Great customer service from Michael who took us in at last minute and then we had another idea the next day and he right away turn around our order within 24 hrs. He came up with the PERFECT design based on our very simple idea. I recommend Bakersfield custom signs to any one they are the best. Thank you Michael and team for everything you guys did for us.

Would never recommend them to anyone. To much competition in Bakersfield in the same space to have a lack of care for new clients. Reached out to this company to do a simple job on the back of my car. I wanted to see how there work was before I gave them a bigger job. He seemed like a nice guy and HONEST! (He is not) he stated he would have a sample of my design done by the end of the day would only be a $65 job simple text nothing major. He stated he would text me first before he printed it to get my approval. Never heard from him that evening (1st lie) I called the next morning he answered said he was in a meeting and would send it over as soon as he was done (2nd lie). Later on around 4pm I called because they close at 5pm and I wanted to see the sample before I drove up there again. His receptionist answered she seemed lost and stated he was with a client and he would get back to me with the sample. He must have died I suppose because it is now 5 days later never even heard from the guy! Wasted his and my time taking measurements of my car and drawing a design just to then go ghost on a new client. What was the point of me driving up there? I was able to get it done the next day by one of their competitors with no delay or issue! I definitely would look elsewhere as customer service is lacking MAJOR at this business and that caused you to loose which would have been a long time client. Do Better! it’s 2021 have respect for your business and your time and new clients. RIDICULOUS!! And shows a lack of professionalism.

They were exactly how I wanted them. Everything was taken care of in house without any problems. Will totally go back for more things! Will recommend Bakersfield Custom Signs to everyone!

Mike took the time to make me a few Harley stickers when I called a few other shops and they didn’t want to give me the time of day with my small request thanks mike really appreciate it

I was calling around looking for a banner and when I called this company they were very nice and assured me the banner would be done on time ( it was a last minute thing) they got it done pretty quick and the quality of the banner is good for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them! thank you guys for being great!!

This company and the owner Mike are the ABSOLUTE worst people that i have ever done business with. Please if you need signs done, save yourself time and find someone else. He sold us some salesman hooblah about creating a theme throughout our shop and that hes going to do this and that but never delivered. It took him 2 months to get the stickers on our windows and our sign up. We had to call him everyday and he would always have some excuse. The completed work was basic and tacky and was only about half of the speal that he told us he would do when we paid him. On top of that, when he finally finished he wanted an extra 200 for nothing. Belive me, there are so many other places out there, just go somewhere else. Heed the warning if you dont want your blood pressure raised. Hmu if u want proof

These guys are so cool! Very talented. They can make just about anything youd ever need, the sky is the limit! The staff is very amazing and will greet you always with the best attitude. They made an amazing wrap for my daughter kindergarten transportation project. It was amazing.

I would recommend to anyone. Michael is busy, but some how always makes time for my rush orders. I run a small shop and never plan my timing, they have yet to let me down. They have reasonable pricing. They do design and can help with alot of ways to make your idea look better.

If you need a Vape Logo or Vape Company designs best place to go to. reasonable staff and great customer service. They do shirt designs also if you are looking for some shirts for a department at work or a sport. I had many of my friends come here to get their cars wrap and they said great people to talk to about your orders and get accurate service by the letter.
