I cannot say enough good things about blush bridal lounge. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the friendliness, literally everything was amazing. My stylist brought in a dress that I did not think I’d like, she kindly asked me to try it anyways and I was speechless. I showed her my inspo pics and she found a dress that had it all and then some. I loved my experience.

For some reason I was nervous about trying on dresses. We live about 7 hours away from Austin, and I felt a lot of pressure to find the “perfect” dress while I was in town. Nessa was my consultant and she was so kind and professional and made the entire experience so easy and fun. She really listened to me and nailed the style right away. I ended up choosing the 6th dress I tried on but had another appointment later that afternoon at a different bridal shop I felt obligated to go to. Nessa was totally understanding, and I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy the dress on the spot. I came back later to purchase the dress, and they allowed me to try it back on and try on many veils before I left. I was there after closing time and everyone was still so nice even after they had a long and busy day and were likely ready to go home. I walked out with a perfect dress and a perfect veil, and I could not be more pleased. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding gown.

I said yes to the dress! I should of came here from the beginning. I love this bridal shop. I live in Houston and went to 3 different bridal stores. I did put down on dress and after a week, I changed my mind. I searched the Austin area and came across Blush Bridal. They were the only store that had a really good selection of dresses that I liked. Jenna was awesome and a really big help. The place is very clean and I love how you can have your own private suite.

Had an amazing experience at Blush! It was one of the most fun days I had planning and as a plus size bride, they made me feel super comfortable and had so many options! Love my dress and the veil, felt absolutely gorgeous on the big day. Such a great spot with wonderful folks!

First of all, the shop is gorgeous. Even in the middle of the pandemic they were sweet, caring, generous, and SO helpful. Shout out to Erica for being a master dress-picker.

I was visiting from Indianapolis. This was the first dress store I went to and I did find a dress I loved. I continued shopping around as my wedding is a year and a half out. I ended up finding the dress I loved in Indianapolis. I loved the veil that I had tried on at blush and was looking forward to still being able to give them my business. I reached out multiple times to order the veil and my mom did as well, as she lives in Austin. They basically told us that they didn’t want to sell me the veil since I didn’t buy the dress from them. Turned a great experience into an awful one. Would not recommend.

Couldnt say enough great things about this place. Erica was incredible and the selection of dresses they have are gorgeous. I couldnt be happier with the dresses she selected for me to try on (especially my wedding dress!).

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Blush Bridal! I had been very nervous about shopping for wedding gowns due to being plus size, and my experience here put me completely at ease. My consultant, Regan, was AMAZING and knew before I did what my dress was. She did a wonderful job guiding me in my final decision without pressuring me. I have never felt so beautiful in my life! Also, the space is large and set up with private dressing rooms for you and your entourage. Everything about this experience was a dream.I recommend this salon, and Regan in particular, to any bride! I had the best dress shopping experience at Blush!! It was a more relaxed and fun environment compared to some other shops. I found my dress at another store but went back to Blush to purchase since they had helped me so much before. Highly recommend going here, brides to be!!

Nessa is AMAZING! Blush was the last stop for us when looking for a dress and we had already found a dress to beat. Nessa did an amazing job suggesting options, providing great energy and being extremely thorough in clipping the dress to make sure I could visualize what it could look like post tailoring. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and Nessa ended up pushing me out of my comfort zone and into a dress I LOVE!There are sooo many options and the space is large. Even the private fitting areas are roomy and no one feels cramped!

I had my bridal appointment here a few days ago and I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing my experience was! From the day that I was trying to schedule an appointment from the minute I found the dress meant for me. The space itself is wonderful for those who value having your own private suite/space for you and your group to be in to find your perfect dress. The staff are wonderful, they know what they are doing for sure! Not only did my stylist listen to what I thought I was wanting, she also pulled dresses that she thought I might like based on comments I made on other dresses. She also picked out dresses that fit my shape very well. The other staff were somewhat involved on giving me feedback as well and they were real and honest with how each dress looked. I walked out of there with a dress that I would not have expected to love but it is the perfect dress for me. I would 100% recommend coming here to not only have a wonderful experience during your dress search, but also having a huge variety of fantastic designers and options to choose from!!

