Several times use, takes stress out of shopping the aisle. Fast and convenient. Not always have times and times do fill up fast. Definitely TRY IT!!

It is so easy to order on line. With the pictures, you can pick exactly what you want as if you were in the store. The pick up process is very well managed. With all the covid risk, I would say that this service is priceless!

Usually pretty good but last time I didnt receive an item I paid for. And after calling 2 times I was never refunded. Just gave up, next time Ill drive back to the store otherwise I wont get refunded

How could I have lived with out curbside. It was the best Thanksgiving dinner shopping ever from my kitchen sink. And the pick up was amazing. I pulled up and 2mins later there was my food. The only downside was I had to travel to the HEB on❤ South Congress ❤ because the HEB less then 1 mile to my house did not stock some of the basic item needed to complete my order😎

I love my HEB! First time using curbside and it was a breeze 🙂 I ordered and picked up same day. The only problem I had was a (as in 1 item out of an order of close to $200) rotten lemon, but am very grateful for their delivery and curbside service during the COVID19 pandemic. Thank you for being here for us!

Gosh I ordered the night before. Came over, checked in by my space-numberand the rest os history. Only one thing was forgotten on my list but l liked the service and the service person so well l had to give them a lttle something extra for their caring. handling and attitude!Anyone that thinks this might be a disaster-in-the-making, has got it all wrong. I was so pleased with this service that all four are now doing it full time.

FANTASTIC! i have only had good experiences here with this curbside Delivery! I have been using them for 8 months every other week. Jocelyn (sorry if spelled incorrectly) has went above and beyond for me multiple times! She’s professional, kind and her customer service is unmatched. My cat passed away two months ago and I was distraught and she called about me picking up my order. When I told her what I was going through and apologized for being late she had it delivered to my front door within 20 minutes. That act of kindness and support during a difficult time meant more than she will know. I will continue to go here and give my business to HEB!

I hate shopping. Was extremely excited when this HEB offered curbside, however every single time I order, there are several things that they will state is not available. If this were true it would be fine, but on the last several occasions I have literally gone inside and found the exact item I needed that they stated they were out of. Completely defeats the point of ordering online and paying more not to have to go inside, when I end up having to go inside anyway to get the items they were to lazy to look for. I have written this on their surveys they send out asking how to resolve, yet never receive any feedback. Will be switching to Walmart or Kroger pickups instead.

Loved my first experience for curbside...best thing is that you routinely bought stuff is in your online cart that you can tweak and reorder again later. Keeps you from grabbing snacks you get tempted upon exposure in store!

Delivery service. Decent enough. More accurate food options than Instacart. Not as intuitive a process nor as simple an app as others but other apps tend to not have every item listed. You can also by beer and wine unlike Instacart.It’s kinda weird that if there are changes made you have to speak to them in the phone. But I’ve used this app numerous times after breaking my leg and it was extremely useful.They actually pay their drivers with the in app tips unlikeInstacart.
