I bought my son a costume from here but it was too small I tried to exchange it with receipt and all the pieces and was told I couldn’t because it didn’t have the picture that goes inside and when I asked to talk to a manager she got the police instead. I would NEVER EVER shop at the place again. I’ll stick with the Halloween Store at least I know they value their customers. If I could give no stars I would.

Very disappointed. Bought these balloons on the 20th for my Mother’s birthday party on the 23rd. This morning they looked deflated!! Will have to replace them! $$$ down the drain. Don’t plan on returning to this business.

I always have a fun time at Party City. Maybe I should be more critical towards the cheap quality items, but I have a great nostalgia for Party Cities in general. Its always on my list of places to go in the fall.Note to store owner: Bring back your singing spinning dancing birthday candles.

SCAM!! I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a few items last week and was guaranteed a refund by one of the cashiers. Then went I tried to return all of a sudden refunds arent allowed. Even after the same cashier told her manager she said I could. Worst experience of my life so avoid this location at all costs

Jessica, store lead it might have been misplaced. I advised it was not. She stated then the pricing is wrong and charged the higher price. Smh More about morals than price.

They gave my whole balloon order to someone else! And then tried to say that we already picked them up! Dont you think we would know that? A different customer that was there at the time said they didnt even verify any of the information with the lady who claimed my balloons were hers. When we asked for replacements they gave us a hard time. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR BALLOON ORDER! Never again.

Massive place, packed with stuff; so much stuff you need a ladder to access it all.Will be surprised if you cant find something you are looking for.Parking and access is easy.Its a shame most of the items sold will only ever be used once then dispossessed of, perhaps not the most environmentally friendly store...

Customer service is most definitely lacking, but the store is very well kept up with and its lots of fun to walk around and get lost in here! Theyve pretty much got everything you are thinking you need for your next party- and then some.

Absolutely the most rude staff I have ever encountered. Not helpful, never even smile or do anything they can to help. Tried to make a return of brand new u opened items that they still had in stock & they refused bc it was a few days out of the 30 day return policy. Clearly they don’t know there was a freeze AND a pandemic & could be nice & just accommodating. I’ll NEVER use Party. It’s for anything again.

Wedding choices are a little lacking, but their overall selection hasnt changed much since coming here as a kid in the 90s. +1 for being one of the only constants in my life from that time - except for crippling social anxiety. But hey, come here and feel like a kid again!

Unfortunately they’re an individual franchise so if you have an item you need returned that you bought online or at another party city, they won’t accept it. You have to go to a different location.

Make sure to purchase only exactly what you need, they make returns impossible. Policy states with a receipt, unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days...check...but now they’re “not accepting returns from other Party City locations.” That is not stated or explained anywhere.I’ll do my party shopping elsewhere from now on, where prices and service are better anyway!

Worst experience ever! Never go to a party city store, especially this one!Employees there are horribly slow, filling up helium balloons is as if they have to get balloons from Mars.It took me 1hr 30min (only customer) to get a bunch of balloons from them.Go to Dollar Store instead...cheaper and way faster.

Be sure to double check your purchases here. I went to pick up some hats and they were double the price that was listed on the website. The excuse is they’re privately owned so they set their own pricing.

It’s a regular Party City. The selection is nice, I got my Halloween costume there. Prices are fine and if you need to plan a party or event, it’s a fine place to get your supplies. Nothing spectacular, but overall a good place to get the stuff you need.

I ran in for a quick balloon purchase for my friends event; which was about to start!I asked if they had the theme he needed. They did. They had 5 helium balloons blown up in no time, and bagged so I could drive!While I waited I shopped for cute things for my grandkids. Social distancing and masks or cant go in. I approve. All sales final due to COVID-19 but they dont tell you that until your at the register. No signs about it throughout the whole store. Even sales purchased before COVID-19 that were returnable under their return policy arent being accepted. Bad business practices all around to attempt to make people feel obligated to buy at the register. Only business Ive been to thats not accepting returns. Items should be returnable and if returned quarantined.

The perfect store for outfitting a childs birthday party or other local event. It may be true that you can find some items cheaper online, but being able to see everything in person makes up for the small difference. Make sure to shop early if you are having a Halloween or Christmas party, as some of the best items get snapped up quickly!

Checked online before heading to your store. Online stated that your store did have a costume in for $39.99 in stock. Once at the store this location has the price as $64.99 posted on the wall for the exact same costume. Asked the young girl at the register if that was the correct price and she said yes. Told her what the price was listed for this store online and she said that we dont really price match online. Walked out with purchasing anything. How is something going to be a full $25 MORE at the store! Not only that, the staff seemed like she didnt really care. Wasting my time.

