Was disappointed the vitamin water fountain was off after I paid for a drink. The lady was kind and even refunded my money. Very nice people.

Very disappointed. Went there for a slurpee and the whole machine was not working. Then decided on Sweet Tea and it wasnt made in either container. Went to get lemonade and it was just the water along with many others.

1595 N 115th Ave, Avondale, AZ 85323 Location is absolutely terrible. Very poor customer service, this location needs to train the employees on customer etiquette and representation for Circle k. Store is filthy and car wash is broken, counter tops sticky and random clutter of trash through out the only two aisles they have. I went around 6:30/6:45am Sun June 27th and the lady at the front desk was very rude and just an overall bad fit for a position in a front counter customer Service role. Do better Circle K, Qt might charge more but that customer service they provide makes it all worth it. By the way I still haven’t received my refund for your broken car wash that should have been at least taped off till further notice so customers didn’t wast there time and money.

Every time I go the store is dirty, lines are huge, and the soda machines are always out. It’s really annoying and I’ve lived in this part of town for six years now and it’s always been a battle. It’s either a great experience or a horrible and over the last few years it’s been pretty bad.

OMG! Went into store to pick up a few things and the clerk in charge (AMBER) was a total B! I wouldnt write this review if I thought it was no big deal. Terrible attitude and personality. I dont have a clue what was going on in her life but when your at work you treat ppl in a nice way. Not like your doing them a favor to take their money. Did not like this transaction and will never do business there again!

Went in to get a slurpee. Filled it and noticed no tops. Asked cashier and she said to use a flat top. She was so busy eating and socializing she couldn’t check????Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Never will return. Great way lose customers.

I went In to get cash back so I made a purchase when I asked for cash back the rude clerk told me to make an additional purchase. I shouldnt have to make 2 purchases. Get new associates atleast ones with good customer service considering thats their job. He was white with pony tail facial hair. Get rid of him!

My rating is 0. Every time I come here, the guy with the dreds is EXTREMELY slow. I asked to speak to a manager and he said hes not there. Lines back up because he takes his very slow time. Its out of my way but im Going to QT from now on. Get a new staff

Asked to buy 10 powerball tickets .cashier asked for my drivers license . i said u dont need a drivers license . he said give me ur drivers license and i did. he scanned my drivers license and handed me a gas card I did not want. i threw it on the floor. He asked if I just threw the card on the floor. I said yes. He refused a sale saying he doesnt allow that in his store. Ive been going to this store for about 10 years never ANYTHING this before HAPPENED with so many good people behind the counter. Maybe should be my last trip?? WDYT??UPDATE . THANKS FOR YOU PRE-PROGRAMMED RESPONSE. . I have left a message at your corporate phone that no one answers . Im done with circle k unless I get an apology. I will update occasionally to tell you the dollar amount given to other businesses.

This Store/Gas facility at one time was friendly, appreciated and customer oriented; I frequented this station for years. However recently, specifically a staff member working at approximately 7:15 p.m. on 07-08-18, was extremely rude and lacked customer etiquette when it was politely called to his attention by a customer that she had been waiting a long time. He actually became verbally combative. I have noticed this same employee have unprofessional interactions on several other occasions, and I wont frequent this store again for gas or anything else after witnessing this incident. I dont feel Circle K is hiring quality people and dont feel comfortable using my Debit Card where employees react in a manner that is intimidating, I am sure that customer wont go back there either, I will be frequenting QT from now on, its worth the extra mile for peace of mind.

Everyone please be careful with this Circle K they sell lottery tickets that have not been scanned in then you cannot claim your prize have an issue with management and customer service being rude once again be careful

Debit and Credit down right now and always all the late night shifts, even looks like he uses same sign each time, just puts it up cuz 99% of customers use debit/credit so not a customer for hours straight.Next visit, 11:39 pm 3/22RINGS UP AS CREDIT WITHOUT ASKING!!!!!!!!Cashier doesnt give the option for debit or credit, just rings it up without asking as credit, didnt even give me a chance to add gas to purchase.This causes purchase to take a couple extra business days before coming out of account leaving more chance to forget acmbout it and cause overdrafts. Circle k should allow an employee to decide how the transaction is processed because they pay for those credit/debit services differently.

Very nice people here, I got stranded and the co-worker gave me a free polar pop while I waited for my ride, very nice to know that there is people like these today, very appreciated.