I was completely blown away by the service, cleanliness and setup at Blush! Everything felt totally safe, clean and private during the appointment. I’ve been to seven other bridal boutiques and Blush beat them all by miles! Regan was an absolute delight to work with in finding my gown. She is intuitive about design, structure of the gowns, and pacing/matching the vibe of the appointment. She brought up very good points and questions that helped guide me more than any stylist I’ve been with at other stores. I definitely recommend anyone to go to Blush, and ask for Regan!

Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I purchased my dress and headpiece pre COVID. As COVID took over the world I became worried about my dress timeline and emailed constantly about the shipping status. They were always on top of updating me and answered all my questions which put my mind at ease.The people who work there are a dream. Everyone was friendly (obviously), was so real, and down to earth. They had great suggestions for alterations when we told them we werent from the ATX area.We were definitely happy campers, they were super accommodating to my group which included a 70 lb service dog. We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for absolutely everything.

Just got home from my first and only dress shopping trip - because I bought the VERY first dress Regan pulled for me. She saved it to try on last, and it was the complete aha moment Id dreamed of. Regan was so kind and hilarious, putting me and my family totally at ease. She was like my personal hype-woman and I felt like a million bucks even though I came in super self-conscious about my size. The shop was busy on a Saturday, but felt very covid-safe with private rooms for each party. We had a great time, I would recommend it to anyone.

This place is great! I would 1000% recommend! The experience was not stressful at all, and they have many options of affordable dresses! I love that they have various styles and types of gowns because I was not sure what exactly I liked. I had ideas, but after trying things on, my ideas changed and luckily, Blush Bridal had options from princess gowns to boho chic to classy, EVERYTHING! My consultant, Nessa, was so welcoming, fun, and very helpful! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and I found THE ONE! She knew exactly what questions to ask me about each dress to narrow down what I liked and didnt like about each one, to ultimately finding the dress! My dress is actually the top of one dress and the bottom of another, so this shop can do anything! Im so excited to see the finished product for my next fitting!

Jamie was a SUPERSTAR today during my appointment. She really hit every expectation and then some yesterday! Blush Bridal was my first stop and it ended up being my last as well because I fell in love with the dress almost instantly, after barely getting it on! She eyeballed a dress, didnt bring it in at first but overall decided to pull it in for me. And Im SO glad she did because that dress is now THE dress for my wedding!! Jamie really listened when I was telling her what my wants were for a dress. Everything was so clean and I felt safe and at home due to their covid policies. I had such a wonderful experience there and I cant wait to show off my dress next year! I highly recommend Blush Bridal and will send everyone I know to this amazing establishment!

The atmosphere of this place is beautiful and they have lots of dresses. However, I DID NOT LIKE THE STAFF. They were very pushy and kept trying to get me to buy a dress that I liked but wasnt sure if it was the one they also tried pulling dresses that were way over my budget and not telling me the price and my bridesmaids caught one of the employees ripping the price tags off of accessories so I would fall in love with the items before seeing how expensive they were.If you go here just dont let them sway you. I bought my DREAM dress else where with much better service.

Very happy with my experience at Blush Bridal. I went to a few other shops in Austin and this was the best experience I had. The owner helped with my appointment and found the perfect dress that was everything I wanted and in my price range. I also love that one of her “rules” at the appointment was when I tried on a dress, my group heard my thoughts first, before speaking their opinion.