Horrible horrible service. I was purchasing a costume for my daughter, when trying it on I noticed a stain on it, I kindly asked for a discount since it was the last one, the manager came up and said you can go home wipe it off with a warm damp towel, but I’ll give you 5%. Kind of rude about it but still took it. She told me to walk up to the register to pay she will discount my item. When I went up there I let cashier know I was picking up a costume. She scanned it and I let her know a manager was going to give me a discount. She then said why what’s wrong with it. I explained and rudely she said but it’s already discounted. I said correct but she was providing me with a discount because of the stain it had because it was the last size. She stayed quiet and pulled another cashier and said I need a discount approval. The Another person came and she said why, I then took out the costume out of the package myself to show both of them while the first cashiers with her arms crossed looking at me crazy Because they couldn’t do it . Then the other manager that was going to give me the approval said to me OH It’s already discounted I can’t do It. They made me feel so horrible. I then told the manager it’s not my problem that you didn’t notice it was a discounted item it has a stain and it was the last one. It was my daughters actual first Halloween. It was a costume that was on sale! So your telling me all your costumes that are on sale are all stained? It’s not about the 5% or additional discounts. It was how I was treated, the service I received. My intentions weren’t to go in there and fight for a discount. I would understand if it was a defective item. But this item is a sale item. Sorry for even asking for a discount!

Its a party store that has most of the things youll need from the Disposable Plastics industry. If you want balloons or any customer service you better have planned ahead because theyre really going to take some time. I do have to ask if you realize you can order just about any of the stuff online for at least 10% less than theyre going to charge and store. Who doesnt plan ahead for a party?

I had a great shopping experience at this location for my 2017 Haunted House & Halloween Party. I was able to get just about everything I needed (and didnt know I needed) in 1 store. Friendly employees and fair prices, thats enough to make me return.

Clean and well stocked store. Only complaint is how many times the same empolyees asked if I needed assistance. Weird to complain about I know, I know but when I say: No thank you, Im just browsing but Ill find you if I have any questions! I swear it doesnt mean: Im not sure! Ask me 4 more times before I move from this spot!!!

I bought items on the 16th of April and realized I still had them, went to return unopened still in the bag items and its too far past the 30 day return policy. I think its absolutely absurd that there is a limit on a return policy when its items used all year round and unopened. Great customer service Party City.

Good selection of products. Most things arent very good quality but they are cheap. If you need a quick cheap costume or supplies for a party then this place is worth a visit. Its in a good location and its clean.

This is a weird store. Filled will soccer moms, cheerleader types and sorority girls. Now I suppose after that review there will also be a creepy dude contingent. Great spot for the theme party planning crowd.

Will definitely make a point not to shop here in the future. Return policy is horrendous. I bought a hat to see if it would work with a costume. It didnt work out but in the process the tags were removed. I brought it back with the tags and receipt a few days later. Would not accept the items! They said they were probably worn. Well... yes they were worn to try them on. Seriously, like no one comes into the store and tries on the hats and accessories? Thats being worn isnt it? I was going to shop for something different but left instead. If you dont value your customers then we wont value you.

The staff was very personable and helpful. However, I will say, I find it ridiculous that I can’t try on my Halloween costume before purchasing it. I really think Party City should invest in dressing rooms *seasonally*...I didn’t buy a costume solely on the fact that I can’t try it on!

Stopped by on a whim on a Sunday afternoon to get a helium balloon. They had a good selection and filled it very quickly. It was easy to get in and get out.

Great layout - fun Party City - hectic because we went the week before Halloween. LOVE the arranged color patterns and all in all in a fantastic location. Quick and easy to navigate and a very friendly staff!

I went here for baby shower items, found what I was looking for but the cashier wasnt so nice, I had forgotten something so I asked her to hold my items so I went back to pick up more extra items I needed for a baby shower. So I returned back in line to purchase my items and the cashier tired to let someone else skip in front of me. I am Afican American. The person that was in line said no she.was there first. She also had put back my items I asked her to hold, I was so disappointed.

Love the variety of options. Little pricey, though. Usually go on last minute party needs. Otherwise, order online: more affordable.

When I got in there I asked the staff if they can help me to pick out some stuff to decorate my cubicle at work and they showed me where all the related items would be, and all the possibilities for space that small and what would work and I ended up going with a really good selection of Bat stuff because thats the home town theme. Anyway nice experience!

