No very helpful ....need better customer service..

I’ve been trying to contact the store by calling the number on the page. I had called 6 times and they never answer the phone this is ridiculous.

One of the employees made me very uncomfortable, they made me feel as if i was unwelcome.

The workers are very understanding and nice

Salesgirl/Cashier was very helpful and friendly. This is the type of service that will make me go back!

Anybody who saying they have the latest shoes here either A. Doesn’t have any idea of what the “latest shoe” is or B. They family or friend works there and they are part of the Bakersfield back door shoe hustle because I’ve gone here plenty of times for releases and am always told the same thing and that’s either shoes are coming late or Bakersfield doesn’t get that many retros 🤷🏽‍♂️

I bought a pair of sneakers for my son here for Christmas and I had to take them back and get a smaller size and they gave me no hassle and it just took a couple minutes! I really appreciate that!

Ordered shoes, i was told we wil recieve a call and email when they arrive. Waited for 2 weeks.....nothing. figured they just hadnt come in yet, waited another 2 weeks still no call or text. My husband called the store to check the status of the shoes. They had been in the store for the past 3 weeks!!! When asked why they didnt call or email they tild us they were busy. When i went to pick them up i was asked why i wasnt notified and i was told by a female that they were too busy. I replied with too busy ti make a 2min call and she said yes!!Apparently, customers who ordered products are not of importance compared to customers who come and shop!I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks

Foot locker has a lot of great merchandise, although a little pricey this store is a great one, great brands, but 35 dollars for a t-shirt is insane for me, i usually wouldnt pay this much for a t-shirt but i did see one that i liked and i payed the ridiculous 35 dollars, i buy a lot of my shoes there because it has a great selection of shoes, and the prices for the shoes arent that bad, the service is great, and it has just a great atmosphere, the music they play is trendy, but it isnt that bad. I learned a lot about sneakers and am happy to be a regular customer, ive made friends with some of the workers and couldnt be happier with the service, great store, four outta five because my shoe sizes are always taken. Great store though.

I always leave broke 🤣 just wish Bakersfield would get more of the exclusive launches. This town is full of sneaker heads

I love this store since the remodel to it being called house of hoops they get all the exclusive shoe heat and its just a good experience overall I love it