This salon is beautiful! Chic decor and gorgeous selection of gowns. Our consultant was Nessa and she was EVERYTHING! Warm and upbeat right from the start. She did a great job of focusing on the bride, making her feel special, and being attentive to her dress desires. She also “jacked up” the dresses perfectly! My review is not based upon the service, because I did cancel my appt. I am writing this review because of the $50 appt. cancellation fee I was charged. Yes I was aware of this fee when I made my appointment.Basically I had made 3 different bridal shop appts. that day with the intent to find a dress. Blush was my last appointment of the day. When I ended up saying yes to the dress at another bridal salon before Blush I decided to cancel my appointment, so that I didnt waste the time of my consultant, or the establishment and possibly they could open that appointment to a bride that still needed a dress... and yes I could have went to my appointment and wasted everyones time just to save my $50 but I thought they would be understanding.I tried to call to inform them, no answer. I then emailed them, no response.I did not cancel my appointment out of lack of consideration. In fact it was the exact opposite of that reason.

I had a bridal appointment yesterday at Blush Bridal, and it was a fantastic experience! Erica was so helpful! She did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted in my dress and helped me narrow down my choices. I have a tendency to be indecisive, and Erica really made the whole process very efficient and fun! (I have a tendency to be indecisive, so that was a big help for me!) She was very respectful of my budget and helped me make selections that would work within it! The stores COVID measures helped me feel safe and comfortable while maintaining the bridal appointment experience I was looking forward to. And, I found my dress! Overall, I highly recommend going to Blush Bridal!

We had a wonderful experience at Blush. Huge selection, private fitting rooms, beautiful lighting and presentation. We felt safe and distance rules since its covid time, as we were the only clients in the building. Our consultant was knowledgeable and we indeed found THE dress. Loved thewhole experience.

They helped me find my dream dress for my wedding and were very accommodating when I made a second appointment. This is the shop to go to in ATX!!

I cant post our pictures here until after my sister-in-laws wedding, but I had to leave a review of the great service. She had been to four other bridal shops and hadnt been able to find anything. Our bridal assistant listened really carefully, helped her feel stunning in her gown and made the whole day about her in every way. They have a great selection in the under $2000 price range. Definitely will recommend to my friends as they get engaged ❤️

Not to mention she made the whole experience so fun and less stressful than I imagined. Not only did she ask me a lot of questions about my venue/date/etc., she made a lot of suggestions of how I could alter my dress to give me the perfect look and fit. I had a great experience here. Im not a avid shopper nor an expert on wedding dresses. Brought some family/friends in to help me choose a dress. Everyone picked out their favorites from the rack, mine being ones I thought for SURE were going to be a good fit, based on what I ogled over on Pinterest. My salesperson ended up finding the winning dress that everyone fawned over :). They let me take my time in making my final decision but truly, it was the dress for me. It was delivered exactly when the store estimated. It fit pretty well, too. Thanks for the happy memory!

