On several occasions they have not serviced for 2 weeks at a time, like now. You have to call and explain several times and still wait additional time for them to respond - and this is IF they do. What’s worse is that they can skip your cleaning and not even consider credit until the week is done, but they are quick to charge you - that never fails.
The equipment is adequate. Theyre very good at billing. Service - well, not so much. They consistently miss service appointments - approaching 50% of their service interval gets missed/skipped. They will re-schedule service (assuming they its not a holiday), but we were constantly having to call tell them that service was missed. The team that responds to consumers / businesses is different than the local service manager. We were never offered a single dime in credit with more than 7 missed service experiences.... After more than 4 months, we give up, hired a local Austin company and had them remove their toilet.

Everytime somome cleans these Porto pottys they put like 2 inches of water
These guys provide the Sh!tt$est service you can imagine! No Pun intended! Showed up an hour after the event started (a complete nightmare for us), the trailer was dirty inside and out, and when you call them, you get a call center. Next time, we are finding a local company that has someone on the phone that actually knows what is going on.
