I really love working with this team at this location! I make candles and purchase my labels through them. Theyve helped me pick out the correct material after the first material when it wasnt doing too well with my jars. I really appreciate that they go above and beyond. Their customer service at this location is seriously top notch and its what keeps me choosing this location vs any online printing place or other local shops. I highly recommend this location! Seriously, anyone who Ive spoken to over the phone/in store has been exceptional.

Deciding to use Printcenters was a terrible decision and I recommend that no one use them if you want to deal with a honest and efficient company.I used them to send out a direct mail order and was charged for the order. A month later, nothing had been sent. I contacted the company and they said they would look into it. Again I heard nothing back.At that point, I decided to use another company that did a great job with my mail. Print centers never informed me that the order was not sent or why it was not sent.They are now refusing to issue a refund for the order. Again giving no detailed communication except they are looking into it.I feel like I was scammed by this company and would advise everyone to go elsewhere.

There is no one in Bakersfield that tops Print Centers quality customer service and timeliness. Every single worker I have come in contact with has been so kind and professional and ALWAYS do everything they can to accommodate and make my projects everything I could hope they would be. They truly take the time with each customer ( I have witnessed their patience with others as well) to make sure the work needed exceeds expectations. Everyone I have referred to Print Centers has always been as thrilled as I am to do business with them!

I really appreciate Print Centers based on my 1st experience with them a couple of days ago. I was in need of just a small batch of basic business cards within a day. I already had the design ready to go and was just trying to find a printing company to print them for me. I called Print Centers and explained my situation. The employee provided great customer service and he sent me an email to submit the design while I was on the phone. He confirmed my design, that it would work, and that they would let me know when it was done. Within 30 minutes, I got a call that my order was ready for pickup! Impressive. Overall a good experience.[Objectively, I would give 4.5 stars because I dont like giving a perfect review scores with any company unless it was absolutely perfect, but Google wont let me do that. So, Im giving 5 stars for wonderful customer service, easy design submission, and incredibly fast project completion time.]

For years, we have talked about taking our daughter to Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday. Sadly, her birthday came during the middle of this pandemic, when everything, including the town of Las Vegas, was closed! I was thrilled when I learned that Print Centers would be able to help us make her birthday just as special and memorable. They designed and created beautiful, festive signs that we put out on our lawn as the entrance to our make-shift Las Vegas adventure at home. Print Centers made it so easy! With only a vague idea of what we wanted, we came to Print Centers and they took it from there. They presented us with signage options and designs. Once we chose our favorites, they took care of the rest.

Ive used Print Centers four times now over the past couple years. Every time they have been professional, courteous, and fast. They offer competitive rates vs online companies when you account for the turn around and cost of shipping. They are my go-to print shop and would highly recommend them.

I went in today to work on my wedding invitations and the experience was fantastic. The employee was so kind and attentive. Definitely made it one of the easiest steps of my wedding.

A gentleman named Ed helped me I needed one copy and I happened a cross this shop. He was curdious happy and very helpful. He gave me the copy for free... Silly I know but made my day. Kindness goes a long way and I would definitely recommend this shop just because of him. Thank you! Have a very merry Christmas !

I did not enjoy my visit to Print Centers. The employees made fun of my speech habits, and make negative remarks about other customers after they left. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the experience and would not recommend.

Can there be a sixth star?! My biggest regret is that I didnt go to them first! I will only, always, for the rest of my life go here! I made the mistake of going to Office Depot first to get bridal shower invitations printed- HUGE mistake. Was there for over an hour with 60 wrong invitations and kids working that had no idea what they were doing. I went to fed ex prints the next day, they wanted to charge me 66 dollars for 30 invites, which is only 15 sheets of regular sized paper. Are you kidding me? And I had to come back and pick them up at the end of the day! I gave the world one last chance and remembered I had gotten a flier for this place the other day and wasnt sure what services they offered. I called, they gave me a price quote instantly and told me if I came in they would do them right there and I would be good to go. I walked into a store with multiple guys behind the counter that were ready and willing to help. The whole process was so quick! They had samples of all the different cardstock I could pick from. No other place did that! The price was one fifth what it was going to be at fed ex! Such high quality, timely and they even offered everyone in there a bottle of water. Seriously cant wait for a reason to come back to this place!
