Friendly service, but did not carry any tires in stock, and has to order externally, this is especially a problem if your car happens to pop a tire in front of their garage and you cannot wait 24 hours

Hard working group. I have used them several times for vehicle work and inspections. They are very respectful and upfront on estimated time and cost. Customer service is great. They will continue to be my go to place for my vehicles.

To start off, they are nice and it’s a good place. I understand not everyone has the same experience but more than once I was told they would be open until 5p or 2p depending on the day but when I got there 2+ hrs before closing (2 separate occasions) they were all gone and locked up. I drive 45 mins (1 way) to get there so it’s a little irritating. Again. Nice guys. Could have told me they may close early.

I take my vehicles here for all maintenance and repairs. They do a lot more than just tires. They also do lifts and off-road 4x4 whatever you need.

At Azle discount for almost 4 hours for brake replacement. Went in able to brake just needing new pads on the rear. They said so much more was wrong, more than doubled what they initially said it was going to be and fixed what was wrong.... Left with almost no brakes what so ever can barely stop the car now and they said another part was out on the car thats why its not stopping properly. It was stopping great before how odd. Absolutely did not bleed the brakes right I would not recommend ever going here not the first time weve left with our car in worse condition then when weve gone in.

These guys are awesome they are pretty quick even though they are always packed I’ve had a tire that desperately needed to be replaced but just didn’t have the funds at the time and they fixed it and it held until I got new tires. They always check my tire pressure free of charge and they are super friendly

Went in to check my tire they said it was a CV axle and tie rodes they quoted me over $500 to fix it took it up the rd and all it was was the tire needed balanced There a rip off

Hello! This place is awesome! I pulled in there yesterday because my low tire light came on my car. I ask one of the guys, I think Danny if he could put air in my tire. Had them do an alignment on my wifes Tahoe just a couple days ago. After getting it back the alignment was just as bad if not worse than it was before. When contacted about fixing it they made it perfectly clear they werent interested in fixing the issue. As a local auto repair shop owner myself I will no longer be referring any of my customers to this place again and all my future alignments will be taken to Goodyear in Springtown or Firestone in Lake Worth. This place is an absolute joke.

Popped a tire while visiting my sister in Azle. Thankfully I went to Discount Tire and they had me fixed up with a new tire in less than an hour. They were very friendly, professional and efficient! I didnt have to delay any of my travel plans, so thankful!

I have been here 3 times over the past year. The first time was for an oil change and to see about a new set of tires. The guy at the counter was very dismissive and rude. I went back about a mobth later because one bad apple shouldnt ruin tge whole tree. My second visit was for an alignment.... It was straight but my steering wheel was sideways... They dont offer warranty. When I called about the issue again rude and dismissive. Well a little over a week ago my husband decided to take my tahoe in for an alignment thinking maybe this time would be better... Wrong again. My vehicle was pulling hard to the right after their so called alignment. Hubs called and they said they dont offer warranty should have brought it back in the same day. Well it was done end of day on Friday and i didnt drive it anywhere. Needless to say i had to take it to firestone and pay for another alignment. At least now there is a warranty, and actual report on what was done, and great customer service. We are small business owners and try to support local but good grief!!!

Had alignment done. The guys there were great. I had replaced the entire suspension on my vehicle and was a little nervous about how bad everything was going to be. The guys aligned it perfectly and even offered me a solution to make it cheaper. It’s been about a month and vehicle still drives straight. Will definitely go back for tires and other repairs.

They are honest and reliable! Fast service and no trying to sell you something you dont need to expand their profits. I was a little worried about my teenage daughters tire being low. We went in and they thoroughly checked it out. There was no problem with her tire. They didnt try to sell me one that wasnt necessary. They dont treat me like I have no idea what Im talking about because I am a woman. I have that problem with other businesses but never here. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!

My husband tried doing business with Azle Discount Tire this week, and the manager talked down to him after requesting that he do a job operation on a farm tire. We have bought at least 4 sets of tires from this company in the past, but will not be buying any more tires in the future.

Ive been up there multiple times! All the guys up there are super sweet & always do such a wonderful job. David is a mechanic up there & he really helped me out this past time & did a great job. Highly recommend this place. :)

I stopped by today to see if they could check my tires after a tire rotation done by a dealership. They immediately checked my tires and discovered one of the tires hadn’t been put on correctly and was about to fall off! They fixed it and went ahead and checked the other tires as well! And they didn’t charge me! So super thankful for them!

