Joanne Gipson (nurse practitioner with Minute Clinic) was very professional. Her diagnosis was right on. Her bedside manner was excellent.Initially she thought that I may have Covid but after investigating and listening to my symptoms and history, she gave me a flu test. Her hunch was right! I tested positive for flu B. She prescribed me with what she could. (Not much you can do for the flu). I am definitely more comfortable. Thanks Joanne!
This review is entirely based on an experience I had with Crystal on Sunday, 08/15/2021.I needed an item that was out of stock at her location. She then called a subsequent store to check stock, had it place aside at the front desk and informed me that the item I needed was available and waiting.I was impressed with her willingness to help without being prompted. This experience was very different from what I had with the walgreens down the street.Thank you, Crystal.
Seriously use Walgreens or a local pharmacy for your prescription. I know I will be from now on. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to and I moved from the city. They are so incompetent it’s mind blowing. Some how all my information is always wrong and they can’t ever find me or my prescriptions. I’m not even sure how that’s possible but every time I give my name abs birthdate they have nothing ready for me. Then when I complain this always happens suddenly they find it. Also, I called today to make sure they had a specific manufacturer of a medication told me they had it would hold it because I told them I was calling my dr to have it transferred. My sr transfers it and I never hear from them. So I call to see what’s going on and they “forgot” to call me. They filled some prescriptions and no longer have enough but may get a shipment in Tom abs will call me to let me know between 12-1pm. Well guess what Tom came around and they never called so I called at 1pm. Guy had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short they said they could order it and get it maybe sometime soon or could transfer my script 30 miles away which they can’t do unless my dr does it. Seriously such a joke. I’m done w this place. I’m not sure anyone even passed there GED!
Never really go to cvs, but recently moved and there are 3 cvs pharmacy locations within 1 mile radius and yes, 1 location I was not happy with at all due to pharmacist refusing to give me a covid shot. The cvs inside schnucks is very convenient, fast, and not only are the cvs staff amazing, I luv the schnucks staff too! Tge Walgreens that is closer is not the greatest. Tgey have a new store manager and the vibe is different, new faces there, and consistently out of inventory. The pharmacy at Walgreens are awesome, but not worth my time and money for just pharmacy...retail is not same regarding customer service. Too bad for the Walgreens pharmacy people, they really are stellar! Id drive just a bit further which is still within 1 mile the opposite direction to the cvs at schnucks at woods mill in Chesterfield 63017. Its a win-win and schnucks offers more and less money ré same items Walgreens Chesterfield 63017 store carries (when they actually have the items)! Now i understand why cvs locations are everywhere stand alone or inside schnucks, target, etc....friendly services retail and rx!!
We live down the street and this cvs is always there for us. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and neat. Exactly what you’d hope for in a neighborhood convenience store.
Avoid. My experience at this CVS was terrible. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. This was truly this worst customer service experience I have ever had. Specifically, if you need a COVID test, you are much better off trying somewhere else.
Horrible service. Horrible hours. They text me that my prescription is ready. I get in line for the pharmacy, wait 10 minutes for the person ahead of me, then they shut the gate in my face and tell me they are closed.
Rude staff. This store needs new management
I was disappointed that the store did not honor their 25% off your entire purchase coupon. False advertising. I wasted a half an hour of my time collecting things that I needed, only for them to not honor the coupon. I told the manager that they were being dishonest and I could no longer patronize their store. He didnt seem to care.
My mother went in to buy dinner for herself late at night and came back to find that the frozen meal was a year old... that is disgusting. She did write into CVS about her experience shopping and the manager has offered a full refund and they are looking at the inventory of their frozen section’s quality. They are also looking at their vendors. I went in today and I had great customer service when I was looking for a particular item.
I can’t say enough positive things about Annie, the pharmacy manager! She is an outstanding employee. She recently went over and beyond to help my daughter in a unique circumstance. I’ve always been a Walgreens customer but she has won me over!
The service is fine. A lot of bad reviews almost scared me away, but Ive been a few times now, and the people were as pleasant and helpful as any other pharmacy.
Every time I have used this pharmacy it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is polite and caring. Great job! Thank you.
Love cvs pharmacy.. they are always friendly and helpful. Would strongly suggest using them for your pharmacy needs. The staff goes out of there way to help and answer all questions you might have!!!
This is a consistently terrible pharmacy. The pharmacists act immaturely, and they get things wrong more than they get them right, in my experience. Multiple times, I have dropped off prescriptions and have gone to pick them up hours later, only to learn that they were never entered into the system. I live two minutes from this CVS, and from here on out, I will drive the extra miles to go to Walgreens where I ALWAYS have a great experience. Get your stuff together, people.
Awful pharmacy. Wish I could give it 0 stars. They take a minimum of 2-3 days to fill prescriptions. Sat on hold for 20 minutes just to find out it wasn’t ready. Drove to the pharmacy the next day and the employee asked me if I could come back 2 days later!! Absolutely not. Will be transferring to another pharmacy.
Incredibly rude. Customer service is not hard but this place cant seem to master it. The tech (man with grey hair, buzz cut) is so rude. Being nice (even if it is fake) should be the easiest part of your job. In addition, they are unorganized and communication is lacking. I will be looking into another pharmacy option.
I went here to CVS on Clayton Road July 16th for the drive thru corona test. Today is July 28th and there are still no results in the MyChart app for my test. It has been 12 days. Do not bother, go somewhere else. Total fail.
Not reliable. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.
Pharmacy service fail 3x. Poor communication, lack of training in the pharmacy inclusive of lack of following standard safety mask wearing protocols.
