This morning I decided to stop at this location for the first time, since it has easy access when driving WB on Manchester Road (I usually go to the QT across the street). I presented Don with 4 lottery tickets that I had won free tickets on. He literally told me to go away. Being shocked and thinking maybe I misheard him, I did not respond. He then followed up with Ill give you $2 to just go away. I ignored his rude comments and told him I would be buying more lottery tickets as well. He literally cashed one free ticket, slowly walked over to the register, rang it up. Went back to the lottery machine, cashed the second free ticket, slowly walked back to the register, all the way down the line. For simply cashing in 4 free tickets, buying more lottery tickets and one other item, it took Don 7-8 minutes, all with an irritated I dont give a sh@! attitude. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness and slow customer service. My first and last trip to this On the Run. Go across the street to QT. I have seen them clear 5-6 customers out at a time in a minute, and all while being efficient and friendly.
Favorite stop. Clean, friendly associates, and lots of food options including simple hot foods.
I went in this evening to grab a bunch of drinks as my family and I are doing a long drive. I come to the counter with my hands full and the girl behind the counter Barb; saw me coming and told me to wait a moment while she slowly walked back and looked in the coolers... then stopped and looked at something else before slowly walking back to the counter to help me. I then had to get the bag and bag everything. This, on top of how I was treated when I asked for tobacco rolling papers a couple months ago, Im not going back. My grandfather was in WW2 and I learned on roll your owns. I am also a vet that has always rolled my own cigs. I was looked at as if I was going to do drugs or something and was informed by that guy that I dont allow that stuff in my store. Really? You sell cigarettes and vaps, dont judge me cause you think you know what Im going to do with rolling papers. Let me remind you again that I used them while in the service, because theyre easier to field strip.Anyway, I would hope in this time were in, that people would care about their customers, but I guess that isnt their way at this convenience store gas station. Youve lost my familys business for life.Id rather just go across the street the the other gas station, (QT) where they arent lazy and respect veterans.
Great location right off Manchester. It also has a car wash too.
Nice and clean, I appreciate it there are free-charge air pumps.
Fast friendly service clean facilities great coffee I go out of my way to fill up here
Friendly employees and usually very clean
Half the store was closed off and super slow service. They also really need to do something about their parking. It sucks.
The cashier was rude and didn’t even offer me my receipt. He threw it away. He didn’t say hi or bye. I greeted him and he just looked at me . Horrible horrible customer service.
I like to stop by and get a coffee
