I had the most top-notch experience at Signature Bridal and found THE dress with the help of the amazing Ally and the wide selection of gorgeous gowns they had to offer! My bridal consultant, Ally glanced at a few pictures of dresses I liked and pulled an amazing, curated assortment of gowns in my style. She asked specific and thoughtful questions to gain more understanding of the venue, lighting, dress details and overall mood I wanted to create. She even helped me pose in the dress and walk around in the natural light so I could take nice pictures and videos to help me make my decision. Not only did I find my dream dress that checked all of my boxes, but I had a blast with the consultants and my maid of honor and ended my dress search on such a joyful note! I couldn’t recommend Signature Bridal enough!

I cannot say enough about Signature Bridal, specifically consultant Ally! Allys energy immediately put me at ease, she feels like the sweet and knowledgeable friend you need by your side during this process. I loved the store experience so much that when I didnt quite find the right one on my first visit, I came back to try on a whole new set of beautiful dresses a few weeks later. Ally was so great at listening to me and seeing what was working and not working, that when she pulled a wildcard at the end, it was like she knew, and I fell in love! I never felt pressured, she encouraged me to sleep on it, so I could be 100% sure it was MY DRESS and when I called back, I felt she was just as excited for me as I was. 10/10

This store has a good selection of dresses and their staff is generally nice and helpful. However, I didnt feel like my stylist Olga was a good fit for me personally. As others have mentioned, she has a very specific process and vision that doesnt always mesh well with the brides own vision. There were a few styles I mentioned liking that Olga promptly steered me away from, stating a different option would look better. By the end of the appointment, the top choice dress really felt like HER top choice and not mine - it was beautiful and honestly did look great on me, but it wasnt what I wanted or had asked for.Another issue is that I noticed almost nobody in the shop had masks on - staff or customers. They told me I could request that my stylist wear a mask during our appointment but I feel like it shouldnt even be a question considering how close in proximity you are to the stylist throughout the appointment. Of the four bridal shops I have been to, this is the only one were I saw no masks in sight.

My first experience with this bridal salon was really bad. Olga was the stylist and she made me feel horrible about myself on a day that should of been exciting. In fact she told me a fitted dress wouldn’t look good bc my hips are too curvy. (Who says that to someone) She forced me into buying a dress that was so far from my vision & I felt backed into a corner. I expressed my concerns with the owner and she agreed to give me a % of store credit to apply towards a new gown with new stylist. I found the boho dress of my dreams. I picked up my dress today, tried it on and fell in love all over again. I’m giving my review a 3 stars due to the first experience feeling demeaning & the fact that today the bag I was given to bring my dress home in is see through. When I asked the stylist what to do, she suggested buying another bag- I think it’s silly that I would have to do that in order to bring it home and keep it hidden from my fiancé. That should be improved ASAP. Ill be ordering a bag online that is not see through.

Olga was AMAZING. She was super efficient and thoughtful. She really went above and beyond. I found the perfect dress for the perfect price. I wish I was still looking for a dress only so I could do the appointment over again!

Went here for my sister to go dress shopping and it was the best experience of all the places we have been! We worked with Olga, who truly elevated the entire thing and made it special. She has a unique approach to dress shopping, but she made my sister feel special, listened to her and helped her feel like a bride when she wasn’t quite there yet. My sister found an amazing and unique dress that we are hoping she goes back to after sleeping on it. Thank you Olga and the team!!

I don’t know where to start. I’m so thankful for the ladies here. They have been nothing but great and knowledgeable. My consultant Olga was fantastic from the start. She knew what she was talking about and was wonderful to work with. Emily was great and answered all of my many questions. Also had a brief meet with the store owner who was lovely. Both times I have visited this store the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. I can’t say enough about this bridal salon and of course my dress which I am in love with. Don’t waste time with David’s bridal, give this salon a visit and I’m sure you will fall in love. Thank you ladies!

