Summary: Brico hosted two events where the kits werent shipped in time. They no-showed on our rescheduled event and wont respond to emails or calls.Details: Were disappointed with Bricos services twice now. The first time we had to reschedule our event because the items shipped too late and we didnt receive our gnome kits in time. We thought that was just a one-time issue and theyd learn to ship earlier.The second time we planned an event with them, the same thing happened. We carried out the event with those who did have their String Art kits in time, and scheduled a second event with Brico for the people who didnt receive their String Art before the event. We confirmed with Brico, and then on the day of the event, they no-showed!Its been 5 days since our scheduled re-do of the event and we still havent heard from Brico. Their phone number is out of service, they wont respond to Facebook messages, emails, or website Contact Us messages. Poor customer service, and we wont be choosing them again for our company events.

Had the best time making a really cute felt flower wreath here. The owner and her assistant taught the how to very well and then let us do our thing. Definitely will return

This was a great place and experience. I’ve been to several other “craft” places and it’s been very rule driven and uptight. This place was great I got to go off the rails a bit with my project and the owner was so fun, understanding, supporting and encouraging. I love that the projects available are useful and not additional clutter for my house. She’s constantly updating projects and thinking of new ways of supporting crafters. Definitely a great place for people of all skill levels (but aims at beginners). I love the stress free vibe. I will be back many times for sure!

Ananda is seriously the sweetest! She is such a fantastic host. You will have so much fun creating with her! She always has lots of new projects on rotation, which is nice. I love that she has seasonal projects, too. :)

Bright, colorful space that was really convenient to get to from where I live to the west. My wife and I had a great time on our date night making the nail string art projects. Host was very helpful and walked us through everything so we both left with a really nice piece of art for our home.

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Austin. A fun and relaxing environment to dabble into ones creativity (and take home materials for further practice).

We had an amazing time. So much fun! Definitely going back!
