This is a great place to go to look for random office supplies at a great discount. They are usually well stocked with pens, paper, folders and other basic office disposables. The great part are the fixtures, furniture and electronics which rotate fairly often. Ive always been able to find a great chair here at deep discount. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable too. Also, dont be afraid to ask for a discount if you need a lot of something. They really like to clear their inventory.

Initially we had good experience but once item was delivered and we tried to reach out, no one is responsive. We sent multiple emails but no call or email back. It has been well over 2 weeks now. As a business, you always want to keep your client happy by at least communicating in some way but this is lacking on TOPS side.

The new stuff looked ok, but a little on the expensive side. The used is stained, missing parts...I would buy from here if I was a start up with little cash flow.

I am SO excited I did my homework and found the perfect chair at the right price at Tops! I have a really bad back due to a car accident and needed a chair that was extraordinary so to not endure more pain or have my roommate pick me up out of a chair from work at home due to back spasms. Jose worked with me and he is super sincere and honest. He was sitting in the same chair I purchased, so that says something! His customer service was exceptional and I never felt any pressure. Got a great deal on a used Steelcase Leap V2. Employees were friendly, didnt stalk, answered questions, got me checked out and on my way. Take your checkbook or cash if you plan to spend over $500 because those credit card points arent going to pay here (this did not impact me personally as my purchase was under $500).

I searched unsuccessfully for 2 days at various other stores (including Office Depot) for a computer chair. Within moments of arriving at TOPS, I found exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge selection at reasonable prices. All of the staff were very friendly. Cameron even offered to help load the chair into my car after I made my purchase. I highly recommend checking this store out for any office furniture needs.

Great place to look for office furniture

During the covid crisis I needed a new chair to work from home. I spent a lot to get what I thought was a good chair, but after a few days I found it didnt fit me was was causing significant pain in my legs. TOPs wanted 23% for me to exchange it for another chair. I agree I made a bad purchase and its their right to set terms on returns. Their undisclosed restocking fee will make me never to business with them again. Its not on the receipt or on the website, only on a small sign that I was supposed to see in their office while masked and trying to avoid the virus. I was trying to do the right thing by limiting exposure and I cost myself hugely. I should have spent a lot more time sitting in that chair before I bought it. They would not even give me any (none at all) store credit on the restocking fee. Im trying to do the right thing and limit exposure, clearly they dont care about customers. I wasnt asking for everything back, just to work with me, I got nothing. You should not expect any flexibility from them even in a pandemic. If youre a customer, youre screwed.

After having a sour experience from an online discounted store I was very happy to find what I needed at a very affordable price. Front desk lady (sorry didnt get her name) was pleasant even during my initial call. She never pushed for something over my budget and even offered a discount at the end. Excellent service, know their inventory and no shipping fees, what else could I ask for? Definitely recommending this store.

TOPS Texas Office... The customer service is the best. They greet you with a warm welcome when the weather outside is cold. Their office supplies helped this old lady finish her semester in college. I had everything I needed. Shopping there is like shopping at Walmart. You go there for ONE Item and you leave there with your arms full. Prices are reasonable. 👵

Great place to buy used office furniture. They have everything from hundreds of used white boards of all sizes to desks and tables. They are friendly and they are helpful. If you are looking to save some money they have good values. It sometimes helps to go into the store more than once because their inventory turns so often.

I liked it. Some new and a lot of used office furniture at reasonable prices. Staff will leave you alone for the most part, i.e. no pressure sales. When I was ready, the person who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. There might be some flexibility on prices, so dont be afraid to ask. I saved a ton on an executive chair!

Wonderful, eager employees that are always glad to help but are not in-your-face. This place is a great deal.I came in for some paper organizers and a stapler. I left with those plus legal pads, sticky notes, tape dispenser, binder clips, and more...for 12 bucks. I dont even work in an office. I needed a small table to hold a printer in our office and decided to check out TOPS. I was very pleasantly surprised.This place is full of new and used office furniture and supplies. The warehouse is full of everything from chairs to filing cabinets to cubicle furniture.I described what I was looking for and the person who helped me walked me through the building showing different items that might fit my need. After about 10 minutes I saw what I wanted, paid and was out of there.If you need to kit out an office, I highly recommend you check out TOPS. Its a little hard to get to right now with the construction along 5th Street, but its worth the effort.

Dont go here for office supplies. Its not worth the slightly lower price. Everything (even the office supplies) is old or used. You have to dig around in unsorted and sometimes gross bins. I thought I couldnt go wrong with a manilla envelope, but the one I bought there was so old it didnt stick closed anymore.They dont even have a cash register or computer. They write every item youre buying down on a piece of paper, calculate the cost and taxes by hand, etc. I didnt even know where to check out until an employee finally acknowledged my existence (they were in the same room, just acting like I wasnt there).

This place used to be awesome. Over the past year the prices for used office supplies and furniture has gone up a lot. The office furniture that is a reasonable price is crap and left outside. Would not recommend. You would be better off checking craigslist.

Went to the Kramer store to buy an Aeron chair. Looked on Ebay and 2 other stores on line but wanted to buy local. Tops has all Aeron chairs at the same price $ 595.00. After looking it was apparent that some were older as evidenced by different mechanism levers, some were in better shape than others, and some were missing features like lumbar and forward tilt. I asked the lady at the front desk if they accepted offers lower than the 595.00. No, the owner will not negotiate was the answer. I said that I noticed that they were not all the same quality and not all the same features...... and at that point she interrupted me and told me that I should leave. I really wanted to buy the chair today and I really wanted to buy locally. I was shocked. I went to Ebay and got a fully functional chair from a top rated seller for $ 503.00 including delivery. Unusual for Texans to be that rude, so Im guessing shes not a Texan
