Yeah they know their stuff but they need to be nicer. I got sent to this store from another store to do a warranty battery swap but turns out the girl at the other store gave me wrong information so I ended up looking like I was wrong and they thought I was lying and the young man was condescending and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. It was the most uncomfortable experience, they should have apologized for me having to drive all the way there for wrong info. I ended up leaving and buying a battery elsewhere trust me there are cheaper plans out there.He only started acting nicer to me until my boyfriend got out of the car I swear some and think women dont know anything

Always visit this place for parts that I need for my business. Mobile mechanics need to have a reliable place to aquire parts need to complete every job scheduled for the day.

CSR #13 on register 10 was lazy and unprofessional. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. I have work with AutoZone for about 10 months and recently left the company not even 3 months ago. For someone who is a manager he is supposed to be a role model to the red shirts. Not following the dress code wearing a cross out, terrible attitude, didnt want to help me to double check for my rewards, nothing. I got my part, thank God. But what I dont have is my part being under any warranty. Waste of my money and time and Ill be pretty sure Ill have a word with the store manager or the DM.

Understaff, I waited 23 minutes to pay for a quart of oil cause their was one guy helping a customer an the other guy was to busy chatting with his girlfriend apparently.

This store is absolutely worth 5stars every time I need them.Helpful and courteous no matter what questions I throw at them they find the answers or part to earn their 5stars.They will run checks in parking lot just pop the hood.Nice and clean friendly store

Being here 2 times, first time service was terrible, second one, i wait 30 min to pay something nobody shows up. 👎🏼👎🏼

Arrived 15 minute to closing to get fluids and a gasket for my transmission. I even offered to pay with card to make it easier to close on time but they accidently locked themselves out of the computer and told me come back in the morning as they rushed me out the door.

Service excellent, however, this store did not have my part, also great advice on transmission without a dip stick, 😄💪👍

Parts are way overpriced and only like 1 in 10 employees actually know anything about vehicles.

This is the best autozone ever! The workers are very helpful. I needed a battery test and the guy jumped on it. Then installed my new battery!! I left there very grateful!

This Auto Zone discriminates against people with medical conditions. I was asked to leave the store for not wearing a mask even though I cary a doctors note on my person. Wearing a mask is only necessary if you cant maintain 6 feet. Im aware of my personal space at all times and respectful of others space.

We rented a tool there which was nice. They charge you what the tool cost as a deposit and you get your money back when you return the tools so it ends up being free. They keep the air conditioning on nice and cold. But one time when I went in there there was an infestation of ants eating all the candy at the register. So just dont buy your candy where you buy your oil

Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. Rarely do they not have the parts that I need in stock. Very reasonable prices typically a great experience.

Management is a theif and a liar dont appreciate him not giving me the full amount of my refund wont go back to this location.

I went in Saturday to see if they sold light bulbs for the headlights on a Volkswagen Jetta. They did and Reina and Anthony were very knowledgeable and took care of me right away. They also installed them for me. I love this AutoZone on 107th and Indian School. They will always get my business.

Quick and easy. Found what I needed, paid, then I was out the door. Total time spent from arriving, locating, purchase, and leaving was about 5 min. Exactly how it should be. Employees were helpful as well.

Ponytell horse, accused me of stealing something in his store, taking me out without even having any evidence (it mentioned that when I enter his store alarm didnt sound and I got out of the store, which I came back and he was accusing me from stealing and tell me get out and dont come back again, when i left the store the alarm didnt sounded again).

Tonight my daughter and I stopped in to have her battery checked and the place was hopping. Ive never seen an autoparts store so full. However we very quickly moved to the front of the line and were helped by Jose. He checked our battery (dead) and sold us a new one, and then replaced it for us in the parking lot while we waited.He was friendly, helpful and professional. What a great experience! Thanks Jose!

We had excellent service today at the store located at 10815 W Indian School Rd. in Avondale. Yesica helped us replace our car battery and she was knowledgeable, prompt, and very sweet. Weve been to this location twice in the last year and both times had the best experience with truly outstanding customer service. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training employees here obviously deserves some credit, too! Thanks for the work you do, its people like these that make bad days better for their customers and the positive attitudes of the employees are what make all the difference.

Spent $160+ for a car battery to be told they couldnt install it. So I refunded it, went to another AutoZone and they were happy to install the battery

The visit started out okay. I wanted to get my alternator tested and they tested the battery first which turned out to be the culprit. The service was a little slower than normal because they were training a new guy (which is understandable) but they didnt seem too happy or outgoing. The only reason they got a low score is because they sold me the wrong breaks for my truck. I figured they knew what I needed since they put it in their computer but they gave me disc breaks instead of break shoes for my rear breaks (I didnt check until I got home). For the most part Juan and Jose were helpful though.

If u need auto parts or fixtures,this is a great business togo.was there yesterday lots of incentives to get good deals,just to give them your E-mail.only thing wrong was there customer service,really sloppy.i stood n line for at least 5 minutes while 3 workers were standing in front of 3 at the register standing there talking.So its a hit n miss.

Courteous associates and make anyone feel like you dont have to be a know it all mechanic go ask them questions. Had a problem with a few spark plugs and was embarrassed to ask but they treated it like no big deal. Felt good

This place has horrible customer service. would have given this is zero star but theres no option for that. I have visited this location many times and always remind myself why I hate coming back here. Everyone seems to be lazy and dont want to help you. This last time I spoke with the manager to see if he would check my battery then you give me the response in a very rude manner that he was too busy and I needed to wait for one of the attendants as though as if he was too important to lower himself to go out and check my battery. I thought getting help from the manager would improve the service of this place but instead and that Im being a big disappointment. I ended up going to the location on Litchfield Road. I give them a five star because from the first time that I arrived the attendant basically went out of his way to further explain what was going on with my battery.

Sad to say that going to this store where knowbody know much about vehicles.I needed a battery I did not know st time. They could not jump start the car nor had no idea what was wrong. I had a friend come jump start me and a again in the mornig. I took the car to a local garage, they put in a new battery and away I went.

Nice to have availability locally, but limited choices.

Assistant manager Tabis Haris is a horrible employee. His people skills lack greatly. Every time an employee ask him for assistant or he is assisting a customer he acts like you are a bother to him. He isnt motivated to help and could care less if you are a customer.

Pretty decent place for car maintenance. Not so much parts.
