I went into this store to get a glass protector replaced under warranty. Monica explained it was under warranty but there is an $8 recycling fee. When I first walked in, Monica addressed me immediately. Monica replaced the screen protector for me and I was on my way. Love this store! Thanks Monica!
I had the pleasure of working with Saul and Monica during my visit. They both were not only extremely helpful but made me feel so at home. They were patient, kind, and provided A+ service. I honestly felt like I was with family and I absolutely loved working with them. I had to add lines, get new phones, switch out old phones and they made the process so easy. I appreciate them and will continue to be a loyal customer
The store was great and the representative was good. He informed me that when the rep from Ventura told me I would be saving money by adding two “ghost” lines, I in fact am paying about $80 more a month. So in the long run I got screwed by adding them and now I am still out $1000 for both phones until I can Cancel them and lower my bill from $326 to about $240.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a while! Saul was excellent helped me the moment I walked in was very friendly and even through having issues with the system and trying to assist other customers in a timely manner he got me out the door quicker then expected and with the phone I wanted! Very happy with this branch!

I wasnt there for myself, I was there with for my sister. Took way too long just to set up a new account. They didnt even help set up the phones. And when we called for help in setting up the new iPhone they didnt really help much just suggested we come in the morning.
So im posting 5 stars, but overall it was a 4, 5 stars goes to the store location and employees. The reason I say 4 stars overall, is they wanted to do a id verification which took forever(done by there security over the phone, not by the store employees). Good customer service, knowledgeable employees. Good store to shop at.👍

I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service in my life! We ordered two new phones. I called to check the order. I unfortunately had the experience of dealing with Kayla. How sad that a store would employ someone with this degree unprofessionalism.

They do have good reception in the areas of the isle I have been to. Their store service people are young and eager to help. Unfortunately, that eagerness can cause problems with getting accurate information, service, and sales. The only corporate store is in Lihue so go there for your best shot at them getting it right the 1st time. All the employees are friendly and can provide you with all the information you might need in brochures.
Great experience. Vanessa and Eric were able to help me switch from Sprint to AT&T. Entire transaction took 30 minutes. No wait time. Spoke to a sales rep within seconds of entering the door. Warm welcome and staff is happy to help. Will return.

At&t in the 400 Rosedale Hwy,Bakersfield Ca Manager Jesus was so rude. I want everyone to know even his supervisor that he has No good customer service! Take him out of there. Ive been a customer of at&t for more than 15 years and this is my first time I get someone like this. He says if his not on the clock he doesnt have to be nice. Wth is that! At&t will definitely know about him. DONT GO TO THAT STORE. IFi coukd give it a 0 i would.

I needed a SIM card switched between 2 phones from 2 different carriers. I dont remember who helped me but I think it was a manager. He was able to help me no problem and made us feel comfortable whilst joking around with us and laughing. Great service!

Great overall experience. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Wait time at the Coffee location was 30 minutes, here it was less than 5. Employee greeted me quickly and wanted to help me.
We just left this location. The employee was working with another customer, but did not greet us or acknowledge we were even there. We walked around for at least 10 minutes wanting to know how long the wait would be, but the employee never even looked at us. We were the only other customers in the store. As we were leaving, the other customer apologized to us and I had to explain that it is not their fault, but the employee should have at least said hello or he would be with us in 15 or 20 minutes. The employee said, Sorry, my manager just went on break. I told him that is no excuse for not acknowledging we were in the store. We would have stayed and waited around, but were very annoyed after being ignored the entire time. Maybe this employee should be taught better etiquette when left to run a store by himself.

Will never work with this company again after our contract is up. Was told one price from Rocky the manager for internet so we decided to sign up, we just got our first and were getting charged more. Rocky claims he never claimed the first price. Annoying that a manager of the store would do this to a customer. Now were stuck with this price for the duration of our contract. Do not go to this store. They scam people for different prices. Well make sure we spread word about this store.