I bought my wedding dress at Signature bridal and had the absolute best experience! Olga assisted my mom, best friend, and I with finding the perfect dress for me. It’s an experience that I had dreamed about for so long, and Signature Bridal did not disappoint in making my dreams a reality. They have an amazing selection of dresses and made me feel comfortable and beautiful while finding the right gown for me. From buying my dress, to scheduling alteration with Krista at Polly-Anna Creations (I truly LOVED working with her so much!), to steaming my gown before my wedding, every aspect was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.

I had the worse experience here! No one answers the phone, no one returns Voicemail, they say they will call you and keep in communication but thats inaccurate as well. The whole process and experience here was a nightmare. My dresses were pink and one of my bridesmaid dresses came out PURPLE with no attempt to fix! Just go else where! 2 of my girls dresses came 1 week before the wedding, again no communication so as the bride, you could imagine the stress! Awful customer service!

Wedding dress shopping was honestly one of my favorite parts of wedding planning and this store was one of the reasons. Not only was the customer service for my appointment amazing but every follow up was handled professionally and friendly. These folks know how to hire top notch customer service individuals. Every single person I spoke to, worked with, interacted with in person or on the phone etc. was friendly and knowledgeable. The employees could speak to everything from how the store worked and logistics for when and how the dress would be in, to cleaning/preservation options post wedding, and alterations before hand- even being able to describe what alterations/ bustle would be needed and recommended the perfect size dress to be ordered. I was blown away every time. I live in north Austin so it was not the most convenient for me to get to but I would choose this place every single time for their customer service and not to mention the dress they helped me choose was perfection and I truly couldnt have been happier. This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable part of planning my big day. Thank you Signature Bridal Team!!

A seriously wonderful experience. Eliza was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. I came in to try on a specific line of bridesmaid dress and she made it so quick and easy.I also really appreciated the way she interacted with me when talking about the sizing. She politely prefaced that the Jasmine Bridal sizing was a little different than what I may expect in regular stores. I let her know that as a previous bride, I wasnt going to be offended by the potential larger size she recommended based on my measurements. But I appreciated her kindness and I really loved that she went out of her way to note this, just in case the sizing would be an upsetting topic. Knowing she gives the same level of empathy and understanding to others made me very thankful for her.The purchasing experience was quick and painless as well! Eliza went through everything with me and was very clear about procedure and next steps. Ill be honest, I was half dreading this task, as I was worried I might be a size 14 gal trying to fit into a size 8 sample dress. But my experience was truly awesome and enjoyable. Id recommend Signature Bridal to anyone, bride or bridesmaid!

Love love love this place. I went with my mother at first and found a dress I loved. But when I came back to see it again, they asked if I wanted to try on some others to be sure, cause I was having doubts. I said sure why not, and we proceeded to go through half a dozen dresses or more until I found the literal perfect one. I love the dress but the main reason for the review is the girls. They are the friendliest, sweetest most welcoming bunch and when I came back a month or so later to pick up the dress, they remembered me and we picked up right where we left off. My one and hopefully only wedding, and I couldnt have asked for a better dress experience. Go here, you wont regret it. 5 stars is not enough

The bridal consultants at Signature Bridal Salon in Austin were the most supportive and helpful team I have ever met. My bridal consultant Skyler was phenomenal at picking dresses that suited my figure and was welcoming to all of my family. After having a horrible first dress shopping experience at s different store, I was able to appreciate the staff at Signature so much more. Skyler and other staff provided options and ideas of dress alterations and helped me find my dream dress. I highly recommend choosing Signature Bridal to help find your ideal wedding gown!

I went for the first time to try on gowns yesterday. Olga seemed irritated and frustrated from the start. It was like it was a problem to have to deal with me. She was very short with my friend and I. She even put her hand in my friends face in a “talk to the hand” gesture and said “who is the bride here? Are you the bride? Are you paying for it?” I walked in prepared to pay for the dress. I walked out not wanting to ever enter that building again. The whole process was demeaning. It was not the special moment that we all dream of. I felt bullied by Olga the entire time.

