I visited Automall to checked how much they will give me for my car. I had the Manager to help me, they liked my car but it was to many miles on alreary, so it was denied. Im happy anyway that it was a good experience.
Went with my sister. She was trying to price used vehicles. She ended up leaving with a new car. We were at Mitsubishi, and they were able to get her into a car with a better price then Toyota was and another place. So she got a newer car for a cheaper monthly payment and she would have gotten at Toyota. The car at Toyota was going to be over $100 more per month and a lot smaller car. She was really happy with what she ended up with, so it was a good experience. I however I have had a bad experience before with Mitsubishi. I bought a car there a few years ago and sign up for the insurance they offer where if there is a life emergency they can put your payments on hold for 6 months. I had a major life emergency and contacted them and went into the office there at the auto mall a few different times, and they told me the insurance I had been paying for all the long did not exist. So it is what it is. Its an auto mall. They try to get you to buy a car whether youre ready for it or not. However I will say this, they were not wiping down the cars in between people test-driving them with the pandemic going on. That to me is not safe. Also, there was a huge scuff on the front driver side bumper of the car my sister bought. And the windows werent sent it as well. I told them that living in Bakersfield you really cant go around without tinted windows in the summertime, because you will melt. I also mentioned the scuff on the bumper to them. They told her they would fix both issues for her before she left with the car, then the manager changed his mind and said she could pick one or the other. She ended up getting free window tinting, but they did not do the front windows, only the back. And now she has to deal with a scuff on her bumper by herself. To me thats not cool. Whats the amount of money shes going to end up paying on the car, they should have fixed both. And they should have done a very light window tinting on the front windows.
Chrysler staff was courteous and friendly.
Came back in December to have my car looked at and Paul the service guy helped me told me what was wrong. Had to wait to get it fix due to me being poor. Well I came in to have my car fix and Paul seen me and remember me and our conversation!!!! To me that is awesome customer service Iβm sure he see a lot of people daily. I would recommend them. It was a joy also when I bought my car from them.

I have purchased a new Jeep from Bakersfield Jeep. I drove around in circles trying to find the Jeep dealership with no luck. I finally βGoogledβ the location and found it. Bakersfield Jeep isnβt on the main drag strip of most the other dealers. I definitely LOVE the fact that most of all the dealers fly a large flag out front! Also I would highly recommend you buy local and keep your tax dollars here in town. Iβm pretty sure that most of the dealers in the auto mall are privately owned so it helps stimulate our local economy!

I explained what my monthly payment has to be not a penny more and the salesperson came back with a payment $74 over what I said I could pay. I leave get home and the salesperson calls me up and said okay we can sale you that car for your payment. Nope not gonna happen

My son took his 2016 Chrysler 200 less than 50,000 and loaded after filling out the paperwork and application TODAY HE LOOKED UP THAT $9,000 DOLLAR CAR THEY HAVE IT LISTED FOR $15,00 WE GOT RIPPED OFF FOR ALMOST$7,000 GRAND !! WHY DID THEY LIE TO A YOUNG MAN AND DISABLED BE FATHER and saying that it was all good just had to wait for finance officer, then they said that the car was only worth around$9,00. Grand and he still owed that and now they get you because All the be paper work is done they have filled out the transfer of title, they come tell me I have to do it because of my sons age. I have really great credit but I failed to notice that they raised my APR% RATE SO I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR TRADE IN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT SCORE ABOVE 750 EVEN 725MOST IMPORTANTLY IF YOU COME FOR SUPPORT, SO YOUR CHILD OR LOVED ONE IS BUYING OR LEASING A NEW VEHICLE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE I SPOKE WITH A BE UNCLE IN TEXAS WHO SOLD CARS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
Acura dealer! Went in for a seatbag recall, it was free, but they were running behind, I was from out of town, they not only gave me a loaner, fixed my car, washed it too! Woo Hoo!

Drove in with a borrowed car and left with our own. We went to Lexus, Toyota and Jeep. This was probably the most convenient car buying experience Ive ever had. It only took a few hours to find the cars we browsed online, test drive a few different makes and decide on the perfect vehicle. We went with Jeep for multiple reasons, but overall the entire experience at the AutoMall was fast and enjoyable.

Worst experience ever! Alex the general manager cant even be bothered to respond to direct emails about customer complaints. If you cant get the general manager to respond, then you know the rest of the employees are worthless.Was told to find another dealership. Told the rates online dont reflect their pricing. No one was willing to haggle. They came back with a price $150 higher than the other dealers I have spoke to. Not willing to budge. The Ugly manager who is bald angry looking fat man with moles all over his face is a racist *ick.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

1 area with different cars in different company together is what I never think of being asked to answer in comment toward Bakersfield automall. Actually good explanation on stars, what kinds, and varities of color, inclduing be caution of contacts. They worked hard to collect cars trucks suvs vans for cizitens. Truly supportive for cizitens needs.