I went here, because, it had good reviews. Maybe my bad experience was timing? It was late afternoon on a Friday, but who knows?! I needed air in my tires and an oil change. I asked upfront, the cost, and was quoted a price. The price was double what competitors charge! The guy said they check over everything and top off fluids and air. All oil change stations do this, so it wasnt a selling point for me! But, I didnt feel like driving somewhere else, so I agreed to the service. It took them forever to come back and tell me the car only takes synthetic and the quote to me was incorrect. The guy I was working with was nice, and honored the original quote. However, I get in my car, and my tires are still low. I had to remind them to put air in my tires!! They are a tire place... the guy that drove the car to the front didnt see the warning light?? I didnt receive a mileage sticker for the next oil change, nor did they bother to put current mileage on my receipt!! Ive never seen anything like it....it is a guessing game? The car is my daughters car, she is young, and needs a reminder sticker!! And...to top it off ever since the oil change the maintenance light keeps coming on. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because the one kid was nice and honored the original quote!!

Never in my life have a received such horrible customer service. Not only once but twice! After the first time I decided to give them a second chance but unfortunately I received the same low quality and poor service as the first time. Such a disgrace, save yourself the time and drive somewhere else for good customer service and quality tires with good prices. Chris gave me a great price on a set of rims and tires. Was thrilled to find the best price around so close to home. My problem comes from the total lack of attention to detail that could have killed my family.The day after getting tires put on, driving down the highway one of my front tires almost flew off. Pulled over to find it being held on by 1 lug nut only. All others came off. Obviously they didnt take the time to make sure they tightened them all correctly. after getting home, checked the rest of them and all but 1 tire had to be tightened with our impact... they were all loose except 1.I believe next time Ill spend a little more to ensure its done correctly.

Took a tire to them to be fixed, the service guy took it to the back and brought it back in about 5 mins. He said it was fixed, then about 3 days later it was flat again. $10 for nothing. Took it to Jimenez and he repaired the nail hole and cleaned the wheel before remounting and balancing. $15.00 and no leaks. Plus I could see everything he did.

Tire had been low and not holding air for long, so I asked for them to see if a nail or something was in it/patch it if possible...instead I got told nothing was wrong, they aired up my tires(too much) and sent me on my way...ended up having a flat with two small kids in tow...thanks

Weve always used Azle Discount Tire - for all our tire needs and usually its a fabulous experience.. today, however, was a disappointment. Went in to have my tire checked out as it kept loosing air; the technician removed the tire, wet it down and found a small hole by the tire wall - made the decision to replace the tire... Technician put the old tire back on as a replacement had to be ordered - I came back to the shop when they advised the tire was in.The technician went to remove the old tire and discovers that he had cross threaded the lug nut. I was told that they could torque it to see if it would come off or break the bolt; it broke the bolt. I asked if I would be responsible for replacing the bolt since the technician is the one who cross threaded, causing the damage and was told that I would have to pay almost $100 to replace the bolt.Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer. Itll be a long while til we use them again.

We had a tire fixed and next day it started leaking again. We took to another discount tire in Lake Worth and Azle had fixed it wrong. Needed to be plugged and then patched...not just patched.

I have never bought tires there but have never had an issue with mounting and balancing. They have always been fair and upfront with me.

Ive bought 2 sets of new tires here. Decided to go in for inspection and they ripped me off. My back windshield wiper was broken, which you could easily see. Instead of telling me before running the tests that it wasnt going to pass, they waited until afterwards to tell me it didnt pass because of the wiper and I had 15 days to fix it and bring it back in to get my sticker. But I was going out of town for 2wks. So Im out that money. Instead of a simple courtesy, they decided to rip me off for 25 bucks when Ive spent 1000s on new tires there. Hope it was worth it. Service sucks when youre not spending big money. It might help to get to know your customers before you show how money hungry you really are... 0 stars!

One employee can destroy a business!! After years using the 730 and Main location, myself and my daughter were spoken down and VERY RUDE too by an employee on 2 different occasions.I did attempt getting in touch with the owner, he has always handled his business well, but when asked how he could be reached, the same RUDE employee spoke in hast!! It sad, but I wont be back.Sir, you bound to know who this employee is, there is simply too many complaints of rudeness here.Thank you for your past service, most of your guys are GREAT!!

Previously i had been going to kwik kar and the staff always tried to push me in to buying unnecessary parts for a simple oil change on a new car then they messed up my husbands car. Decided to come to azle discount tire based on reviews and im not disappointed. The staff is super friendly, quick, and no price gouging. Ill be coming back here for all my car needs from now on.