OMG! After looking at several stores, this is the one where I find my forever dress. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online to meeting with my consultant Olga. The appointment form asked detailed questions about what I wanted. So when I got to the appointment, Olga had already made some great selections. I was allowed to bring my friends, which was great and the team showed enthusiasm and support for me all the way through. After trying on a few dresses, Olga just knew what would work and came back with what is now my wedding dress. Great experience all around! Highly recommend. Price is definitely mid-range from $1000 to well a lot!

There are so many great reviews of this place and heres just my two cents. If youre looking for a personal experience where the staff really know their stuff, look no further. Amber was such a gem! I called a few days before my appointment to ask if theyre plus size section was limited and she assured me that we would have plenty to try on. Boy, did she deliver. I tried on about 15 dresses that all fit and made me feel like a bride. The dress I loved was a selection that Amber picked herself and I fell in love. Ive already recommended this place to a few of my newly engaged friends and one of them found her dress there and had a similar experience. My veil and flower girl dresses were also purchased there and they were all so beautiful! I can go on and on, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment. During the week you can basically have the whole shop to yourself, the weekends do get busy but thats just a testament to how great Signature Bridal is.

Where to start! 10/10 recommend Signature Bridal- no need to go anywhere else! I went to multiple salons and tried on dozens of dresses, but had the best experience at Signature. What truly sets them apart is how much they care about their clients in wanting them to find the perfect dress for their big day. They not only helped me, but also helped all of my bridesmaids to find their perfect dresses to not only fit the theme of our wedding, but to also help bring out their individual personalities. Everyone LOVED Signature!!Along with many others, our wedding was postponed due to COVID. The ladies at Signature were incredible- they were super understanding and professional not only in their communication but also in providing support and comfort during this time. I recommend Signature to every bride looking for an expert team, a huge selection of dresses, and a comfortable, relaxed (and fun) environment!

We had the most amazing experience with Olga, the floor soldier as she referred to herself, at Signature Bridal last weekend. Olga made my daughter feel special, asked many questions, and truly listened to her responses. She told my daughter that the appointment wasnt to find a wedding dress but for a dress to find her and make her FEEL special. From selecting dresses to try, to explaining the different fabrics and designs and how they worked with her body shape, she covered everything with insight and understanding, explaining the effects of light, etc on how the dress will look and feel. Never once were we made to feel it was a sales opportunity for the store. Olgas expertise did not sell my daughter a dress. Her expertise provided her an incredible experience that allowed a dress to reveal itself as being the perfect one for her wedding day. Thank you Olga and the rest of the staff.

After trying on dresses at about 10 stores, I found my dream dress at Signature Bridal. I was attracted to the store because they sell Maggie Soterro gowns. I tried on several dresses, and when I didn’t find “the one,” my consultant, Skyler, picked one out for me that had every element I was looking for in my dress.My dress was ordered in March and arrived in July. I’m sure shipping times were slightly longer due to the pandemic.There were issues with sizing due to manufacturing errors. When having the designer send a new dress did not resolve the issue, and it was still cut too small according to it’s size, Skyler contacted the designer to ensure they sent a perfect dress to me with the correct measurements for its size. It was shipped to my home and fit and looked perfect. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. I’m so thankful for their professionalism, following up with me, and ensuring that my dress was perfect. Not to mention, this was all done over about 3 weeks.I highly recommend Signature Bridal!

