I called the day before and booked an appointment for 10am. The next day they could not find my appointment in the system. The manager then took same information as before and we were booked for another appointment at 5pm. We came back at 5pm and my appointment was nowhere to be found. They took my information again and was told tire change and oil change would be done in 1-2 hours. An hour and a half later no one knew what was going on with the van. Even though we had a work order/receipt in our hands. So, dont go here.

Quick oil change while we shopped

Go here if you want your car ruined. After 2+ hours waiting for an oil change I finally get my car back and on the way home the gears start to slip, this has never happened before. On top of everything there was 0 customer service throughout the process.

Nice people face-to-face, but they never answer phones.

I just left from getting service today and John was very professional and accommodating. Also the guys in the pit were friendly and about their business. I will definitely be back to this Walmart for auto service.

They could put a sign up sayong thier tire centers are all closed. I just went to grt s flat repair and waited like 30 minutes fpr them to open, watching all thier employees walk by me and no one said a word.

Horrible customer service. I would give ZERO STARS but it wouldnt let me. Lie after lie about my vehicle. Now something is wrong with it and they do not give a damn. Do not trust your vehicle to them at all.

Only negative is that they claim to be a tire center.. but dont repair or replace studs.. so if they break one you have to then take it somewhere else to get fixed, and its out of your pocket because Walmart does not assume responsibility.

This Walmart used to be horrible. I stopped coming to it for service because it was ALWAYS a really long time for an oil change and associates were rude. I went in to buy my own oil and the associates were really helpful. They let me know there wasnt a wait on the oil side. I took a look out and seeing a lot of new faces I proceeded with the oil change. While still hesitant because of past experiences Im glad I changed my oil there. They had a new manager and he kept saying how he wanted to be the best in town (Wish I could of got his name). While they prob still need some work to get there. I will be changing my oil here in the future.

Get here when it opened, weekday, out in 25 minutes for oil change, very nice staff, this is my go to oil change location.

Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. They were unprofessional and rude. I know some times wait time is out of their control, but it is frustrating when they all seem to be walking around up front but the wait time is 2+ hours and then after you wait they say they can’t help you. Definitely will not be returning.

Had to change my oil on my Car today, excellent help and service!

Will NEVER be back here. There is no one that works in that department that understands customer service. The worker opened the lanes and didnt direct waiting customers to their lanes or greet anyone. There was an elderly couple asking counter clerk questions and he was so rude! Its taking so long because people have problems and I cant keep people from quitting okay? Was an actual response I heard. Maybe thats why dude.... I wasted my morning here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Went in for oil change and to get 3 new tires put on, took the car home and to work and started to hear a humming that got louder and louder and the car was shaking which it didnt do before, took it back to walmart to complain they said it was my wheel bearings and i asked why the noise would show up after they coudnt really give a reason but told me to take it to pepboys that for 20 bucks they could check it for me. I got to pepboys told them i was here from walmart and they told me they get 3 people atleast a day from walmart . FINAL DIAGNOSIS? Walmart hand tighten my lugnuts on and the wheel was trying to fall off and would have fell off had i kept driving on it. I had my kid in that car on the freeway! NEVER AGAIN!

Dont take your car there.The manager is unprofessional and rude.I had a problem with and oil change and he treated me like dirt.Like I didnt even exist.They over filled my engine by at least a quart but said thats what it called for. Took it to the dealer and they said they added to much oil.Horrible experience there and will never go back. If I could put zero stars I would.Derek the manager is very rude and uncaring.

TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL service team members ! Spent more time talking than actually working on my truck. The staff was very unprofessional and very unhelpful. I will never use this place ever again !! I would advise anyone who even thinks to try this place DONT GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Worst experience ever. I took my vehicle in to get new tires and they made me wait an hour past what they initially said and werent even able to change all four tires. The mechanic was very rude and unprofessional and the managers, specifically Vionca, were just as bad. I do not recommend at all. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere.