Party City has all the kids party supplies. I am usually here once a year grabbing invitations or balloons for my daughters birthday party. I havent been here once looking for something they didnt have. I wish they had another location south of town.

The WORST customer service experience Ive had. Will not honor what is on their website. Do not go to the Brodie location if the website says they have 22 of something, because they will tell you they do not have any. Sent someone to pick up a balloon package that the website said they had 22 of and when they get there, they told them they do not have any and then said they could create the package since they have all the balloons in the package and then charge me over DOUBLE. When I called the manager on duty was rude, never apologized and could not comprehend why I was upset and refused to take my information for the store manager to call me back instead saying I need to call back tomorrow. Do not go to this location!

My cashier Amber was amazing ! She had a lot of patience and and positive energy the whole check out process was great and friendly !Not only that but a huge shout to the manager Marion who was on duty to help me catch a coupon for my slightly large purchase saving me a few dollars for my son’s party. Props to them 🙌🏼

Everything about this place is great. Location, collection and staff all great but theres one thing the I didnt like and other people I saw during my visit didnt seem to like it either and that is Very confusing check out and Balloon blow line. Its not only confusing but also you dont have anywhere to wait and its embarrassing because it gets crowded and people have to ask what are you here for (as in checkout or balloon blow or just lookin). Party city, you guys are great and I guess regulars would know what to do during that time but its uncomfortable for new customers.

I went to Party City to return 2 items within the 30 days and with my receipt. I was questioned at the door as I arrived about the small bag in my hand. I stated I had a return and was told that I would have to stand in the long check out line. Once my transaction was complete, I proceeded to leave with my original receipt and refund receipt in my hand. I was stopped near the door and told they wanted to search my purse. When I declined, I was told that that was their policy and the employee pointed to a sign on the door. I stated I had only been there for a return and left. Once home I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and was placed on a long hold. When another employee came on the line ( who was not a manager), she told me she could help me. I explained my experience to her; and that it was not acceptable to be stopped to search my purse. She said that it is a new policy, and they inform people on entry. I do not know what the law states about searching personal items, but I do not like being assumed to be a thief and will not return to a business that treats there customers that way.

Ive been going to Party City for years. The Balconies, parmer, and sunset valley spots are by far the best. Stocked, helpful, and clean. They have everything you need. Halloween year around, check!

During the Halloween season this place has some awesome specials. Keep your eyes out for sales and coupons because when they do have sales they are awesome. Unfortunately if youre not there with coupon in hand youre probably going to be taken advantage of.

Horrible customer service. I bought a giant balloon and the string wasnt tied tight enough to the balloon, so it flew off an hour after we purchased it. I came back to ask for a replacement or a refund and was given neither.Party City, instead of making it right for the $5 that ballon must have actually cost you, I get the opportunity of convincing people to avoid your store. They have almost every single color you can imagine for a party. I came to buy some baby shower last minute items I needed. The customer service is okay not the best they are a bit rude.

Just lost their business from me permanently by the way I was treated. I went in today around noon and spent over $100 on costumes and accessories for my kids. At check out no mention of special return policies etc for Halloween. Went home to try everything out and a couple items did not work. Went to return them same day. Went to the counter and met with Melanie who had smug look on her face. Looked at my items and said one of them wasnt returnable since it had been opened. I noted that all packaging material was there. Then she told me we could not return Halloween items but said we could have a credit. She stood and stared at me while I waited for my credit. Since she wasnt doing anything, I said, what do you need from me and she said you have to go pick out Halloween merchandise and exchange it for that. So not even a store credit. I took it all in stride and asked how much my credit would be. She picked up my items for return and rang them to get their value then said $28 which included the opened item so my daughter and I spent over 30 minutes trying to get things to add up to the $28. Back in line, same clerk with smug look on her face. Takes my merchandise again and says one item cant be exchanged because it was open. Same item we had just discussed that along with the other item totaled $28. Now I was very upset at the time we had wasted and the level of communication. I asked to speak to a manager and Victor came over. He was not going to listen to what happened, that I had been told that I had a $28 credit. He told me that the item was open and therefore mine. I did get worked up at this point but did apologize to them and paid an additional $10 to them, took the unwanted item in order to get out of their awful store.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. Their try-on or “dressing area” system is very messy and unorganized. They have terrible customer service. Worst I’ve seen in a while. The employees are lazy and won’t even help. One girl was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me just because I asked if I could leave the costumes on the try-on table area or if I had to take them back.

A little over priced but it has everything you need for any kind of party your looking to have. Its a bit crowded with merchandise but the staff is helpful and nice.
