Fast & efficient repairing my boyfriends computer that was damaged in shipping. he stayed after hours for us to drop off the pc and held it for a day after it was done to accommodate our schedule. he went above and beyond by cleaning up the inside and applying new thermal paste. 😎

I went in looking for a tool to fix my mac and although they didnt have one available for purchase the gentlemen gave me one from the shops supply. After explaining to him my issue he gave me helpful advice and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. If I cant fix it my self Ill definitely be bringing my laptop here to get fixed.

Took my iPhone in to get the power button looked at, the guy said he probably wouldnt be able to fix it, and he would still have to charge $25 even if he didnt fix anything. When I asked him what he thought the issue might be, he said It could be a lot of things.. and acted like he didnt want to put the time in to fix it. I wont ever be back.

They took parts off my phone and I had to pay 25 dollars for nothing don’t go here

Unreliable! One of the most unprofessional shops I ever gone to in the past 2 years! Went there to get my Samsung tv repair, I left it for a month, rep said the part would come in soon. Never got a call and I just went to back pick it up. People beware, try and see if you find another reliable shop in your area.

Terrible Electronic Shop I took my Sony Tv and Computer for repairs and both times I was told they couldn’t be fixed. I opened up my computer and noticed RAM Memory and hard drive were gone!I had to called several times just to get my micro computer back and the TV I am sure it was stripped down for parts. Horrible people go somewhere else unless you want to pay a service fee and have your stuff stripped down. See pictures.

Horrible experience and didnt even get work done. Its clear that retaining new customers is not a priority. Went to the shop and though it was supposed to be open, it was closed. After calling, the guy on the phone halfheartedly said, yeah yeah Ill be there in ten minutes. Three more people arrived too, confused why it was closed. So we all waited. After waiting 25 minutes and calling again, he said, Ill be there in less than 5. Seeing him speed into the parking lot and not even apologize for not being gone, I was really put-off by his customer service or lack thereof. He then proceeded to tell me that an IPHONE 6 screen replacement was $120. $120 + a $25 deposit. Absolutely insane pricing compared to the $60-$80 around town. When I said that was absurd pricing he said, Next to the customer behind me in line. I just couldnt believe how rude of person I had to deal with just to try to get my phone fixed. Next time I wont be choosing convenience but choosing a better quality service/nicer person (hopefully). Highly do not recommend.

Went to this TV repair shop to Fixed my 75 LG TV, also found out they repair iPhone too, they repaired my phone in 30 Min pretty quick turn around, and Ive got my TV back in about a week, everything works great, highly recommended

I dropped my phone a night prior to SXSW, found a repair place on riverside, about 10 min away from my hotel room, got my iPhone 8 Plus repaired in 45 Min, kind of pricey but perfect job, very knowledgeable young guy Thanks, will use them again if i have to.

Stay away. Dishonest and unreliable people.Took my laptop here for diagnosis, which is normally would be done in minutes to a couple hours, 9 days later picking it up without a result. Called them a few time in between, and was promised to get back at the same day, but no one ever got back. And they lied a few times. This is rediculous.By the way their shop is on the Riverside by Tmobile, not in this location, so dont go there, waste of money and time.

Took my laptop here to be unlocked. Guy said he had to remove everything and put everything back in. Well he unlocked it somehow...I dont think the guy you talk to is the one doing the work. He has no knowledge or degree from what I can tell when I spoke to him. THE WORST PART IS HE LOST ALL MY MUSIC AND NEARLYEVERYTHING I HAD IN MY LAPTOP. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL!!! 😠😠😠And yes he does have bad communication skills. I had to keep calling him to check on it.

Sean is definitely a nice guy, but he charged me $10.99 for a $2 tube of thermal paste and didnt seem to understand the distinction between a Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) and an Operating System (OS). Wouldnt recommend the place for PC repair.

I have a Samsung galaxy S8 broken screen, called all of cellphone repair shops in Austin, this was the only one had all of the parts and couldve had ready my phone in less than an hour, they did a great job highly recommended.

Took in my Ipad 2 with a cracked screen, which they fixed - but the home screen button had been broken in the process. I didnt expect to have to pay as much as I did, to then have a problem that wasnt there before.

I took my LG G-2 to this place at 2410 E Riverside Dr 78741, to fix my cellphone because it was acting up, Ive been told it would take up to an hour to be repaired, So i left to do some errands, They called me after 45 Min and said the phone is repaired, passed all our inspection points and ready to pick up,Im really happy with their service and the price was fair. I was looking for a TV repair shop and a friend of mine recommended These guys, I took my TV down to their store after a few days they called me and explained what is wrong with it and it will cost me 245.00 which wasnt that bad, i agreed and a week after i had my TV back, I really missed my TV But it was back to life.

I found this place right next to T-Mobile store on riverside I had my cellphone fixed here before then returned with my 55 LG TV got fixed in a weak good price and service
