Stopped in to see what they had and was very pleasantly surprised at the inventory. Bought a Glock and it turned out to be a great experience all the way around. Will definitely use this shop again.

Definitely has improved! I get some days are hard on small shops and I had a few experiences where maybe there was burnout but I gave it another try and they were extremely helpful. Most importantly friendly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again to browse they have a lot of equipment and a variety of hunting gear. It’s worth stopping by to pick up some things.

Older white lady is very rude.. Don’t even look at you when she’s talking to you. Made the experience very unpleasant. Went to big five instead and made my purchase.

Took my wife here to purchase her first gun. I got myself a 270, and she got herself a 20gauge. When it came time to pick them up. My wifes birth certificate was torn so it could not be accepted.ok thats fine but when my wife asked Cheryl if there was any other document they could use and if not what the refund policy was. Because she works during the week, and did not know when she would be able to get a new birth certificate. Cheryl jumped up started getting loud and aggressive saying its a personal problem that you cant handle getting a birth certificate and belittling my wife almost to the point of tears. And told us that we were 1 costumer and we didnt matter. So as long as this women is employed here I will not shop or recommend a single person to this establishment.

Used to shop here. Never again! When Gene was around the service was good. Now just rude and bad service. I just tolerated their rude and low class behavior because theyre a small business. Never again. Ill take my business back to 2nd amendment.

I bought a Beretta M9 Commercial from these guys a while ago just before the Pandemic kicked off back in March for my 21st birthday gift easy friendly experience only complaint is when I had one of the staff members change out my grips one of the screws got stripped but overall great experience:D

Walked in staff didn’t greet you or acknowledge you very rude services no one help me out or asked if I want to see any guns but I didn’t care Bc There gun inventory wasn’t that good .! like Valley gun or Second amendments they treat you like family and help you out I will never shop at bear mountain again they lost a customer And lost a buyer

Was the worst experience I’ve had as a customer.In response to you comment first of all I did not interrupt anyone by saying how’s it going and second of all I do not drive an orange truck So you obviously have me confused with some other person.

Very rude and lack communication skills. Seemed very hostile, whatever ammo I named, they didn’t have and when I asked how could I order she replied, I’ll order when I order. For this reason I’ll stay at valley gun. Rude old white ladies won’t be gaining my business.

This morning I went with my fiancé to do a private party transfer & one moment everything was going fine signing paperwork & the next moment the other party starts getting cussed at by the owner and told to take his gun and get the F*** out. With the new laws there are certain things you can/cant do when you transfer a weapon. The other party had everything done correctly as the law states & the employees argued with him & said he cant transfer it to my fiancé with the way it was. The party said he would take it to his truck and take parts off & add parts on to make it compliable to the new law & they refused to make the transfer. So then the owner comes to the counter & starts treating the other party like hes an idiot and doesnt understand the new laws when he has studied them very well and understands them backwards and forwards. Tells him its a felony with the way the gun was & then started cursing at the party telling him to take it and get the f*** out of his store. The party was trying to understand how his gun was illegal and was just trying to get some answers as to how it wont work and they refused to say anything else except we arent going to transfer this. We wont lose our license so you need to go to a different shop. My fiancé and I then proceeded to walk out the door to put our gun back in the car and the owner called the party a mother f***** and I was completely shocked at how they treat their customers. The owner is completely rude, disrespectful and has no idea how to be a salesman. Bear mountain sports has lost our business and I hope you will beware if your planning on doing any business here. A headache and not worth it!!
