I was impressed how tidy the store was & how stocked it was given with covid they had to put safety signs everywhere. Didnt buy anything this time but they were pretty stocked with merchandise. Of course associates were nice & had their face masks. Looking forward to coming back!

Came 1200 miles to Austin this was one of my stops, currently there is no mask mandate cause ya know theres a vaccine now duh, no other store but this required masks in the entire mall or anywhere else in Texas that Ive visited, I will never spend another penny at think geek #thinkgeek. Had a pocket full of cash ready to spend, they didnt even offer me a mask 😒

Very lovely place. They have a good selection of clearance and a rack of clearance t shirts. There is also an abundance of Pop figures as well as others. The people are very friendly.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also allowed me to bring in my furry friend, and thats always appreciated.

Selection is a little lacking since GameSpot took over but still a good place to find gifts for your favorite geek.

Visiting this store is just as fun as browsing the website. So many wonderful things to find. Actually getting to see and touch the items is great and you are encouraged to pick them up and enjoy. Such a great place to go, I only wish the store was bigger and had more of the great Think Geek merchandise.

Visited 9-4-2020 this afternoon and the girl working had the right energy. She smile and spoke to all the customers. She has good customer service and made us laugh. I bought things I didnt need but thanks to her I bought it.

Incredibly awesome staff! Crazy amount of items in such a limited space, but still very well organized and easy to shop. I had a very enjoyable time, and found some cool gifts. It would be even better if the store itself were bigger, so they could fit even more!

Service is as good and friendly as it can be and the positive environment between customers and ongoing shoppers is what I love the most plus they got everything I expected to see from this weeks delivery

If you are a geek or do geek things (which I do), youll find something youll like here. The staff is nice enough. The only issue I find here is that if youre looking for something specific, you most likely wont find it. One of those lots you dont want, and nothing that you actually do. The staff is nice enough and theyll help you, but theres no actual way of ordering something specific. I was told that the inventory works on a Monthly loot system, where they just get a bunch of random stuff every month. So, if youre looking for one specific item, good luck (on ebay).But cool store to look around for stuff you dont need. Its a mall store, so, set your expectations accordingly.

Its always fun to stop by here when in the area! I prefer Lakeline Mall overall but we go to Barton Creek now because of ThinkGeek. I would love to see a location further north in austin or even at the Round Rock Outlet Mall. The employees are always great.

Lots of great items for geeks of all kind! Anime, Marvel, Harry Potter, power Rangers, pops, video game items (Overwatch, Fortnite), the Nintendo switch lite consoles, even MTG cards. A little bit of something for anyone. Lots of rare finds (at least from casually store shopping, online shopping might find some of these items). It really brings out my inner geek every time Im there. Better than cheap common finds at Hot Topic and others. Definitely go in even for a casual stroll around the store is enjoyable.

This place is great! The staff are friendly and very talkative and you can get into a great conversation about franchises and properties you love and share your geekiness with. But they also want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases and experience. Case in point, I bought a Darth Maul saber, but found out when I got home the blade was defective. So I took it back to get another, and also tested it before I left. The second one was also defective. They went as far as to help me by going to the back and getting all the Darth Maul sabers they had and let me test them all until I found one that functioned, and I fortunately did! They asked if I was happy with the saber, made the exchange very quickly, and assured me to come back if any other problems arose. Definitely a store to visit if you are into any pop culture and geeky stuff such as Star Wars, Avengers, Video games, TV shows, etc. The store and staff are great and deserve some recognition for their commitment to customer satisfaction!

This place has something for every geek or nerd. I bought a meeseeks mug for my wife, and a cowboy bebop tshirt. Prices dont gouge and its easy to find eclectic memorabilia.

Travel to the lands of Barton Creek and traverse the dungeon paths to the second level to find yourself facing a merchant’s hideout selling only the rarest of wares.The merchants welcome you with jolly gusto and the item variety is quite the sight. From Zelda to the mighty Avengers and even the Creed of Assassins can be spotted here.Be sure to have an upgraded item storage because you’ll need it just to carry all your buys back to your mount. I like this spot because I can get my dragonballz figures from here always a cool place to come to and see what they have thats new. If your into anime or cartoons this is the place to check out

I love the online store, but its really something that doesnt work in a physical environment. I go to thinkgeek to browse, but this store just cant hold the same number of products as its internet counterpart can. I still enjoy the products, despite the high prices, but the store doesnt work on the same level as it does online.

Best anime store ever!! I finally got me a Goku blacks shirt and Ive been so happy!!! They had one in the Barton Creek mall and the North Star Mall in San Antonio. I like the Fallout, Deathnote, and Sailor moon stuff they have. Very cool store!!

I had NO idea that ThinkGeek now has a brick and mortar store! And, apparently, they no longer have a website! Per the helpful employees, the web site was absorbed by the GameStop side of the business. *BUT* Barton Creek Mall in Austin has a shop and it is almost as fun (if not as plentifully stocked) as Timmys former domain. They also offer B2G1F Funko Pops and tees and some incredible DC sculpture options. My daughter and I made it out of there with a new lovely Ivy and Harley in addition to Funko Pops and a NES Mario Bros shower curtain which I am pretty stoked about! The staff is super friendly and super geeky which was fun, and they were more than willing to pre-order or order from their site any items we wanted. I took them up on ordering a Lisa Simpson w/ sax Funko Pop which was sold out in store but they offered to mail from the website free of charge! As this was our first visit, I dont know how often they receive new stock, but we will revisit. I also might check out the Funko Pop exchange ! I have a few (hundred) lying around...Get your geek on!

I love that ThinkGeek has physical Store now. They have shifted their focus and are a little less geeky than in the past and are kinda more Comic-Con collectibles in their offerings. That makes sense for a physical storefront probably. I am a real geek! I want the Dr. Who screwdriver and remote. I want the kitchen experiments series of books, I want the Star Trek Original phaser replicas and a tricorder. Oh wait! I have one in my pocket now... if only Scotty could beam me up! Bezos and Musk... come on guys! Do it!
