Mario is extremely talented in this field with a wealth of experience to make it all work Im an older businessman who has dealt with many print shops & sign companies, never have I been treated so well or been so impressed, he keeps his pricing very fair by being a true Mom and Pop Shop.

Best place in Bakersfield to get all kinds of custom, personal or business prints done! Ive had t-shirts screen printed with excellent work. Ball caps and jackets embroidered that looked very professional. And signs for my business made that were top notch! They are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I do not recommend Vigil Signs. I needed a 3 foot by 5 foot sign for an event we were holding. I contacted Vigil Signs and emailed the art work a week before the event. I called and spoke to Mario Vigil. I ask him if the art work I sent was high enough quality to be blown up to 3x5. He said it was. I went into the shop the next day to go over exact specifications and told him the event was very important. He said to call him Monday. This event was on Thursday. I called Monday, his wife said he wasnt available. I called Tuesday and they were going to LA for the day. I called Wednesday and they said they would get to my sign after lunch. I picked up the sign Wednesday night and it was all pixaliated. Mario said he would fix the sign before the event that was happening at 2pm the next day. I went in at 9 am the day of the event and they said they would have it done by 11:30. I called the FedEx store on Stockdale and ordered a smaller sign as a back up to be ready at noon. At 11:30, I went back into Vigil Signs and they hadnt started my sign. I asked him what he was doing for the past 2.5 hours and he said other things came up. I asked when my sign would be ready because people were going to be arriving at 1:30. He said he would TRY to have it ready by 1. At noon, I picked up my sign at FedEx. At 1:00, I called Mario and he would not answer his phone. I called 3 times before he picked up. By this time it was 1:15. I asked him if my sign was ready and he said almost. I told him to forget it since it was not ready for when I needed it. Had I not had a backup plan, I would have not had a sign for the event. Mario Vigil really let me down. That is not how to do business.

HATED IT!! I do not recommend this place at all!! They take FOR EVER! To get the job done. When you walk inn, they seem to be very kind, especially the owner. I took in a banner just for them to print my companies logo, and still never finish the job. They told me it was going to take couple of days, and those couple of dayas turned into couple of months. inst that ridiculous?? But thats not all, they never worked on my banner. I just walked in, and took it. They didnt even apologize. Very very bad service. I dont know how theyre still on business.
