I enjoy walking inside this Shoe Palace. As soon as u walk in your greeted by smiling facing who attend u with the best quality of Customer service. This location is very clean and organized witch makes it easy to find what ur looking for. I recommend these locations inside the Valley Plaza mall ur choice to cop Sneakers for the Toe.

Will NEVER go back!! The workers are rude and have no knowledge of shoes. My boyfriend and I felt like we were a bother, the workers seemed annoyed because wed ask for shoe sizes my boyfriend was asking for their opinions and they would just say idk. Shortly after there was an incident with two of the cashiers one female and male. Randy or Brandon was his name told the female cashier its because we are black all because I told the female cashier she was being rude with how she was checking us out. Also the guy tried fighting my boyfriend in the store with customers everywhere. The female was mouthing off and cussing the whole time while we tried speaking to the manager. The manager didnt do anything. Stood there the whole time. Spent over $300 dollars. Thats the treatment we get?! Unprofessional beyond words!

This is based on my experience & not the price of their items nor quality!I had gone in to purchase two pairs of shoes, and as I walked in LITERALLY NO ONE greeted me. No one said a thing to me until i went up and asked for a size. But i let that go & I purchased two pairs of shoes anyways. I misplaced my receipt, but had the transaction proof on my bank statement. They didnt have one pair in the size I needed when I first purchased, but I took the size they had in hopes that it could fit the person. & it didnt.So I called about a week later cause thats when they said theyd have their new items in stock, let them know the issue that I had misplaced the receipt & they assured me I could go in & exchange them for the correct size. So we show up, they still did not have that size, so we asked if we could get a complete different style and they said yes, just pay the difference.HOWEVER, the manager looked so bothered! He had a stinky face the whole time, never communicated with us directly, rather through his employee instead. A MANAGER. & you know how you can tell that someones customer service isnt good, because when your employee tells you the customer..... you should respond to the customer whos right in front of your face with a polite response. The fact that the female employee who was helping us and the manger both looked upset because of an exchange is absurd. That 2 stars is for that tall female employee who looked happy to be there helping out the customers.The employees need to be retrained on customer service because if its not their business loosing $$$, then they dont care.

The workers here are so RUDE. I came here for some shoes but instead one of the terrible workers called my children money drains and mini devils. They even went as far as taking my grandma off of LIFE SUPPORT. Dont shop here at all costs.

Asked an employee to hold a pair of shoes for me at the counter because I needed to go to Target really quick. Came back no more than 15 minutes later and they had sold the shoes to someone else. I buy shoes at Shoe Palace all the time. The employees are some of the best Ive seen. Always have a great selection and always have new arrivals. I highly recommend this place. Its amazing.

The place was disgusting and looked runned down and the workers there were extremely rude to me the place had bugs and cockroaches, the workers smell and one worker complained about my shoes being to plain and tried kicking me out of the store immediately without asking what I needed, I felt really insulted and made me really insecure and I had the worse experience there I am never going back there ever again and I want my money back for the time the workers took from me.
