I love this little shop because the employees are always smiling and seem very happy. It puts you in a good mood just by being around them.

They have everything I need for my hair care. My hair is silky and never brassy because of Sallys Beauty Supply!

Staff lacks some knowledge but overall helpful and sweet. The store is clean and well-organised.

I love the 1 gallon honey almond shampoo and conditioner jugs good price but some other ones feel gritty. I have natural curly hair and it made it so curly also I found out how to curl my hair using a men’s black comb it looks nice

Great Place! The staff is super knowledgeable about the products. My daughter and I went to Sally’s for a hair emergency because a salon I paid $250 for a Bayalage at, destroyed my daughters hair! The manager walked us through a process of how to fix my Kelsey’s hair and we were in tears at how pretty she looked when we were done. I called up there soon after to thank her. We will be back!

I went because the OPI nail polish was on sale, and I had just been in the neighborhood to have my car serviced. So the location was very convenient. The lone salesperson seemed very attentive to everyone in the store answering questions. After explaining my options to me that in fact not all OPI was on sale but only a very small portion, I was able to make my selections check out and leave.

Maddison and cassie are absolutely amazing!!!! They were beyond helpful to me and spentvquite a bit of time with me helping me love these ladies they are so wonderful!!!

I have been here before. All lady were really nice except today, i came and talked with a lady who names Chris and i never met her before. She wasnt nice. Should i call the management to talk about that? Im really feel bad. Never happening before and im a regular customer. So bad

I visited Sallys at 9:30 a m on March 28th. Associate on duty was not able to help me with hair color and had no clue as to what I needed. I was unable to buy what Ive been buying there for years and years and Im not happy with Sallys at this point. Not a good experience!

Always have to watch their pricing. They like to overcharge.

They have a large selection of product at a decent price. Just like any other beauty store, be prepared to be pressured by pushy saleswoman.