Emily was amazing. Very friendly, patient and made me feel very comfortable. I said yes to the dress and it was something I would have never thought I would choose. It was amazing that you were able to order a sample of my dream dress to try on but in the end I went an entirely different direction. I cannot say enough good things about Signature Bridal! It was my first time ever trying on wedding gowns so I was quite nervous but the girls there made me feel so welcome and excited right away. The salon was so beautiful and so clean. I especially want to thank 1000 times my wonderful consultant Madi! She was so thorough and attentive to everything I said regarding what I liked and didn’t like about each dress she brought me. I went in thinking I would look the best in one specific style and with her help and expertise she helped guide me to a style that was completely different but so so perfect for me! Signature Bridal was my first stop of the day and although I was in love with the dress I had found, Madi encouraged me to still go try on other dresses at the other stores I had appointments with to be sure; however, they didn’t compare in the slightest in regards to dress selections and customer service and were basically down right awful and so discouraging. At the end of the day my tribe and I went back to Signature to say yes to the dress with Madi. It was the most magical moment and more than I could have ever hoped for! I will forever recommend Signature to any bride looking for the most professional, positive, and uplifting experience for gown shopping!

Signature Bridal is the perfect place to find your wedding dress - I cannot say enough good things. I live in NYC but my wedding was in Austin - and Signature was such a positive, enjoyable experience relative to other places. The selection was great, and the staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy, and they really took your time to get to know what you were looking for to best assist. They picked my perfect wedding dress off the rack for me - and even after I knew it was the one, the did one last spin through to make sure there was nothing else I would be more interested in. I’ve shopped at other major bridal stores and boutiques in NYC and this was a cut above the rest.

Found my wedding dress for my March 2019 wedding at Signature Bridal. Amber was the consultant that helped me, and she was great! They have a wide selection of gowns, and a nice try-on area so you can get the full feel of wearing the dress and walking around in it. She listened to the feedback I gave on each dress, and had a really good understanding of the dresses and designers to select the dress style that I was looking for. After finding the perfect dress, getting it in the shop was easy, but took bout 4 months with rush shipping (because the dresses are made when you order them), so be sure and get your dress sooner rather than later! I used the Krista has for dress alterations, she sets up in the back of Signature bridal, so it was very convenient. And Krista was super professional and did a fantastic job with the dress. Signature Bridal and Krista make a great combo! They helped make my wedding even better with the perfect dress.

Emily is probably one of the most patient people I have ever met. She helped me so much through my appointment and my appointment when I came back to order my dress (and try it on again!) Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and gives you wonderful compliments throughout the process. They have a great dress selection in a range of prices. I’m so happy I found my dress here!

They have a wonderful selection of dresses here, I’ve been to so many other shops without liking anything and I was so surprised when I found so many gorgeous dresses at signature bridal. The owner has a really great eye for design. My consultant was Skyler and she is so amazing, she really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable with the process. They never try to push a sale like many other shops did to me. Definitely make this place a must when shopping and request Skyler! Can’t recommend them enough!

Ive been waiting to post a review until my dress came in and the whole process was finished but I cant wait any longer! If you are searching for a dress, make this a stop because you will love the dresses and the staff!To start with the shopping, I went shopping with my mom and bridal party in January. Eliza helped me along with an associate who she was training that day. They got my style and budget and went to pick out a few options for me. They also give you a few tags and show you where your budget is located more or less and let you pick a few. I loved this part since it was fun to go see the dress and pick a few you loved and a few wild cards. The whole experience was amazing and they were great at fitting you into dresses that were either too large or too small.A note on the dresses: They have so many different styles that they can accommodate probably almost any bride. They seem to also have a wide variety of sizes in their samples so that every bride can try on their dream dress.The first dress I tried on with them was a wild card and I LOVED it. Since this was my first dress and I had an appointment later in the day with a shop that charged for cancellations (which Signature doesnt do and I think thats so much better), I wasnt fully ready to commit. There were no high pressure tactics used but they said they would be happy to finalize it after the shop later that afternoon. They made the ordering really easy that night and I was able to get it ordered that evening and get a payment plan set up. As of right now, I am still waiting for the dress, but I know Im in good hands as theyre great at following up.The part that prompted me to write the review now is how amazing they have been during the COVID shut down. Theyve been great at communicating and letting me know how my dress is doing. During the time their shop is closed they announced an online accessory sale. I hadnt finalized a veil and figured it would be a good time to do so. I emailed them asking for a few options. Instead of just sending links, the amazing ladies in the shop did one better. They put on my dress and modeled various veils and sent me multiple videos. I was able to share these over a video chat with my mom and pick one out.The amazing employees at Signature truly care for their brides and have gone above and beyond to prove that. Their wide variety of dresses and their great customer service will make any bride proud.

