I worked with the Facilities Resource group on a client project for furniture and found them to be very responsive and professional. Like many of the furniture projects I work on none of them are perfect but my experience with the FRI team was one of the best I have had in many years when working with a furniture company. Issues that came up on the project were handled professionally, promptly and with good a good solution resolve. If you are looking for a company that goes the extra mile in service then these guys are a good resource.

Had the opportunity to work with the staff at FRI and found them to be very professional. We were expanding an office in Austin and we are out of state so we went with them to help us with the planning and the installation of about 100 workstations. Their team did a really good job and were super attentive to the details of our space. I would certainly recommend them and we will be using them for future work with us.

FRI was a really company to work with on our new furniture for our office. We had 164 workstations we needed added for our employees and they delivered on time and on our budget. Couldn’t be happier. They made the process so simple and were in communication the entire time to make sure everything was on track. Their install team was very caring the way they handle and and were super efficient. Their quality of work was excellent. We really appreciated everything they do. Real professionals.

During the whole pandemic when offices were closed FRI stayed in touch with us on our office refresh project and even held our furniture in their warehouse while we waited to re-open. They were really good to work with from the very beginning of planning our new office. They furniture is now installed and looks fantastic and their install team was top notch. We recently worked with the Facilities Resource team on a project for office furniture on our new facility in Austin. We found them to be very professional and easy to work with. They have very knowledgeable furniture designers that assisted us much throughout of the process. They are not the cheapest as we had gotten other quotes but after speaking with them it was apparent that they offered a more services and felt they had much more experience than the other companies we talked to. The project was delivered on time and we felt comfortable with the costs for their services. Overall a great experience and recommended.

Called FRI in regards to some workstations that our company needed to be moved and reconfigured. We were so impressed by the quality of their work and their installation team that we asked if the could help us with some of our new furniture needs. Their furniture options are very nice and when we visited their showroom they were extremely helpful. We were even greeted by their showroom dogs and the whole experience was great. Anyways; I would recommend you look at these people if you are looking for furniture or services for your office. Overall A+ group of people.

They delivered on everything the said they would at the very beginning and everything very smooth. We recently remodeled our office and we found FRI on the website so we called them up to have a consultation on our new office furniture. After speaking with them we knew they were different than some of the other furniture companies as they took the time to really understand who we were and to help us not only with the aesthetics of the furniture that best represented our brand but how our employees work. Anyways, fully furnishing an office of over 55 employees can be expensive but FRI had many different options and worked with our budget for the project. TheY delivered a beautiful office full of gorgeous looking furniture to us and it was so easy to work with them. Definitely glad we found them. A+++

Good company to work with. We were looking for company to assist us with our office design and furniture. We are a small business of 18 people so budget was important. We contacted 3 separate companies but Facilities Resource was the only company to come to our office to tour our office and sit down to talk and understand our business. The other companies sent quotes that were cheaper but neither of them took the time to make us feel like they were our partner on the project. We choose to work with Facilities Resource and could not be happier. They delivered us not only a new beautifully redesigned office space but the furniture to match. They might be a little more pricier than others but you definitely get what you pay for with them. Recommended.

Contacted FRI after hearing about them through another company that did their office space and office furniture. They came out and consulted with us at no charge and then they designed our complete office and put in all new furniture. Our new office looks amazing and all of the staff loves their new work environment. Very pleased with the complete process and communication from them. would recommend to anyone looking for a new office space and furniture

Used these guys for some furniture installation services and they were fantastic. They showed up on time had a professional appearance and handle our furniture with utmost care. After they completed the project we had a need for some new furniture items for our office and they handled it. Recommend the guys in the green shirts or FRI guys like they like to call themselves. They won’t be the cheapest in town but they deliver the highest quality of products and their installation team is definitely the best we have ever worked we. Very professional organization. Had a great time dealing with them. I walked in their showroom unannounced as they normally work by appointment. They took the time to find out what we were needing for our office and set up a time to come to our space to see it so they could best plan out our office real professionals. Glad I took the time to stop in with them. Oh yeah they take their 3 labradors to work and they were a hoot. Cool company.

We are based out of California and needed a company to assist us on project in Austin, Texas and contacted FRI on their website and almost immediately someone from their office contacted us. We spoke about our project and the said to send them whatever drawings, plans, pictures and anything else and the would review. They got back with us very quickly and assessed our needs and budget and produced a wonderful office workspace us. Very professional company and very fair on costs for everything they did for us. We will work with them again in the future on some expansion projects.

Recently our company was in the need of moving to a new office and needed assistance with planning out our new space and buying new office furniture. We contacted the folks at FrI and they prompted responded to us. We explained what we needed in our space and they planned the whole thing.They did the design, the furniture and they relocated all 54 employees we had to the new office. I had no idea they could do everything and bundle it all together which saved us a lot of money from hiring a design firm, furniture company and mover. They explained that many people are not told of companies like them and it ends up costing so much more than a single resource. To keep them honest after they gave us cost we took and split out all services and got 3 quotes from different single service companies and FRI was Right. It was much higher than their proposal. Anyways, they did a fantastic job and their install team (they call them the green shirts) were fantastic. We would highly recommend them any day and in the future we know we have found a good trustworthy and local company. Thanks guys.

Hired FRI to design my office layout. I had planned to use another office furniture company for the workstations but once i met with them and toured their showroom I soon realized they were very professional and Knew what they were doing. I decided on the exact layout and they were able to work with us on timing and budget for the installation of our new office furniture. Once it came to the installation of the furniture they were extremely professional and got the job done quickly and got our office up and running. Overall a very good experience as the explained everything thoroughly through the process and kept us update the entire time. Will definitely used the people again on future needs. My project was not very big only 12 people and at first i thought they only worked with larger companies but the assured me a lot of their business came from small businesses. Anyways the certainly made me feel like we were a large business and treated us with utmost attention. The entire staff at FRI was a true joy to work with. From helping us plan out our entire office space to furnishing it with a blend of really beautiful furniture. From everyone’s cubicles to all the private offices and conference room furniture. They installed over the weekend and they were so professional. Our entire office looks fantastic. Most of the time I do not review companies but I was recently referred to and worked with the staff at FRI on a conference room solution for our company. I found them to be very professional and they very prompt with their work. They gave me numerous options to chose from that would best meet our time frame and budget. Really great group of people to work with. We originally called on them to assist on an office move but when we spoke with them we learned not only do they do that they could help us plan our office layout and design and even furnish our office. We visited their furniture showroom and even met their dogs (3 labradors) the say are their Board of Dogrectors lol. It was awesome and a great experience as they were generally sincere in wanting to give us the best experience through the process and what furniture would be chosen for our office. When it cam time for the installation their guys in the green shirts were fantastic and so helpful and careful with our furniture. Now our space looks fantastic and we are so happy with FRI. The people we worked with were nice, so thats why the 2 star. But in terms of timeline, the amount of work they actually did for the move/office setup vs the amount they charged us for was almost nothing. We ended up paying about 8k for them to pick out paint color. We also looked up some of the services they were charging us for and got quotes from the companies they used, and FRI charged us a little over 3x what the company quoted us directly. So long story short, if budget is not an issue, they are nice and will likely get you what you want. But if youre a small business, be prepared to get gauged on pricing every step of the way
