Purchased an additional license for a clients 2020 Premier install but clicked on the wrong (Pro) license. Rose Kirk responded quickly and worked with me to resolve the issue. Great customer service, will definitely use in the future!

Had a question and immediate need so called support and left a message ... I received a response from Rose Kirk so fast I didnt even take the call from the unknown number. Rose took care of my issue immediately (and kept me from getting in trouble with my wife - but thats another story). Thanks Rose, job well done.

Upgraded from Quickbooks 2017 Premier to Quickbooks 2020. Was half the price of Amazon, Newegg, Bestbuy. Wasnt sure if it was actually legit or not. Received the product code the next morning with link to intuit website for official download, then it activated perfectly when logging into my Intuit account. Will use them again when I need to.

Horrible service. i placed an order on Monday and it had not shipped by Thursday. I called on Thursday and they said it was placed on a fraud hold because the order was only for hardware. POS warehouse sells hardware and software - what kind of stupid excuse is that! Never heard from them to research the possible fraud. I called to cancel the order. A few minutes later I get an email that says my order is complete. Now they are too busy to answer their phones. For an hour straight. Totally inept. Buy ANYWHERE else...

I must admit, I am usually cautious when it comes to customer service, sales or ones such as these. But Brittany Ross gave me an experience I would LOVE to have again. So maybe next time I wont be cautious, as long as there is another BRITTANY ROSS on the phone with me.

I bought QB Desktop Accountant from POS Warehouse on Dec 25th for my bookkeeper and I received a confirmation from them stating I would receive a follow up email from POS Warehouse with my product ID and license # so I can complete my installation. However, after 2 weeks of waiting, 3 phone calls to POS Warehouse with messages left, I have yet to receive anything. They have not called me back to address my concerns. I called Intuit to see if they may have my information but they could not see any Accountant version I purchased, just the Desktop Pro I purchased in 2017 and the Mac version I recently purchased the same time I purchased Desktop Accountant from POS Warehouse. I believe this website is a scam and I do not recommend anyone to purchase from it. I have escalated my issue to Intuits fraud team so I can hopefully get my $430 back.

Their website shows a 3 User QB Pro 2019 but also shows an Additional User QBPro 2019 but requires an existing license. Nowhere does it say that QBPro is a maximum of 3 users period. In fact it leads one to believe you can by a 1, 2 or 3 user and add additional users. That is exactly what QBPro use to do until now we find out that ended in 2016. We purchased a 3 user and a single user and requested a refund on just the single user since basically it is useless. Also told them they should make it more plain for consumers to know 3 is the max no matter what. Again Ive used QBPro for many years and 3 didnt use to be the max. They should state it in the description but I guess theyre more concerned in just making sales. Do Not Buy QB Products from this POS.
