Always a good store to stop in for all of my DIY and home improvement needs!! The store staff is helpful and friendly. Management is workable and understanding. Product and options are plentiful. Services as well as the online ordering process is seamless and timely. Will definitely keep coming to this location!

This is one of the main home department stores that actually sells Ryobi branded tools. Great selection of those. Also a good selection of other branded tools as well. Didnt really look at all the other departments but tools seems to be the main focus in this store. Like literally when you walk in the door thats the first thing I saw.Good store for tools not sure about the other departments Ill update as I go.Ryobi!

My mom and I spent nearly 2 hours cutting our foam down so it would fit in the car, the employees were very helpful and patient with us. We constructed a sound resistant enclosure for our dog crate.

Bought a patio set and it was suppose to be assembled and delivered. It was delivered in boxes on Friday. I needed it for the weekend and couldn’t wait for them to take it back and bring it back to me a week later. So I had to put it together, which I didn’t want to do. The manager was going to give me a discount and email me the new receipt. I never got the email with new receipt. So I’ll once again have to call and try to find out if I really got the discount and get my new receipt. They don’t do what they say there going to do

Extremely frustrating! Purchased a very expensive Maytag washer and it’s defective. Doesn’t fill with enough water to wash the clothes. Home Depot will NOT exchange it! They are very rude and very unhelpful. Maytag out sourced customer service out of the states and we cannot get a real human! Do not buy Maytag and do not buy expensive appliances from Home Depot!

We went to our neighborhood Home Depot today to grab a few things for our bathroom re-do. We had two guys help us and they both went above and beyond! Steve in the tile area was so helpful and knowledgeable. The other helpful person was Anthony and he was awesome. The faucet we wanted wasn’t anywhere to be found, but he didn’t give up and he found it for us. We really appreciated his willingness-it’s not all the time that you come across two helpful sake so people at a big box store. Thanks to Anthony and Steve for making our trip easy and successful!

A little smaller store, so some selections are limited but otherwise typical Home Depot with limited staff readily available to answer questions.

Its a home Depot. Plain and simple.

Obvious big box lumber yard and hardware store and the cashier was friendly but its very hard to find an associate to help you and if you do they dont seem to know much about the products. A bit of training would make this a much more convenient option.

This home depot had a good selection of summer plants compared to other home depot on charles rock road.

I ordered a pallet of tile and most of it was broken. I brought this to the attention of customer service while picking it up before I left the store. They blamed estes the shipping company. They said sorry there is nothing they can do because it is only sold by the pallet. Charles from customer service said we will look into it and never called me back.

We got help this time. Good bunch.

Elain was such a sweet lady, I was questioning many of the things that I was shopping for and she did everything possible to make it worth buying. I think that with her personality and carrying work ethic, she deserves a lot in return in behalf of Home Depot. I will defenitly consider coming back -vs Lowes which is closer to home- just because of Elain.

A great place to go only if you know exactly what you need, do not need help and want to be treated rudely. Ask a question and the standard answer is either I don’t know, What or my favorite, “huh?” These are not for complicated things. These are for simple questions such as; “Where are the nuts and bolts located?”, “I need help so I can purchase a new door. Is there someone who can help me?”, and my favorite, “The price isn’t marked on this, can you help me with that the price is?”Don’t get me wrong; If you don’t mind any of the above and also don’t mind paying a little for being treated less than sub-human, you will enjoy the experience.I put four stars because I am masochistic.This place reminds me of the old Builders Square stores that went bankrupt.

The parking lot is nice and well kept.The store was nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. They offered to help my load my items that I ordered.Wanted to do customer pick up, but the system is overly confusing.Best time of day to visit is right around the time that they open.

10/22/2020 rented a flat bed truck for 75 minutes and returned the truck with no problems. They took $150 out of my checking account that day and I am still waiting for my deposit back. It should have been returned to my account the next day! My bank shows no pending deposit from them. Manager, Clay Dewein, tells me today, 10/30/2020, I have to wait until Monday for their bookkeeper to look into this! Clay was very abrupt and unsympathetic to my problem. Very poor customer service! Silly me expecting good customer service which no longer exists in most places today!!😠

The price of conduit (emt) fittings borderlines on ridiculous, especially considering that they are made in China. But hey, they have the name Ridgid on them so that makes it okay. Very disappointing. Go elsewhere.

Worst Home Depot if you want to drive to Home Depot to order and come back in 3 to 5 day for pick up great or go to menards or Lowe’s get what you want right away. I had to order vertical blinds online since no store had them in stock & drive an hour . I picked them up today from the store & when I got home to put them up,I opened the box to find the top piece was bent. $64 for bent blinds☹️

The staff was friendly and helpful. Helped us get everything that we needed and wanted and some. Very polite about having to get things and getting everything ordered that we needed as well. Will definitely be back.

I quit going to Lowes due to the terrible customer service. Home Depot is not what it used go be. The Website is virtually useless. I have both commercial and consumer accounts open for years, yet the website has no way of using them. I called customer service and the agent had no idea how to help. He said to get with the local store and they would place the order. Spoke the pro?? Desk. They had no idea how. to help but told n3e the only way to get a purchase except to go to the store. Worthless!! Guess Ill try Menards.

This home depot has always been difficult to deal with but today was the straw that brought the camels back. The so called manager Mark harassed is inside the store about wearing masks, than threatened to call the police on us. When I told him to go ahead and call them, he never did, obviously since we werent being any LAWs. Never stepping foot into this particular home depot again even if I have to drive further to sunset hills or ellisville. Terrible customer service

There werent many people there and those that were socially distanced nicely.

I could not get anyones attention in the lumber department. This also happened yesterday in the flooring department. I am only giving a star because I have to give a star or this wont post. No Home Depot, no stars for today and none for yesterday either!

I guess they think black people still cant read orcrighy or tell time was waiting 30 mins at curbside for 5 products. Was on hold for over ten minuets after waiting 30 minutes. So they where rude and never said sorry after a total of 40 minutes waiting. Worst curbside service ever and customer service is horrible just rude.

It was wonderful. I needed a replacement light bulb and I didnt know the size so I stopped in at the customer service ask for help in the light bulb area received help right away and he was very helpful and show me a bunch of options. At the end he asked me if I needed help in any other area.

This visit was great! Paint desk was fast, found a cart easily, found the hardware I needed. Only self check out was open, but as I walked up the supervisor cashier saw me and told me which one to go to and she scanned all my stuff! It was a very quick very successful trip to home depot!

What I like most about the Home Depot is their friendly staff and the fact they carry most household items that I need for my DIY home remodeling needs.

The worst time Ive ever had to deal with a home depot how do I call 8 time for an hour and constantly bounced around from the associate in hardware that refused to answer the phone (yea im talking about you roy!) To customer service!? I had to ask for plumbing to assist me and I got Justin who gave me great customer service and went out of his way to help. The hardware associate shouldnt be working there if he doesnt want to give customer service! Roy terrible work!

Just for Mr. Tom in Pluming Dept.Tom is really helpful i need some stuff for Sump pump installation and he was super helpful, both times i went for parts. i been to this location most of the associates hides instead of helping. but he is always ready to help. i thank him.
