am happy to report that this was the most pleasant and no-nonsense transaction and I needlessly stressed over it. My husband and I were able to purchase a new mattress and bed frame in about 25 minutes while on our way to dinner. Ryan was extremely friendly, helpful and candid, which I really appreciated. There was lots of transparency about their pricing structure and business model. I was very pleased to learn that the majority of their in-store stock is made in America. We ended up with a very nice top of the line Beautyrest mattress and powered base. We took advantage of their financing (it was just too good of a deal not to) and our bed arrived as promised one week later, and was up in running in 10-15 minutes. We are really happy with our bed, and I am also happy for the pleasant, unobtrusive purchasing experience.

We ordered a mattress here for my daughter’s birthday, and the day before they called and said it would be 2 more weeks before we could get the mattress. But, to their credit, when they learned it was a birthday present and could t wait, they gave us a more expensive mattress that they had in stock without charging us more! Great service! And our daughter couldn’t be happier with the mattress!

Had a great experience at Mattress Direct in Ballwin. Ask about the zero gravity power base (replaces your box spring). I ended up buying one b/c its so effective at relieving lower back tension.

They claim they make your mattress for you just like the display the one wr6received was much firmer than the display and we could not sleep on it we had to wait 60 days before we could reselect another one 2 months after getting the new mattress its sagging in the middle. Very poor construction
