Went in for an oil change. I was greeted kindly but the kindness ended there. I was not asked about my oil preference, I assumed they would put the same oil in my car that I was already using, its listed on the sticker on my windshield. I was asked about changing my air filter but I politely declined. When it was time to pay they said I owed $115!!!. I have NEVER payed that much for an oil change. I was told that they put the expensive oil that is recommended by Toyota. I told them it didnt matter to me what was recommended, I dont use that kind and wasnt going to pay that much. I think they expected me to just pay anyway but they got the wrong girl. It is not my mistake that they made the decision about my oil without asking first. I left them no choice but to change out the oil. The whole encounter was ridiculous and I was treated rudely for standing up for myself. I definitely wont be back!

They extremely friendly and polite which was surprising for what my past experiences. As I waited for my turn the other people waiting seemed happy on the prices they were being quoted for the services they were being done. They always came to speak to the owner before they actually replaced what needed to change while showing them the item needed replacing. Very professional...

Soon arriving a young man immediately explained to me there was 2 cars in front of me. I was trying to get my car inspected. He explained it usually took 10 to 15 minutes per car. Suprisingly another employee came to my car about 10 minutes later and completed my inspection. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. It was great and the employees are very friendly. I will definitely go back and tell others of the great service I received there.

While driving my wifes car through the parking lot the mechanic slammed it into reverse and drove it backwards into the bay and slammed the brakes. While the other mechanic started laughing and clapping. Very unprofessional.

Steven was the nicest most sincere guys andprofessional of all the mechanics Ive ever taken my car to(fact)!!!!The owner was also a hell of a nice guy good old boy just sit down and BS about everything and anything honest as honest a guy as he can be!!!! Id come back again and again, that got my business!!!!

Sometimes they forget what they quote ya (LOL) but they are honest and good. I go there a lot.

Family and I all go here, the guys are always friendly and very helpful to my new car and its needs ... i just wish the floor boards were vacuumed and a car wash offered, like every other time before.. or at least informed me of things change! That is/was a service I enjoyed and most appreciative about! But over all the service is always spot on! You guys rock!

Just found out that they Charged my wife $290 for an oil change. I’ve never heard of an oil service center taking advantage of someone in such a degree. They claimed the oil needed to be flushed, which if I’m not mistaken is a regular part of the process to remove the old oil. Oh, and they said it needed coolant.?! Disgusting behavior, I took this vehicle there for the previous oil change and paid $130, must of been because I was a man. Buyer beware.

My goddaughter (19) took her car in for an oil change. They also performed an unauthorized radiator flush and charged her for it when it wasnt even a requested or suggested repair. When confronted they falsely claimed that they were told to do it. The car is also making a clicking noise when she accelerates. I would steer clear of these shady business practices and take your business elsewhere.

My niece went here by herself. The charged her for a service she did not authorize them to perform. Her car is now making noises and they refuse to address the issue, instead they are giving excuses. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are many stories of people receiving damage to their car and up charging.

I always love going here. All of the guys are so nice, polite and always get the work done fast. Plus theres a small room in the back with toys that my kids love to play in!

One of the employees, I believe the manager was extremely rude. Very short and not cordial at all, he stood there eating a candy bar and smoking while talking to me. My car was in and out so fast theres no way they gave it a good service. I stopped to check all caps and the only one that the dust had been touched was the oil. Also they are significantly higher in price. The kid in charge of courtesy was polite and seemed to be good at the job.

I went in for oil change. The following day I noticed it was smoking and called in. Was told since filter was so close to manifold prob got some oil on it. If it kept smoking bring back in. I did return and it was checked over. All was fine but they noticed oil pan had a leak in it and needed to be replaced. I took it and had two mechanics look at it to get estimates. They both checked the oil dip stick and to their surprise it had TWICE the oil in it that it needed. Both said to return it and have it drained by Kwik Lube. I was lucky my seals did not rupture out they both said. I returned to Kwik Lube and manager Josh took it in and corrected the oil issue. He apologized and said that should never have happened and he would address the ones who did my oil change originally. I was planning on using this place as i recently moved to Azle. After this Im not sure now. If you use this place for an oil change...check your oil level before you leave. This could of damaged my engine.

I used their car wash and the dryer malfunctioned. I pulled into the lube area and was approached by a guy that I explained the situation to. He told me he was aware of the issue. I asked if the other car wash worked properly and he said it did. I asked for a voucher to use it and her told me that because the car had been washed, he would not give me a voucher. I told him that my car was going to have water spots because it didnt get dried, and he said that wasnt his problem. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager, so I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said he didnt have one. I asked for the owners number, and he wouldnt give it to me. I confirmed with another employee that he was in fact the manager. I didnt get his name, and am kicking myself for that. I will never do business with this place again. When I got my oil changed there a couple weeks back, I was quoted one price, and then charged about $15 more. They said it was because I have a piece under my car that had to be removed. This was never made known to me until I questioned the increase in my bill. I feel like this place is shady and would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Went in the other day and had brakes done and was very impressed with the professionalism of the mechanic... he explained every step of the process and was very thorough with the assessment of the brakes conditions and very accurate pricing and even explained to me that the rotors had to be turned and how that helped in the braking process which I had done immediately.I will continue taking my vehicle to kwik car for all my vehicles needs.Thanks James for all you did!! Called to see how much a brake job for Silverado.Was told the price is different for every vehicle.Again told him make and model, he said he could not tell me the cost, because he would have to call for pricing for parts. Which seem like it would be a inconvenience for him to do.

Quick and informative of the results of my cars old oil.

