I am tired of the online shoppers and employys filling the shelves completely blocking the isles forshoppers. Even worse, they ignore those shopping and dont mind being in you way or even be polite. I am driving to Stewartsville and shopping at Fare way from now on.

Absolutely love this grocery store. The best that Austin MN has to offer. This is a foodies Target. I could spend hours here. Great meat selection. Always a new hot sauce for me to try. Fun root beers. Its the bees knees buzzing a cats meow!

Got almost all I wanted, no. The ice cream on sale was all gone. Will there be more before sale is over. Sign at be register says wait to be sanitized. So I did,the guy said we dont do that anymore. I could have had my groceries on the belt.instead if holding up the line. As guy was busy putting in a new roll of paper. Then I also had to put my own groceries in my cart. As he was not moving to do so. Is this something new. We now must do.

Dont care for the way the store is arranged. Now has self checkout kiosks that are too user friendly.

I love this hyvee, I love how convenient it is from our home we live like 20 minutes away, but I think the gentlemans name that helped us in the meat counter was Ruon (spelling) 🤔 he was very very friendly and helpful, he was working during a lunch rush and I felt bad because I bought a meat bundle, but I did tip him and he was excellent!! Will definitely be returning and thank you for a great store!! 😊😁

Poor selection of products. I have to go to the Austin store to purchase many items. Self checkout scanners rarely work properly.

No more full page weekly ads, which means you have to remember another password to log in to their website to see whats on sale. I find myself shopping there way less when I dont know whats on sale. Another business that doesnt want our money

Albert Lea Hy-vee NEVER has their products available which are on sale. They are the only grocery store in our town, its just ridiculous and a huge waste of time going out there.We now drive 15 miles to shop at the Austin Hy-vee. They have never been out of their ad items when weve been there.

Due to covid we have started using the grocery pick up. has been working great.

No one was helping bag the groceries and we had over $300.00 worth . Then when we went to pick them up in the pick up area, we waited for over 10 minutes, no one came to put them in our car so Sonny had to go in and find them and brought them out and put them in the car. The help would have been nice being we are both over 75 years of age. No we WILL NOT be shopping there again.

Just had the best lunch here. their Asian counter had great variety of food selections and low prices. The dining area was clean, cool and comfortable. The attendant came by and asked us if we needed anything and how our food was. Will definitely be back!

I like the way this store is laid out because its easy to find things. The store just seems to make sense. Also the check out area is keep clean and feels safe. Great place to shop for the family or run in for an item or two.

Hy Vee is always super clean with great produce quality and great variety. The employees seem to love their jobs and are friendly and helpful.

Busy today but lines were moving quickly. Some common holiday items were either in short supply or out, but this is pretty last minute so it is somewhat understandable.

Always a great selection and has things that you cant find at other grocery stores. The guy at the liquor store was very knowledgeable. Wish they had more than 1 kind of Gedney pickles.

I just walked in my home and had to report this store. First in this trying time in america and the world the last place I want to feel uncormfortable is in the neighborhood grocery store. As if the store is only for one type of person . Tried to shop and mind my business but when you have employees who stop doing their job and commence to start staring in your direction on multiple aisles of the store then You know deep inside that this is one of those places. I am a mixed race american doctor and it is very clear that most to all of the employees think with a small mind. The store manager hired them so Im guessing these apples fell from his tree. The most racially divided store I have ever entered. This organization is not on the revisit list. As I am self checking out a red light pops up and i literally watch everyone pass by me and not help. I walked out with the food remaining on the self checkout. Never again. I will take this up with corparate.

Great Hyvee!! Super friendly and helpful employees. I used to go shopping here all the time for my groceries until I found Cubs. I still shop here once and a while for odds and ends, to save on a 50 minute drive. The bakery is spectacular, every year I order custom birthday cakes. I do wish the set up of the aisles was better, so I can shop efficiently and fast. Overall never have had any problems here, even during the plandemic. Great Job Hyvee! ❤

I love shopping at HyVee, everybodys very professional, however on my last trip we had a problem with the guy in the Asian Bistro. We bought our food and he asked us if we wanted anything else. I asked for extra mustard, soy sauce and napkins. The only thing he gave us was soy sauce. We were planning to eat in the car, but that was not possible without a fork or napkins. Ill still shop at HyVee but never again at the Asian Bistro. This guy screwed us twice in a row now and thats my limit.

Excellent liquor selection

I came to get asian food from the food counter during dinner time for my family and they were out of all but 2 entrees waited for a 15 minutes still no new food then had to leave to get food someplace else.

The staff is professional. The biggest problem I have with this location is, it might be too big for its own good. Even with placards leading you where you need to go, finding some things, the size of the store can make browsing difficult.

I came in looking for deli heat and eat meals. I couldnt find them until I checked out. Terrible location in front of floral department.

They have just about all your basic type of food and food preperation that a person needs they have a pharmacy a post office. Where you get shipping and mailing supplies money orders a restaurant very Delhi bakery excellent meat and fish and seafood. Very large area full of fruits and vegetables and last not least a well stocked Liquor store ample parking with recharging areas.

Great to order on line and pick up without going into the store.

Used to love shopping here. I bought $200 worth of groceries from their store tonight. The cashier was nice, however I ended up bagging most of my groceries myself. Thats not the service that I expect when I shop at Hy-Vee and it has happened before to me(always with a cartful of groceries too). If I wanted to bag my own groceries, Id go to Aldi. I dont think that Ill be back. I actually got better service at walmart tonight.

Its one of the better flowing layouts of Hy Vee and I love the HEALTH MARKET

At self checkout, the clerk hoovered over my shoulder and watched my every move like I was a criminal. I am a mom of 2, my husband and daughter were with me, nothing I was doing would have suggested I was going to do anything wrong. All of the other self checkout lanes were going and full of people and she choose to watch me. Needless to say, we will NEVER shop at the Austin Hy-Vee or any Hy-Vee again.

Excellent bakery section, gluten free, health foods, etc. Even has a post office at customer service.

You can send mail unil 8pm or 9pm most nights even after the post office is closed.

My family stopped in for a quick bite tonight at the Market Grille. What a great place! It was steak night $8 for 8 oz or $12 for 12oz, with a baked potato, and green beans. Or $8 Burgers, but who needs a burger when you can get 8oz of lean tender beef cooked to order perfection!. Every bite was delicious, tender, and juicy. Was a should have had leftovers but I dont regret eating it all meal. Fantastic.
