Who can really rate a repo company but wow Ill give you that Im sure they deal with people who are pissed off emotional & looking to place blame for having their vehicle taken out of their driveway in the middle of the night but they wont give you their address and had a fake one listed on google! I got all things necessary to get my car back by 10am but was told, on a monday, I couldnt because they are closed on Tuesdays and they have to process it. I called other repo places and they dont have to do the inventory if settled and agreed upon the same day...but I couldnt verify items because I couldnt be told where my items were! In case its changed again their address is 1537 Art Street...I will say I apologized because I knew I was a jerk!

My fiancé truck was towed and the towing company came thru as quietly as possible and repoed my fiancé truck.Well we came to pick it up and speakers as well as amps were not in the truck!!Our stuff was stolen and a police report is being done !!This company is trash and thieves

A Repo man from A-1 Recovery came yesterday, Friday to my home. The gate was closed and my car was parked all the way on the back, he walk inside my home uninvited did everything very quietly and before I knew it, he had my car already in his Tow Truck ready to go. My son say, Hey why are taking the car. He just answered, Is a Repo and left as fast as he could. He didnt even had the decency to come to the front door, knock and just let me know he had to take the car or show me a paper saying so. I would had understand. On top of all this mess he took some items that belong to me. He didnt even give me a chance to get them out of the car.I call Loan Mart immediately complaining about this and they just gave me their number and told me I could go and get my items but I would have to pay a fee. Just to get my items I have to pay this people a fee, never I thought; money doesnt grow on trees. The Loan Mart Representative is crazy if she thinks Ill pay an extra fee to get my own items. The point is that I talk to a lawyer, he said that first this repo man cant enter inside my property, walk all the way where my car was parked because is illegal. He should have knock my door, show me a receipt or paper that shows the company name in order to proceed with the repossession of the car or call the agent of this company and follow instructions, so they can contact me. I never got a call from a Loan Mart Agent nor this repo man knock on the door letting me know he had orders to take my car. Is discussing how these people do business.

Car got repo I called looking around for it found out it was here wanted to make sure that they knew I had money in my car so it wouldn’t come up missing was told car gets cleaned out in front of cameras call back a hour later and was told there was nothing in my car but a wallet (wich is where my money was) ask to see videos because Iknow they stole it I was told no then asked for Higher management number was told they can’t give it out this place is full of scams and thieves
