Dont know about this location, but toshiba overall has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a student, I need my laptop fixed yesterday I cant wait indefinitely hoping that I get a call back after some department or other figures themselves out. I will never buy another toshiba product again. The product was subpar to begin with.
