Definitely THE place to go to for any sign related repairs and to get your business sign done right the first time around! I got my my sign done by company C which has been around. They used cheaper parts and films and part of the light failed. Their CS was bad but that is another story.So I called company BN for repair. BN took long time but fixed the half the problem and never got around to fix everything. I gave up on BN to fix everything since they are hard to reach and also block your number after if you call them often enough to get problem resolved! Talk about CS. It looked like BN did that to other customers as well upon reading some reviews.The same problem returned so I had to call around to get it repaired again. By chance, I stumbled upon Signs by Cal and wow. Ruben from SbyC swered all the questions I had and explained why I was having same problems again. Apparently BN used used part to fix the problem and what is why it failed so soon. The partial repair cost by BN wasnt even cheap either. Also BN recycled my old panel and covered it up with thick film to hide old film causing light to not come through well.The Signs by Cal replaced all my electrical components with NEW parts and all new panels with higher quality film at lower cost than BN quoted for full repair last time without the all new panels. In hind sight, the issue I had could have been fixed at FAR less than quoted if it was diagnosed correctly and honestly even if new parts were used! Just save yourself from the future headaches and just call Ruben from SbyC to get any sign related problems fixed.