Olga was fantastic. Fast, competent, and she figured out what I really wanted and what looked great on me when I didnt even know. I feel like most sales people take way too long with each dress, but Olga was like- out to the pedestal, pose like a model, do you love it? Yes, take a picture, if no, next one! I think she had worked with models before so she just knows her stuff. The selection of gowns was also amazing too, which you may not initially expect from a shop kind of tucked away. The prices are reasonable too, and they are willing to work with you. I loved it and am planning to go back soon

I had such a positive experience at Signature Bridal! As soon as you walk in you can see the high quality of their dresses. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Kylie was my consultant and she provided excellent service. She was very patient and willing to answer any of my questions as well as my guests. This is so important especially when in search for your wedding dress because you are faced with so many options and decisions. I did not say yes to the dress at Signature only because they did not carry the designer I love. I would personally still consider them for my bridesmaid dresses though!

Out of all of the bridal salons I visited this place was by far the best. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept things lighthearted and fun while respecting my budget. Adam was wonderful to work with. He caught on right away to what I was looking for, had great taste in helping pick out gowns, and seemed to know everything there was to know about the gowns. I highly recommend checking out their in house designer gowns. Not only are they drop dead gorgeous and truly unique, but they are a great value and it was easy to make small adjustments (like length) that might help make your gown really yours. Im so glad I went here and I cant wait to wear my new wedding dress!

Before going to Signature Bridal I went to Davids Bridal to see their selection. I was rather unimpressed with Davids Bridal as their material and fit of the Bridal gown was terrible.I was nervous about going to Signature Bridal because i felt their prices would be much higher. This was not the case! Their prices were about the same. Very reasonable. The difference was for the same price range i got a quality dress. it truly was and is the dress of my dreams.The staff are amazing! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, understanding, and flexible. I would recommend you get your dress here! Dont buy a gown without shopping here also. I can be very picky, but this was one of the best choices we made for our wedding.Also be sure to allow yourself enough time for your dress to come in like 6 month min.They are AWESOME! I cant express that enough.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Signature Bridal! Candace was extremely helpful in picking out my dress when I had no idea what style I wanted. I went in with several girlfriends, and Im sure we were a handful. She helped me narrow down the styles until we found the perfect one. That alone is no easy task because there are so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Candace is extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly sweet. To top it all off, she was also there when I picked up my dress. She helped me try it on and made sure I was completely happy with the way it turned out, and also answered all of my questions. Candace and the rest of the team at Signature Bridal are fantastic at helping brides get ready for one of the most important days of their life! I went with my BFF to go wedding dress shopping. First of all, Amber is AMAZING. Super attentive, not pushy at all and so so patient. But, most of all... she is FUN!! Was a joy to be around and I highly recommend you ask for her when you go in.Thank you signature bridal salon!

