This store is a gem! Im betting that it is one of Austins most popular gift shops, possibly even the most popular by far! So much variety, its hard to decide what to buy! They have a little bit of everything, and then some. Ive only been here twice. The first time I was with my best friend, and we were the only people in the store. I went back again to buy a gift, and it was really busy. The people who run the store are very nice. I highly recommend to anyone, locals or tourists, to please stop in and take a look around. I guarantee you will not leave until you buy something. Its that amazing!

I love Prima Dora! They have a very cool selection of local Austin stuff (a lot by local artists & businesses!) mixed in with a well-curated selection of all-occasion gifts. The people who work there are kind and warm, and the merchandise is very reasonably priced. Its also very cool that you can browse the shop while waiting for a table at Magnolia Cafe next door & theyll call you over the intercom in the store when your table is ready.

Love this place! Lots of neat, quirky stuff. I like that it wasnt as busy as the stores up the street. I did end up picking out two necklaces that had no price listed and they turned out to be way higher than I anticipated. My mom was picking up the tab and didnt mind but I still probably wouldnt have purchased those necklaces if Id known they were that high!!

This place is one of the most expensive gift shops in Austin Texas. A simple, not particularly well made t-shirt, manufactured in China (of course) will cost you between $25 and $35.