DON’T get your covid test done with CVS they take forever to get results just go somewhere else
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Pharmacy is terrible. They are always out of medicine. Always blame the doctors. Unfortunately, I have to go to CVS instead of the competent Schnucks down the street.
Horrific service. Rude and invited me to go to Walgreens when I expressed displeasure about script not ready after dr sent 7 hours earlier. Refused to have Mgr talk to me. Lucky to have many other choices to go to. Bye bye.
Never have I had a prescriptions filled on time. Pharmacist told me they were 5 days behind on filling prescriptions..... Always an excuse why a prescription isn’t filled in a reasonable time!!!! What About people who are sick? Maybe CVS should be fined for there incompetence. Here’s an example- went to Doctor at 8:10 this morning and sent script to CVS... 12 hours later and guess what.... not filled yet!!!!
The pharmacy has never been great, but over the last year or so it has somehow went even more downhill. They don’t fill prescriptions quickly. I’m talking about 2-6 hours. Always a lot of employees, but slow nonetheless. Always excuses - no accountability. You call to speak with someone and they keep putting you on hold. We are going back to Walgreens.
Whered the old pharmacy staff go? I didnt recognize anyone the last couple times I went in. There used to be a few younger girls who were always friendly and went out of their way to help me (I didnt have insurance for a while so my meds were obscenely expensive.) Theyd help with coupons, etc, they were so sweet to me.This time? Not so much.. I dropped off my script, and came back the next day to pick up (as they told me to.) I get there, its not ready cause it needs a doctors authorization for my new insurance. Okay, thats fine. Not their fault. But Im still completely out of my meds (which I need them to function..) so I decide to pay out of pocket (Im used to it anyways, right..?) They said itd be ready tomorrow afternoon.. wait, what? So the fact Ive been waiting 2 days skips me to the back of the line again? Whatever, I came back the next day. The tech from the night before didnt put the refill request in so I waited ANOTHER 30 mins when I got there and spoke to them. After all that, I found a few goodRx coupons while waiting (which I normally did with the old techs too) and while ringing up I showed it to the clerk, who asked the pharmacist, who said he could add the coupon.. but itd take another 20 mins. WHAT? Ive stood at that counter with the old techs, attempting different coupons numerous times, and its never been a problem before. I said F it, paid full price and left.
Filled a prescription here for the first time. Norma was so helpful at the drive-thru... offered suggestions about their frequent customer program without being pushy at all. Thank you so much!
Be prepared to wait forever just to pick up a prescription. Sat in the drive thru for 15+ minutes so I came inside and my prescription was not ready. Every. Single. Time. Regardless if I come a week after they say it’s ready when I show up it’s not ready! The staff is not very friendly also so I’ll be changing pharmacies ASAP.
Pharmacy is the worse. Cant get things straight most of the time
CVS Pharmacy 14400 Clayton Rd, Ballwin MO 63011. I do not suggest people to choose this Pharmacy. Waiting time is too long and cutsomer service is not good. when tried to reach customer service via phone, It took more then 20 minutes to reach CVS staff. They would takes Days and Days to fill Medical Prescriptions and do not deliver in a timely manner.Avoid, Pharmacy is terrible. They are always out of medicine. The pharmacist and especially the technicians are incredibly rude.
Minute Clinic is a total joke! First time I went I showed up with the flu and over 103 temp. No meds and no concern that I was driving. I barely remember it. I went yesterday with several symptoms and yet again the only thing I got was a bill. Save your time and money and go to a real doctor.
Not open 24 hours. Google says this is a 24 hour pharmacy but here I am at 11:30 and its closed. This is the responsibility of the stores managers to make sure such information is accurate.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Love this place.
Service is terrible. There are always ten people working in the pharmacy but they are very slow and not pleasant to deal with...when you call the pharmacy, it takes 5-20 minutes until someone answers every time. Go elsewhere.
I have been stopping here for 3years never had a problem, they know me and what am coming for. Work at the salona right in back of their building.
Pharmacy has fouled prescriptions up 4 straight times, i.e. (prescription not ready) failed to call in for new prescription, (prescription not ready) sent prescription to another store (Atlanta, instead of their own), (prescription not ready) consulted wrong doctor, and most recently (prescription not ready) someone in the pharmacy forgot to fill it. Very disappointing. What was very good in Sandy Springs, GA is very mediocre in Ballwin. Pharmacy personnel are friendly; they just get it wrong...seemingly every time. Sadly, going somewhere else.
This pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacist and especially the technicians are incredibly rude. Pharmacy opens at 8 AM and they need an hour to fill a single prescription when the store is completely empty. I can tell you as a pharmacist myself, I could have this filled and check in 10 mins.
The wait for my meds was horrible.
The young dark headed girl who works at the pharmacy was exremely rude!! Ive never seen someone so anti-social working in a pharmacy, but that poor girl was the absolute worst Ive ever encountered. I was comparing prices to other pharmacies with a discount prescription card, and she seemed very annoyed when she had to enter me into her system to try to answer my price question. Then when she called me to say that they didnt have it in stock and theyd have to order it, she hung up on me! I asked if the discount card would work on my prescription, she said no and I continued by saying that I no longer wanted the prescription from CVS since I could get it half of that price from Walmart, and she hung up on me mid sentence! I felt very unimportant. I will not got to CVS anymore due to their poor customer service.
I love this CVS. The pharmacy is always helpful and friendly.
No one available to fill a script.
Terrible rude service especially in the pharmacy. Will find another pharmacy.
Just filled my prescription and Norma could not have been more helpful. She informed me that there was a medication savings program for that particular medication and even helped me fill out the form to receive the discount. Saved $60! Above and beyond service!
Hated their service... very poor customer service... if you have to return something they give you very hard time.
Pharmacy is pitiful!
Has everything youd expect
