I used to come here all the time for a quick haircut, but were half a year into the Covid-19 vaccine being available to everyone and multiple workers here have still purposefully not gotten the shot. Its an individuals choice, but someone 3 inches from from 100 peoples face could be the source of the few cases we have left here in West County idk :/ Im just going elsewhere, a $5 haircut is the same everywhere.

Russian stylist by the name of Leyna Chebanenko, is horrible and unprofessional as well as a general manager. Works at the ballwin location. She is rude, bad mouthed every costumer to her workers. Refused service to me for unknown reason. Told horrible things to her coworkers. also the maneger Lindsay, who also refused to give me a haircut. I went to another girl who cut my hair, who ruined my hairstyle. They refused to fix it nor gave me my money back! Awful service, would not recommend it! Got a call from a worker instead of helping to resolve the issue they deny service and told me to look for a different salon! Customers are not important to them what so ever STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Stop spreading rumors it not good for your business! lol reviews from COMMONSENSE PERSON IS UNTRUE! I am a very happy woman, who doesnt need someone elses husband to make me happy! PROFESSIONALISM SHOULD NOT MIX WITH PERSONAL LIFE FYI!

Not too long of a wait. Would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking for a fair priced haircut.

When i went in their i was the only one and i understand why. Their service was bad and i will no longer be going their

I came in straight from another salon where Id been given a horrible haircut. Heather was great - she was able to fix it and give me the cut Id originally wanted. I wish Id gone here in the first place! Ill definitely be going back to see Heather for my next cut.

Decent haircut for $10 Monday special. Hours posted as closing at 9..got there at 7:45..no shampooishampooing,hair was just wet down and had to ask her to do that. Was going to also get an eyebrow wax and was told there wasnt time that they were on winter hours and closed at 8. At check out was asked what I wanted my total to be..asked what she meant and was informed/asked how much I was going to tip her. Very awkward situation..felt pressured to tip. Will never return probably to this location.

I been to fantastic Sam twice for a hair cut around 4 on Saturdays and turned away twice. I was standing at the front desk and no-one acknowledged me not even hello we will h be with you soon. Customer service is horrible there. I will never bring my business to u guys.

Im always looking for a way to save some money, and I found about this place from a coupon in the weekend flyer you get in the mail. $7.99 for a mens haircut. Not too shabby. When I left, there was a coupon on my receipt for $8.99 valid for the month of February.Unfortunately, I came at the wrong time since there were five men waiting behind a bottleneck caused by two women getting their hair dyed and the fact that there were only two people on staff that morning. Once the hair stylists were freed up, they were able to get through the male customers quite speedily.I got a basic trim, nothing fancy, and for a price for less than ten dollars.

I had an absolutely despicable experience with the Russian stylist. She wouldn’t tell me her name after she denied cutting my hair because she realized that I have psoriasis on my scalp. This is the first time in 30 years that I have been denied a haircut due to my condition. I asked for a manager but apparently there wasn’t one present at the time. I will be getting in contact with management and demand that the older Russian lady faces consequences for this despicable service.

When I first started going to this location, they had a $10.00 special on Mondays and adequate staffing. Now, the special has moved to Wednesdays and went up to $12.00. Not a huge deal, but I went in last Wednesday an hour and a half before close and was told they couldnt take me that day because they only had one person cutting hair with 5 people ahead of me. Needless to say I wasnt happy, but decided to give them another chance. I went back the next week with a coupon for $7.95 which they couldnt make work in their system for less than $10.95! I was literally told there was nothing they could do! I hate using the term bait and switch, but that was exactly the case! Then, to add insult to injury, they printed an offer at the bottom of the receipt for $4 off the next haircut THAT EXPIRED THE MONTH BEFORE!!! Never going back!

Ireena is great and has cut me for years! She cuts my 2 boys hair as well and is the only stylist they will use. The last 2 times I was in Ireena was not. I couldnt wait because of work travel. Mersiha cut my hair the past 2 times and she did a fantastic job! Ill remain loyal to Ireena, but Merisha is awesome too! If Ireena is not there I wont hesitate to have Mersiha cut me. I get a business haircut every 3 or 4 weeks.

I just got my hair butchered at your store, I got a 1-1/2 buzz all over and I had to finish the cut when I returned home, she missed several places including above my ears and front and didnt shave my neck! For $15 I will never return to this or any of your stores! Why would I go back? Robert