PRO: I was greeted with lots of smiling friendly faces at the front desk when I checked in. The consultant I was working with is Olga and she was amazing, I was by myself for my appointment and she did her best at taking pictures and videos for me to share with my family later. Olga seemed very knowledgeable about bridal gowns and told me to stop showing her pictures of dresses I liked and focus more on the way I want to feel, old school but I really enjoyed that of my appointment. She was honest on which of the 5 dresses I tried on fit my figure and which didnt, I appreciated that especially being there alone. The dresses I flipped through on the racks were all pretty reasonable in price as most were under/around 2,000.CONS: Im a plus size bride, Im 57 and have an hourglass figure and in street size I wear 14 in pants and a medium in tops so I have really big hips and small waist. Their plus size section is disappointing despite me calling the salon before hand to check on plus size sample dresses, and despite them being part of the everybody everybride collection from essence. I only tried on 5 dresses of which there was 1 I liked but will not be saying yes to. Most of the sample sizes that were plus size were A-line or ball gowns, there was very few mermaid, trumpet/fit & flare or sheath dresses in a sample size bigger than 12 or 14 (bridal sizes are smaller than street sizes so those did not fit me) I browsed up and down their racks multiple times looking for more form fitting dresses at a bigger sample size with not much luck. They do carry some gorgeous essence of Australia plus size sample dresses but ultimately it wasnt what I was looking for in terms of dress silhouette. If youre bigger than a street size 12 I dont think youd have a lot of options here unless you plan on getting an A line or ball gown.

I cannot speak highly enough about this salon and Amber. All of the staff is so supportive and phenomenal. I found my perfect dress and they helped me figure oit what alterations could make it mine. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a wedding dress come here and see for yourself the care and consideration at this amazing boutique.

I had one of the best experiences shopping for a bridesmaid dress for my good friends wedding. After shopping around at a few stores here in Austin, my mom and I finally made it to Signature Bridal and they were Heaven sent!! Ashley greeted us and gave us the low down and allowed us to shop around without any fuss and checked back in on us to answer any questions. After looking through the sample sizes Ashley found the perfect dress for me and, the sample even fit. Even though I will have to come back to purchase the dress, Ashley was still very helpful in finding the right color I needed and gave me all the info to send to the bride. She was amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at Signature Bridal this previous weekend. My consultant, Kylie, was very accommodating and did a wonderful job at listening to my thoughts and feedback to improve the selection she pulled. When I found a dress I loved, but wanted to take some time to think about it, she wasnt pushy at all, which was refreshing. When I called to return later in the day to try it on one final time before saying yes, Kylie had my dress ready to go in a dressing room, offered great advice, and was genuine in her customer service. After visiting other bridal shops in the area, I would definitely recommend Signature Bridal to anyone looking for the dress!

My experience at Signature was amazing! I went back 3 times and my consultant, Carissa, was SO AMAZING. She really helped me find what looked best on me and didnt rush or pressure me at all. I highly recommend them for a wonderful dress experience!

OLGA helped me piece together the dress of my dreams! Rhe store was amazing with so many dresses to choose from. Olga helped me see the dress I wanted and even helped build on features to the dress that made it even better. 10/10 would recommend the shop and her an a consultant. Ultimately, I didnt found my dress here, but I had an amazing time shopping! I thought I had found two options after trying on a bunch of dresses. I found something perfect elsewhere, but I cannot express how kind Madi was and how at ease she made me trying on dresses. I wish Id found THE dress because they were so sweet, but Ill definitely send all of my friends here to try on dresses!

By far the best experience I’ve had throughout my dress shopping! Staff was so friendly & helpful from the moment I got there until even after my appointment. They have a very big selection of dresses to choose from for not only the bride but bridesmaids as well. Clare was so amazing in helping me find a dress that complimented my body well! She made me feel very comfortable at the start of my appointment by asking questions about my engagement and myself. She really paid attention to the little details in dresses that I liked. In the end I picked a dress that she picked out for me that I probably would’ve over looked. I recommend everyone to go and give them a shot & be open to dresses your consultant has in mind, you never know they might pick out the one ;)

I was lucky enough to have found my dress this weekend at Signature Bridal. The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. However, I have to give a huge thank you to Dee. She was absolutely amazing. She was patient and kind, it really made the entire experience wonderful. I would recommend the shop to any bride, regardless of the style that youre looking for.

I walked in an immediately saw my wedding dress, I tried it on and it fit perfectly, I was so happy with my dress, veil and even the alterations. Krista is amazing I highly recommend her!

