Gave me parts that was not for my vehicle rude and very unprofessional

The place was going to sell me a window regulator for $75 but when I diagnosed the issue and determined it was just the switch they said they can only sell me the whole door for $350! The guy seemed like he had no idea what I was talking about but in retrospect they were trying to get the most from me. Not recommend due to poor professionalism, retaliatory for not buying the most expensive part, and lack of knowledge.

I got a ac compressor from them and it didnt last the 30 days but i was 2 days over on the 30 day replacement and they said no so I have to spend 150 somewhere else on one when I could have got a new for the money that I am now having to spend

I always try to shop from local businesses to help and support our community but these people make me want to buy parts online. Customer service here is horrible, I called several times and they finally picked up on the 4th try. They always answer the phone very rude, they get so mad when you ask questions to confirm if that is the right part i need. I would give them 0 stars if i could. Very disappointed in this place.

I loved it actually. I was prepared i had the basic tools to pull my parts, no one there to help or hovering over me, i had the map and knew where to go. What ruined my experience was at the end on my way out they checked my bags.....they checked my bag on the way in as well which wasnt a problem. At the exit they checked my bag along with my receipt and it didnt match. Well, I showed the cashier when she asked me too both parts ( fog light and harness) were in my hand and she rang me up totalling $19. I Didnt check the receipt cause it sounded reasonable and also i was gathering my things and had things in both hands and walk out. At the exit security checked my bag and my receipt, well it match the cashier charged me fir 1 item and in front of everyone entering and exiting they accused me questioned me and well it was just embarrassing. I thought to myself why would i steel something if i clearly saw them checking bags at the entrance? And if that was the intent then why are they in hands in plane sight? So after a manager and more security got involved then someone finally believed me and just let it go. But i was gonna go on a no trespassing list with a pic attached to my name.

I found them through Stockdale auto sale car dealership off of Stockdale next door to frosty freeze, Great prices, The woman answered the phone and found the part i need in less than 35 seconds, Like she was expecting my call. I went to location, Huge dismantling location, They need to install wood pieces as umbrellas, I didnt wait long but I barely was able to breathe, The sun burnt the hell out of me. Do you have to struggle with heat and dust to be able to buy from dismantling companies? A very long piece of wood will cover the customers and make it more pleasant while waiting at least.Anyways, Showed up mentioned car year, Make and model, Dont forget to mention the model precisely like 3.0 SE automatic and exact part if its electric or not. They will get you the piece in less than 30 minutes.Amazing prices, Super fast service.Save time by calling and asking them to make it ready till you get there.

So I called this place looking for a hood for a 2001 chevy Silverado 2500HD, the girl I speak to on the phone says they do have one and I ask twice to make sure she understands its the HD Im looking for. she confirms they do have one so I drive across town from the southwest only to get there and be told they dont have it, that they only have the regular 1500 hood. This place is just a waste of time and the employees dont even pay attention to what the customers are looking for. overall horrible experience and trash service. will never use them again