My auto passed inspection there 3yrs. In a row, this time it wouldnt pass because the tint on the top of my windshield was 1in. too low. That tint has been on there all 3 times.

I think $45 is too high for installing a battery and replacing one terminal. Didnt know that going in or I probably would have gone down the road.

I was there as soon as they opened and I was in and out in less than 30 min. Had a high mileage change, and it was around 45 bucks for my accord. Very professional and very knowledgeable. It was my first time there, and definetly not my last.

I got my oil changed, and they let me know my air filters needed to be changed, desperately. The guys even cleaned my car out before they gave it back. I was shocked, I did not expect that. All of this done in 20 minutes

Have a Volkswagen and need an oil change? Look elsewhere.My previous visit went smoothly but upon returning, they refused to service my car due to the oil plug requiring a proprietary tool for proper removal (which they did not have). When I took it to another location, the mechanic informed me that the oil plug had been damaged due improper removal (Kwik Kar was the last to change the oil) and suggested I take it to the dealership.They should have been honest from the beginning but instead damaged the oil plug and didnt inform me.

They stay open with their regular hours even before the holidays.... what? Everyone else shuts down early. Bless them!

I was looking this place up to get the phone number for records on our vehicle we are selling. I was so shocked to see the bad reviews. We have used this location for 6+ years. They have always been honest, fast, and inexpensive. I come in frequently by myself as a mom and they have never tried to pull a fast one on me. I highly recommend this place. We have been to lube stations that take forever or charge upwards of $50 for an oil change. I can always stop by and usually get fit in.

After having my oil changed they started the inspection process. Everything seemed to go well after I paid 85.00 for an oil change and inspection. As I was getting my car he preceded to tell me that my car failed due to the new law change in window tint. He should have told me prior to the inspection that it would not pass because of the new law. I called back and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional after I told him my concerns. He said that once I handed him my insurance document the inspection process had started and there was no turning back. He had the car for an oil change and could have mentioned it at that time. After listening to him and got ready to ask another question he hung up on me. I have taken all my vehicles there for an oil change and inspection. I will never be back again. Very deceptive practice. GO SOMEHWERE ELSE.

Where do I even start! I took my 2012 Kia Sol to Kwik Kar in Azle today for an oil change and a State inspection. Noting wrong with my car just routine oil change. Well, they changed the oil and the young service guy, Matt, started to drive my car through the parking lot and smoke started pouring out of the exhaust pipe! My car looked like it was on fire! When I asked what happened the manager, Josh, said they didnt know that it wasnt anything they did! By the time I finally left I paid them $96.03 for an oil change, inspection and a car with smoke pouring out of the exhaust! The best they had to offer was for ME to take it to a dealership.

My wife took her vehicle to have the oil and filter changed and ended up with a 180 dollar bill after being told that it needed to have the differential oil changed, she doesnt even know what a differential is, she was charged 139 for that a 15 minute job at best,she is a 62 old woman,I wonder if they would do that to their grandma like that.you people are shady,karma will pay you back!

Not a good experience! I would grade zero stars if it was available.I went for an inspection expecting to pay my $25. I was informed my license plate lights were out, $6.99 EACH to replace. As long as one is working, it would pass. Then one of my wiper blades was missing a half inch off the top of the blade, $22 to replace that ONE. I instructed them to fail me. I went down the street to OReilys paid $6.49 for 2 replacement bulbs and $15 for the top of the line wiper. Now returned to follow up on my inspection, pass. Did I mention? They arent pleasant fellows.

I went to this location as the have mobile one synthetic, very disappointed as they didnt fill fluids as they stated they would. And what about a free car wash? I was never told I received one.

Wheres the 0 on this thing? Worst experience ever. Customer service out the window. Rude and arrogant. Josh said hed call the cops on me if I didnt pay for a failed state inspection, which I was more than willing to pay for after a quick review of the state law.

I brought my truck here once and definitely wont be back. During the oil change a young man brought me a sample of my transfer case fluid and showed me another sample he said was mine and he told me mine had metal shavings in it. I told him to leave it alone and I would take it to Ford to have them check it out. Ford found nothing wrong with it . I felt like I was being scammed by this place.

I brought two of my cars in for service, my Nissan Sentra needed an oil change, wiper blades, fuel injection cleaning and fuel filter, new headlights. My Dodge Grand Caravan needed an oil change, wiper blades, and new head lights. I will always take any vehicle I own to Kwik Kar of Azle as the entire staff is professional and honest.They work Fast but are efficient and their prices are affordable!!!Excellent service, no pressure upselling from the staff and the facility is clean and run efficiently. Hats off to the service members as they have excellent customer service.I will forever tell my friends and family to go to Kwik Kar of Azle!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.My car calls for 10w30 and they used 5w30 without even telling me they dont have the correct oil, over priced typical oil change at other kwik kar for about 60$ but at this one I paid 101$

I have been going there for about my last 7 or 8 services they have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and it was in and out lot faster than going back to the dealership

Just because there is metal shavings in your fluid sample doesnt mean there is a problem with your transfer case a lot of the shavings come from when they are first being used for the first time in a vehicles life and friction is created in them same as a motor however when they get lubricated for the first time majority of the friction is prevented and the shavings slow down on being producedmotor? id be kind of leery of anyone referring to an engine as a motor i went to electricians school over 30 years ago ( I know what a motor is....)

This place changed the oil in our Dodge Eco Deisel and never put the oil cap back on! We discovered it 3 months later when the truck sounded funny! We tried to discuss this with them and got ignored and rude responses. We will never return to this Kwik kar ever! Luckily we noticed the cap missing before any permanent damage was done.