I did not say yes to the dress at Signature Bridal but I had a really great experience there! They have a large selection to suit any bride- from traditional to romantic vintage to Cinderella- and to also accommodate any budget! It was my first stop on the bridal gown journey and it was a GREAT start to encourage me on my way to find THE one. My attendant, Alex, was very personable, I had her undivided attention and she answered any questions or concerns I had with enthusiasm. I would highly recommend adding Signature Bridal to the top of your list for your special dress!

Wonderful expereince and got the dress of my dreams. The quality is amazing and they push ALL bodies ALL brides! Which means that have a variety if sizes. I got to work with Kylie who was just a gem and helped me really understand what I was looking for. Also the other staff helped me find a dress Id seen online so it was a collaborative effort to help this bride!

Olga was great! So knowledgeable, it was exciting watching my friend find the perfect dress, and have an expert guide her towards the right dress for her! I’m not getting married anytime soon, but if I was I would come here and request Olga specifically.

I found my perfect dress, then used a pre-owned site to find it for less. I found a sample in my size at Signature Bridal Salon and contacted the salon. Ashley was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. She answered all my questions and provided great pictures of the actual dress right away because I was concerned about getting a sample that was in bad condition. The dress arrived within a few days and was in perfect condition. Im delighted with the dress and with Signature Bridal Salon, which helped me get a dress I loved within my budget.

Dont get OLGA whatever you do, she will literally tear you apart with rude comments and ruin the customer experience for you. However the store itself was nice and there were a decent amount of options I hadnt seen before anywhere else. But if you go request anyone but her.. Trust me - she ruined my dream dress for me telling me I wasnt model type. She fits you in what she thinks is good.

The day I found my dress at Signature Bridal was an absolutely magical experience!! As soon as I arrived the staff was so welcoming and eager to help me find the dress of my dreams! They truly know how to make a bride feel very special and taken care of!

I purchased my daughter‘s wedding dress here .The dress was perfect Olga was so helpful and they amazing staff as well.

Our encounter with Olga and finding the right dress was amazing. My daughter then decided to add a bolero to her dress. (she lives in Houston and could not get to Bee Caves) She took the advice over the phone with the sales associate of Signature Bridal that the bolero would match her gown. Signed the required documentation.... BUT the bolero did not match the wedding gown. AT ALL Before the wedding, we brought he bolero to the shop to return. They agreed that it did not match the gown. They still would not refund us for a never worn or altered bolero. We were stuck with this bolero that did not match and they recommended we try to sell it on a bridal website, Not the way to handle business!!! OUT $300 But we spent so much more for her gown.

My experience at Signature was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From the reception desk to the dress selection to the purchasing desk, everything was efficient and thorough. We had a great experience at Signature Bridal. Not only can you pick the dresses that you like but you actually get to walk around and feel the dresses before picking them and trying them on, which is important since weight and texture are important factors. They are also very organized by designer and also have Bridesmaid dresses.

Signature Bridal was the most well-stocked of the bridal shops I visited. They had TONS of dresses in all different styles from major and local designers to fit most budgets, so youre sure to find something you like here. I was given a few tags to designate dresses I wanted to try and Madi also chose a few that she thought fit my criteria; I probably tried on twelve or so dresses/separates in two hours to find my style. The staff was friendly – do yourself a favor and ask for Madi, who was lovely, honest, patient, so helpful with my overwhelming search, and seriously takes the best pictures to compare dresses later! She was super in helping me visualize what alterations might be possible, how a dress might look shortened to knee-length, and how a different belt might significantly change the look of the dress. She also didnt mind when I tried on dresses I thought I might not like just so I could be sure I didnt like that style. The dressing rooms and mirror area are huge and well-lit, and they have a ton of space to walk around in the dress. Even though a couple other women had appointments at the same time as me, I never felt rushed or had to wait for a look in a mirror because they have such a large space. It was easy to make an appointment and to find the shop. I ultimately decided to have my dress custom-made, but I had a great experience here and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a dress try Signature Bridal.

