The gentleman that helped me pick our my washer and dryer was very helpful! He knew his information and had answers to all my questions. I ended up ordering the GE appliances and they were able to hold them at the store for a few months before I could move. Then the delivery process was wonderful! They were delivered and installed within 45 minutes! Great experience!

Brian Beauchamp at Appliance Discounters went above and beyond to educate me on dishwashers, find one in stock and coordinate delivery/ install within a week of my old dishwasher crashing! He did this through the phone and e-mail so I didnt have to go into the store. Prices are upfront and they do not nickel and dime on install/haul away. Great products and service. Highly recommend.

These guys are great - did everything they said they would do. I had to wait a few weeks from the time I purchased the dishwasher to the actual delivery but they warned me it could take some time due to COVID affecting the supply chain. They called the night before to confirm delivery time, address, product, etc. and asked me to clear out under the sink so they could work more quickly. Then they called in the morning to confirm he was 30 mins away. Whole process was easy and they were great to work with.

We made two purchases from Appliance Discounters 6 years apart and both experiences were equally good. They offer good selection of appliances at reasonable prices and deliver/install them relatively quickly if they have them in stock. Highly recommended.

I am revising a review that I posted a few weeks ago regarding my experience at this store. I purchased a fridge that didn’t work properly within 5 hours of installation and couldn’t get resolution, largely due to delays from Covid. But, the fridge was for my renters and I felt terrible that they had a malfunctioning fridge and I was very frustrated. In the end, the store came through and did whatever it took to make it right, checking on the situation daily and sticking with the situation to make it right. That kind of personal attention is worth noting and appreciating and I am grateful that the situation was resolved. I was disappointed the fridge didn’t work and that the options first provided were unacceptable, but the company came through and were extremely attentive until we were provided a quality product with a reasonable price.

Just replacing a basic over the range microwave like for like. Quick and easy. Saved a lot of money over the best price Id found elsewhere.

I have dealt with this company before and have been very happy each time. Today James, Steve and one other guy delivered a washer plus took my old one to our daughters house. They were quick, pleasant and capable. I highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with this company. My husband and I just purchased a dishwasher from them. We were instantly greeted by the salesman Scooter. He showed me the difference in the two Bosch dishwashers that we were interested in and thoroughly explained with a visual demonstration the difference between the two. The price of the appliance was cheaper then the other stores we looked at as the cost of delivery, installation and removal of our old dishwasher. Delivery and installation was the next day of our purchase. The delivery men called me the night before giving us a window of time when they would arrive. John and Dan showed up at the beginning of the window and were friendly and professional. I can’t recommend this company enough....

Browsing around to replace 20 yr old Frigidaire Gallery fridge and range. Salesman answered a few questions, let us browse, asked how we were doing, made suggestions, we decided on fridge, range and microwave. Offered delivery for one flat amount, not per item, installation and removal of old appliances. I had appliances delivered before and had issues. OMG these guys are the best! Knowledgeable, efficient, clean, polite, wonderful!!! I will purchase from them again. Went out of their way to install the waterline for the fridge. Great company to work with.

I has a slight problem with my new GE Cafe refrigerator and they were able to fix this promptly and even went out of their way to help me with the warranty company. Great company an best prices!!

I accompanied a widow friend of mine here to purchase a Microwave. The salesman was a young man’s last was Slyman. I asked if he was related to the owners, Slyman. He replied he was not. The long story short is he took her money made the installation date and promised before Thanksgiving. None of this came true. The man no longer works in this store. The GM was rude, uncooperative and the microwave was the wrong size. The metal wrap didn’t come in until weeks after Thanksgiving and No It did not fit the cabinet....

We have had two exceptional buying experiences with Appliance Discounters on Manchester Road. The first was when our refrigerator went out. My husband went there to look; they happened to have one spot left on their delivery truck. We had a new fridge in our house 20 minutes later! The second, we recently ordered a chest freezer. We pre-ordered the freezer (COVID 19, Nation Wide Manufacturers Shortage) and were given a timeline of “by the end of May” (pre the manufacturer) - but we were desperate for one so we took the chance. A week later, they called us saying that a freezer the same size as the one we ordered had come in but was a different brand and offered us the choice to get the GE that had arrived or wait for the FrigidAir that we had ordered. We opted to get the GE, since we needed it desperately. Come to find out, the GEs are more expensive - but they didn’t pass the extra cost along to us. We still paid the price for the FrigidAir. Amazing customer service, truly trustworthy and reliable!

Brian is awesome! He always takes good care of us. No need to shop around. They do the shopping for you and always come in under everyone in town. Quick delivery and setup. I never go anywhere else.

Really enjoyed my buying experience, especially the warrenty option considering the appliance I was replacing was only 3 years old. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgable and really made the experience easy. Delivery and haulaway service was great as well.

Horrible experience! Bought all new appliances from them. Fridge makes intermittent noise And has since just after installation, installer forgot to put kick plate at dishwasher on; He called several times when he was in my area to install but I would obviously always be at work and not available, dishwasher quit after 14 months and of course is out of warranty despite the 5 year sticker that is on it but the real kicker is I never got paperwork for my $400 rebate. Several calls were made after purchase asking for the paperwork but I never received.
