After having had a horrible experience at another location, I went to Barton Creek. Allen was awesome. Patient, explaining everything in detail and I got the phone I wanted for hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted at that other location. He was courteous, kind and professional. Couldnt have asked for anything more. The manager arrived a little while later and between the two of them, I got a better deal on a phone than I ever expected and I left the store a happy customer. We went to Verizon to inquire about their new iPhone 12 buy-one, get-one holiday promotion. The manager was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and we ended up buying through them since they actually offered a better deal than through the corporate stores. One thing to note -- this is an authorized retailer, not a corporate store, but in this case, that worked to our advantage in getting a better deal than the corporate stores were offering. We even ended up buying screen protectors and cases for the phones, as well, and they offered us a discount on those since we were buying the phones. Good customer service. Well be back in the future.

I never leave a bad review because I usually speak to management and get things taken caren of, but the salesman refused to give me any details of upper management. The salesman Allen that helped us get the buy one get one deal looked like he was spending more time on his phone texting than paying attention to us. I found it extremely disrespected when hed ignore our questions to simply reply to his text messages or whatever he was doing on his phone.I must be mistaken but it seemed like he had alcohol in his system, he forgot a lot of things. I told him we wanted a buy one get one deal and he kept asking you guys want the trade in promotion right? The main reason why I think he was inebriated was because was slurring his speech and it was hard to understand him sometimes.I spoke to the district manager beginning of the month to discuss the possibly to getting the buy one get one deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and we came back of the experience he provided but Im honestly shocked that Verizon would allow employees like Allen come to work in a mental state like that.Regardless, Allen got the job done but I truly hope someone from upper management reads this and gets back to me.I wanted to leave a 1 star review based off our experience today but Im leaving a 3 star review because of the district manager.

Im still paying a bill of 90 bucks a month because they were tricky at the time to promotion their phones,they told me 60 per line and Im actually paying 90, this is one, it was more than 4 lays at a time, Im getting crazy to leave this company, so, the store and the company, in my opinion, dont worth it.

Had a GREAT experience at the Verizon store at Barton Creek mall. First off, I must say most of the Verizon stores Ive ever been to were NOT great experiences, so this time I read reviews before deciding where to shop for my new phone - and this store was worth the drive (there is another store that is only a couple of miles away from our house, but chose to drive to the mall instead). Affan was able to help me with an iPhone upgrade. He was friendly, courteous, and took as much time as needed to go over phone features, differences from my previous phone, etc. They said the best time to come in was a weekday morning if possible, so thats what I did. It still took some time to get the new phone software installed, but that is to be expected. Affan enjoys his job and it shows. I highly recommend this store and will definitely come back for future phone needs.

Do not go here. It is not a real Verizon store. It is fake and they will charge you unnecessarily for things a real Verizon store does for free. I didnt realize it was an authorized retailer and not an actual Verizon store and they charged me two 30 dollar setup fees and 40 dollars for two sim cards. This is in addition to the two 40 dollar activation fees that showed up on my bill. I called Verizon and confirmed all of it minus the 40 dollar activation fees would have been free at an actual store. Luckily real Verizon was nice enough to waive the activation fees for my troubles. Real Verizon for the win. The person in the store was nice and helpful, but should have been more upfront about these charges. I was under the impression that I was paying the normal Verizon activation fees, not additional setup and sim card fees.

Do NOT ever deal with this store. They lie, lie, lie and then lie more. They will say ANYTHING to get a sale. They sell refurbished equipment and say that its new. They tell you what they can do to decrease your monthly payments, and give you a print out of that, then when you get your statement its $60 higher. They say they will waive the activation charges and dont. And.... Dont call Verizon because this is a franchise store, so they cant do anything to fix what you were promised by this store. Oh, everyone there is a manager! Yes, Ive called several times since this started in July and everyone I talk to is a manager! BTW... One Manager actually told me that the sales people will tell you anything to make a sale and if the Manager actually does the right thing and makes good on the promise, they deduct that amount from their pay. Sooo... This store is unethical and cannot be trusted to do anything in your interest.

Purchased a new iPhone 11 recently and was very satisfied with my experience. I switched over from MetroPCS and was impressed that my bill was only several dollars more. Mark assisted me with my visit while I was there, and I would recommend anyone to go see him there for anything Verizon they need help with. He was very approachable and super knowledgeable on not only the product but the service amenities. He explained everything with adequate detail. Today I made a visit to Verizon to activate an Apple Watch. Jerran Peebles immediately showed interest in making this happen. We had additional questions regarding the cost of our monthly bill and he happened to explain things thoroughly to our best understanding. Jerran was also nice enough to install a liquid glass screen protector on my Apple Watch as well as replace a damaged glass screen protector on my moms phone. Every time we make a visit to the Verizon located at Barton Creek Mall we get the best customer service and get treated so kind.

Of all the Verizon stores at which I’ve shopped this Barton Creek Mall location has by far provided the best and most enjoyable shopping experience I’ve had — maybe ever — maybe at any store. It’s a total vibe run well by the company sales leader, Affan Baig (ask for him). They know their stuff, work well as a team, even company 2nd leading sales guru Alan Kats and Verizon stores systems and processes savant, Jaren Peebles. I want to shop at and spend time at this store. It’s strange. I waited an hour and didn’t mind it at all. I had lunch with these guys and would again. This store is a tremendous place to shop - I highly recommend it.

I had a good experience with Jarren the date I purchased the phones even do he didn’t provide us with the promotion code so I had to call back next day to get it, when asked to repeat the number he got a little frustrated and I feel like we didn’t received all paperwork.

He was very responsive and I would give him 5 stars if I were rating just him. (Verizon, though, still has many issues with their general customer service and it took me leaving a poor review to get any answers so I wont be upgrading to a 5.)
