I was excited about this service, but have some feedback. I made the mistake of assuming that it would print my 170 page document on two-sides as it advertised itself as a “green” business. But it did not and I ended up paying $50 instead of half that cost. This was very disappointing and shocking. There was also no obvious way to cancel the job. I could have canceled it on the printer, but wasn’t sure I wouldn’t still be charged. It would be helpful if that info was included in the email you send when setting up the print job. It also was incredibly slow to print. I know it was a large job, but it took over 30 minutes to complete printing. I hope you all change the default setting to two-sided printing in the future.