After going to several bridal shops I was starting to lose faith in finding my perfect dress. Olga and all the ladies at Signature Bridal did what I was beginning to think was impossible. At the start of my appointnent Olga told us Today you are not looking for a drrss you arr looking for a feeling and she couldnt have been more right! Olga found the perfect dress that incorporated all the elements I wanted in my dress and stayed on target for budget! I could not be happier with my dress or my experience. I even picked out bridesmaid dress and flower girl dresses the same day and Olga and Candice helped us to figure out how to (with alterations) customize to fit our vision.

So this was our first bridal shop on our quest to buy a wedding dress. My daughter was very anxious (she is plus size and assumed it might be difficult or shed be picking from a very small selection. As we entered, we were greeted by Madi... and within 10 minutes my daughter was so relaxed. She was so supportive and upbeat. She never tired or got frustrated. We left to go to other places with 2 options. After three more shops, we returned to try 1 of the dresses on one more time and my daughter said yes to the dress. The dress is gorgeous and exactly what she was looking for but I think it was because of Madis attitude and helpfulness that this has become a precious memory. Thank you!

Myself and my bridesmaids had our appt a little over a month ago and from the beginning were completely unsatisfied with their customer service! If it wasn’t for MY bridesmaids and the team we brought with us we wouldn’t have got anything accomplished. The staff has no idea what is going on as well as Amber the “manager”. We had until the 24th of January to purchase the dresses and yet the work on Signature Bridals end was not done!! They did NOT email all of my bridesmaids as they said they would and when I called to ask had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Putting me on hold for at least 5mins, I hung up and called back where I was then hung up on.. called back again to the horrible customer service we dealt with from day one. I asked for the managers name where I got “Eliza” and “Amber” who I asked to call me back. Eliza immediately emailed me apologizing for not being in the store all January due to opening a second store. Assuring me the emails were sent by her that day and apologizing for them “slipping through the cracks” as well as checking with me on another one of my bridesmaids email address. Theeeeen I get an email from AMBER letting me know that due to my frustration and anger on the phone they have a zero tolerance policy and she didn’t like how I spoke to “KATIE” so now my bridesmaids will get a refund and they won’t order our dresses!!!!!!! 😡 ARE YOU SERIOUS.... IT’LL BE MY PLEASURE TO TAKE OUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My daughter and I went to Signature Bridal Salon in December 2018. My daughter lives out of town and we had made a last minute request for an appointment. The salon was able to accommodate us and they were absolutely gracious about it and, were completely welcoming even though they were clearly making it work for out last minute request. From the minute we walked in the door until the moment we left, Madi B., our sales attendant was every bride and mother of the brides dream consultant. Madi gave my daughter 100% of her attention and treated my daughter with care, kindness and, respect. Madi created an atmosphere of fun and excitement that shopping for your wedding dress deserves. My daughter and I continue to talk about that special day and how amazing Madi was at finding the perfect dress, listening to what my daughter liked, wanted and then like magic....found the right dress. My daughter found her dress that day and the smiles have never stopped. We happen to stop by unannounced yesterday as the MOH was in town and had not seen the dress yet. Well, Madi, literally drove over to the warehouse and grabbed the floor sample so my daughter could try it on for her MOH to see! What a day! The girls were so loud with crying and squealing, Madi had to get tissues for the MOHs tears! We matched earrings and that was fun! We bought the earrings! Madi again treated us like royalty and didnt flinch that we just walked in unannounced. The wedding gown will be arriving soon and we are looking forward to the dress fittings. The salon is beautiful, clean, comfortable, has a great location, plenty of parking, great restaurants nearby and, the general atmosphere is elegant comfort. The dress selection is over the top, the wedding gown selection is endless, they have something for every kind of bride. Love this salon!

I went there few weeks ago to try on bridemaid dress for my good friends special day. The lady have no communicate with me, since it cost me 30 dollars more for size and fabric.. Its like insult the obesity. Well the customer service is terrible. I will never go there again.
