Was late for my appointment but Z, the owner, allowed me to reset. Azle is Azle & I had a preconceived notion of the people there. Boy was I wrong! Im not sure if Z is more professional or funnier - hes both. And helpful too. I also met his lively wife Jennifer & shes just as awesome as Z.While there I met 1 of their customers...it must be the shop that people there are good people with good vibes.I wish I lived closer as Burrows would be my new go to shop.

My truck was running incredibly bad and I brought it in for plugs and wires and a coil pack. They diagnose the issue and ended up saving me money. They were fast and affordable.

I have had the pleasure of being helped at Burrows twice, and both times the work I have needed done to my car has been done promptly, and I was given accurate quotes on the work that was LOWER THAN I COULD EVEN IMAGINE!My first experience with them was getting a new starter, and they even made sure to be thorough enough to check that the job was necessary. Im a single mom and had my daughter with me and they were considerate enough to make sure I wasnt spending money I didnt need to (turns out in the end I did need a new started but hey, they tries!) and Jennifer was even prepared for my two year old by having a set of blocks in the office to keep her occupied! Anyone with kids would know how awesome it is to be waiting at an auto shop with an antsy toddler and see those bad boys get pulled out.The second time was for my window and this time Jennifer to the recuse with a huge container of Goldfish crackers when my baby said she wanted a snack (if you see a theme, Im rarely prepared lol). But with both jobs they were cheap, fixed quickly, and have held up amazingly well! So come check out Burrows Auto you guys, youll be glad you did!
