While they did take a week longer than what they said, they did an awesome job! I got told no by about 3 different places because the material and slick/vinyl and it could run like panty hose (it was a it was a backpack) this company and took it with no questions asked and did an amazing job on it no mess ups or anything I highly recommend them.

I recently had the misfortune of taking my hard earned money to J&L Custom Embroidery to have baseball shirts made. I am speaking as a Bakersfield consumer and do not represent the baseball team my son plays on. My 2 separate orders were not for the team but rather a personal order to have my sons name put on his two team jerseys and a single hat order for myself and then a second order for 12 shirts for my son and family members.Each time I used the services of J&L I was clearly made to feel as though my order was an inconvenience to them. Each order was ready past the store indicated date they would be ready. When I called to find out when my order would be ready I was told I would be called back...and no call was ever received. When I would drive to the store a worker would disappear to the back of the store and return with an, Your order will be ready in a couple of days, well call you. I just picked up my 12 shirt order that was supposed to have the team logo on the front with my sons name and number on the back. (This was clearly discussed with the owner Jose at the ordering) My shirts arrived with a logo on the front and nothing on the back. I brought in 6 shirts of my own shirts to boot and just paid $168.00 for 1 logo on the front of 12 shirts! In expressing my lack of clear disappointment in the order, Jose had tried to let me know how frustrated he was with such a small order. To all looking for an embroidery service with an order less than I would assume 1000 shirts.....DO NOT BOTHER THE STAFF AT J&L CUSTOM EMBROIDERY WITH YOUR SMALL AND UNAPPRECIATED BUSINESS.SHAWN PERRYMAN

My husband and I walked in to get Information and pricing on shirts and the heavy set Hispanic man (not sure if he was the owner) was extremely straight forward and VERY rude. every question we had for him.. very extremely rude.. Not professional at all! This man is definitely lacking his customer service skills. I guess hes forgetting that the reason he is open is customers... Well I will not be going to him at all neither will anyone I know. I will take my hard earned money and my business some where else.BEWARE VERY EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not go to this shop!

Walk-in and the man behind the counter didnt acknowledge me for quite a few minutes while he played on this phone also seem to get upset when I brought my dog in that is a service animal because of his dog getting upset I assume honestly just didnt seem interested in my business
