Been here several times always had wonderful experience with employees, always helpful and nice.Store is well stocked and very clean. I can always find what I am looking for, great selection.On some items prices are fair on some items they are marked way too high. Example: Belts, needed one right now, today, found one and bought it, standard belt for $46 bucks. Come on now, same belt you can get online for half that price, including shipping. I realize you have to make a profit, but price gouging is why customers will shop somewhere else.

I have never been so uncomfortable in a store in my life!! Just because a person looks a certain way does not make them a bad person. I was watched and followed from the time I had entered like I was trying to rob them blind when all I was trying to do was shop for some clothes. I will never go back into that store again I felt so disrespected!!

I had a awesome sales girl named Autum. She was very helpful and polite. My complaint is it was so hot in the store you could hardly stand it. I was pouring sweat. The cashier said the air was broke and had been most of the summer. How can you expect employees to work in those conditions, let alone customers shopping. Management needs to get that fixed. Also I had reward points and they were suddenly gone. No rewards and I think I had 20 dollars.

Clothing quality is always great!. customer service as I always say is a big deal ! not only for the representation of the store front you serve but also helps you keep your job! treat people equal you never know who just might walk in there ... sometimes the dirtiest is the wealthiest and if your not careful you just might miss out on that sale. respectfully speaking of course.

Before I purchased a pair of work boots I asked several people if I had a issue with the boots like in if they leak (supposed to be water proof) will I be able to return them and get another pair. I was told yes by everyone.Well they leak water in and I went down to get replacements and they said I can get them replaced but it has to be a different boot and I wont have any warranty on them.If I knew this at first I wouldnt have spent 150+ tax on some work boots hereGoogle says on the health and safety section that a mask is required for this place but the only people I noticed with a mask was the employees and some customers. My wife works at one of this citys hospitals and she just told me its filing back up with covid patients. Just some FYI

First time going to this boot barn and I didnt find my size in pants. All the sizes they had were for tall people 34-34 or above. And to top it off the line was all the way to the back of the store. And it was so hot in there they couldnt even turn on the A.C

The name should be Boot Barn mostly western & light work wear. Third time Ive been there in a two month period and they did not have the things that I needed for work. There are plenty of warehouse and cold storage workers out here in Bakersfield that certain items should be carried. I went to work world, for the third time in a two month period and they had what I needed at a much smaller store.

Great selection, and great work boots, but pricey. Customer service caters more to men customers, Ive seen this on many occasions, I was asking about a certain boot and was just given pointed directions where it might be so I can be on my way to look for it, but as soon as my husband asked where the same boot was at, the same gal was helping him out and giving excellent customer service to him, which Im still thankful for so I gotta give a 5 star she really went out of her way to help him out, kudos to her. Im good if they treat my hubby right.

Nice high quality boots. Love to buy my boots here BUT EVERY-TIME, I go about 5 of the employees hover over like I am just going to run out with the boots. They can’t say the have nothing else to do when there was about 9 other customer in the store at the same time as me. They don’t give me my space when I shop, make SO uncomfortable AF. Just because we are Hispanic does NOT mean we can’t afford to buy boots 4 at the same time.By the way SARA was a very grate help and condition the boots very well made them look nice.

This was the worst experience i had third time i made a purchase of boots here and last. The lady who attended me at the register named Joanna called me up to charge me and was too busy talking to her coworker and was even arguing with one in front of me and it was akward and unprofessional. Not to mention had about 4 staff member walk by me and stare at me like they couldnt even ask if i need help now lastly every person in front of me in the line was asked if they were greeted and helped EXCEPT ME like i said this is the third time i buy boots here and spent about 165 each visit and all three times were bad experiences sorry but even the highest quality boots arent worth your pride and dignity.

My favorite boot barn in bako

Went to buy some new work boots, they have a huge selection with tons of brand styles and options to choose from at very competitive prices. This was not the problem! I was there for about 45 minutes and had 9 salespeople ask me if I was doing ok and if I need any help which was fine also as they do have many items to choose from. The issue I had was that all the Male (5) salespeople everytime they asked if I was doing ok I was called chief, boss, bubba, pal, partner, hoss, captain! Now this may be fine to call your buddies while hanging out and drinking some beers, but in a workplace setting where you are in a customer service situation (I work in customer service industry as well) this to me is not the best way to talk to a prospective buyer of your goods.

Being from Texas, I am about all things Western, and this place brings me home. The only drawback, which is a constant in California, are the prices, with many of the same items which can be found shopping in Texas, costing as much as three times in this geographical location, and I am sure this is necessary for them in order to remain a viable business.

Simply one of the best boot barns Ive been to. Thrre a several workers who are outstanding and quite pleasant to be around with when helping you. Try to avoid the other ones. Youll know when they talk to you right away. Their selection, price matching is really good and no hassle. I only wish they would get a bigger location.

1st time in Boot Barn and I was impressed with the selection of shoes, apparel, boots and hat variety. I was greeted right away and when I wondered off into an aisle was kindly asked if I needed any help. Katy helped me and I shared with her my needs and she helped me with my selection and stayed with me for the duration answering my questions. Enjoyed my experience and will come again!

Worst experience. Never came to help. When my husband went to ask for help they totally ignored him. So we paid no mind still we were looking. Then there was 2 customers on the same aisle as we were one of the ladies asked if they needed help never bothered to ask us. We just left. So sad how we got treated.
