Im very particular...I went all over town looking for furniture. After several trips I quit my searches and just kept showing up here and their sister store Solid. They have all the best stuff...the best style...the best people. Im remodeling and furnishing my whole place with their furniture, rugs, etc. John and Stacey and their sons bend over backward to help me with choices, pricing for my budget...and if they think something wont work in my house or a rug is too vulnerable for my use, they steer toward something else. Even tho they could make an easier, quicker sale without ever telling me about those risks. I highly recommend this place. Im getting a lot for my money. : )

I bought from Jon and he is amazing: Listens to what you want, makes perfect suggestions, and makes you an excellent offer. Delivery was unfortunately a little longer, but I received regular updates and I am super satisfied with everything.You guys are awesome and I will be back for more.

Amazing customer service...and I wasnt even a customer!I was looking for a small attachment for some Italian chairs we bought years ago and found that Five Elements carries this chair. I contacted them to ask where I might be able to source these small attachments and they went ahead and procured exactly what I asked for and mailed them to me in Colorado! This was done out of simple generosity as we had not originally purchased our chairs from them. Thank you 5 Elements, if I ever move to Austin I will furnish my home from your store.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a new couch for a number of months and hadnt been able to decide on anything. We came into the shop on a Sunday morning looking for a new couch. Jonathan was exceptionally patient and accommodating. He took the time to explain the difference between their couches and configurations. We ended up buying a couch from them. It arrived yesterday and we couldnt be happier. Great price, quality, and customer service! We will be back for sure.

I worked with five elements over a period of three months to design and furnish my new living room. They were simply amazing. What stood out to me is their attention to detail and knowledge of spacing. Also they have really high quality furniture suppliers. I heard about an amazing and remarkable act of kindness they did to someones son who was diagnosed with cancer & had to withdraw their deposit towards their purchase. They delivered it anyway with a receipt that said Paid in full. I live in NYC and would purchase if I could, but since I cannot, I urge everyone in the area to support this amazing business.

We furnished our entire living room and dining room at 5 Elements and are incredibly happy with the results. They have excellent taste in contemporary, elegant furniture, and they helped immensely with design and color options based on our home. Very reasonable prices for the quality as well.