As the mother of the bride, you want your experience with your daughter to be memorable. I must say that Blush Bridal made that memory possible for us!! Especially our bridal consultant, Nessa!! Now that girl loves her job and it shows!! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was gonna be great!! My daughter had already been to 2 other salons and we were underwhelmed...even to the point of frustration. But Nessa welcomed us with a huge smile and was the first consultant to ask her about her fiancé, about her specific tastes and she took a sincere interest in our experience there!! We were able to sit back as Nessa brought us champagne and dresses that matched her taste!!! And yes!! She finally said yes to a gorgeous dress!! Blush Bridal is top notch!! I scoured the internet for the best bridal shops in Texas and nowhere compared to Blush Bridal. I live in Houston and was pretty disappointed at the dress shops there. My cousin recommended I go to Austin and try Blush Bridal. It turned out that Blush Bridal is the only bridal store in Austin that carries the wedding dress designers that stood out to me online.The second I walked into the store, I could tell it was different than other Bridal shops Ive seen. So many bridal shops are an overwhelming mess. Blush is neatly organized, and each dress stands out on the hanger.Regan was my bridal specialist, and she explained to me that the owner handpicks each dress for her store. You can tell by looking at the showroom that every dress they carry was intentionally picked for a specific type of bride in mind. They have so many beautiful and showstopping dresses in there.My sister and my aunt accompanied me to the appointment. My mom felt bad that she couldnt fly out to help me find my wedding dress, but she is an essential healthcare worker, so she doesnt want to put people at risk. However, my moms sister lives in Austin and was able to go with me. Shes like a second mom to me and only has sons, so she was excited to experience this memory with me.Regan asked me how my fiancé and I met and what type of style wedding we wanted to throw. I told her I didnt have a full vision for my wedding dress, but I didnt want a simple white dress. I wanted it to look like a real custom wedding dress and have many intricate details to make it very different from my friends wedding dresses.Regan was phenomenal. I was so impressed by how well she knew each wedding dress designer and what details they could change to make each dress fit my body.Regan took me out to the showroom, where she picked many gowns aligned with my vision and budget. She picked so many perfect wedding dresses that I knew each of them would look incredible at my venue. Despite just meeting me, she could already pick up on the dress type style that would align with what I was looking for on my wedding day. I saw a dress on display that immediately caught my eye and asked if I could put it on. When I tried it on, I immediately fell in love with it but thought it must be way out of my budget because of how intricate its details were. To my surprise, it was within my budget. There were two other dresses that also really stood out to me.Most importantly, Regan was able to infer that one of the dresses stood out to me. Regan asked if I wanted to FaceTime my mom to be a part of this special moment and help me choose my wedding dress. I cant express how special it was that Regan offered that. My mom loved getting to feel like she was there with me. My mom agreed that she loved the dress, and I said yes to it. It is a beautiful Enzoani gown that is everything I wanted in a dress. This is a true testament to how passionate the owner is that she is willing to take the time to find beautiful and unique gowns that are also affordable.Regan then got Abby to help take my measurements to make sure it will fit just right. Abby was so professional and was also very well equipped to know exactly how long Enzoanis team made the dress and the estimated timeline. Abby gave me many helpful tips on what to expect for the upcoming fittings and how to prepare for it.I am so grateful to Blushs team for making this day truly special for my family and me. Their associates are very professional and well-versed in each of the designers their store carries and their team. This is such an incredible resource for someone like me who knows very little about the wedding industry.Overall I had a great experience at Blush and will definitely recommend their store to my friends when looking for their gowns in the future.

I had SO much trouble finding a dress before Blush bridal. I had been to numerous other boutiques and always felt rushed, and like my stylist wasn’t listening to what I wanted. Nessa began our appointment but sitting me down and asking me to think about how I felt in the dresses I would be trying on- and reminded me not to worry about the little details but to really take in how the dress made me feel. She was wonderful and Blush made it so easy!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say and will recommend them to any brides I know.

I made the drive from San Antonio to try Blush after following them for a while on social media, and man am I glad I did! I had been to 3 other bridal salons before coming here, and Ive got to say it was the BEST experience Ive ever had. Nessa was my consultant, and she was absolutely phenomenal. We swapped stories on life, love, and family, and she truly made me feel more beautiful than Ive ever felt in my whole life. We laughed and cried together, and everyone went out of their way to help me find the perfect wedding dress for my budget. Thank you Nessa and Kristen! Not only did I leave with the most beautiful dress, but I feel like I left with new friends.If you are looking for a bridal gown, Blush should be your first and last stop. Blush Bridal Lounge had the best atmosphere, customer service and quality of any of the bridal stores I visited in Austin. Kara was so welcoming the minute I walked in the door. I told her what I was looking for, budget, material, etc. and the first dress she pulled for me was ultimately the one. That is what you want/need while dress shopping, someone who can help guide you through the confusing process of narrowing it down. Kara knew the dresses she had in the store and guided me directly to it. Not only do I love the dress I purchased, but every other dress I tried on were potential candidates as well. Tells you something about the quality and selection of designers they carry! Overall, great experience. I had a private dressing room that had wonderful decor and ambiance, complete privacy. It was absolutely instagram worthy if you are looking for a cute, I said yes to the dress picture to finish off your experience.

My experience at Blush Bridal was everything I could have hoped for. The staff was so friendly and really was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to sell a dress. Nessa was helping me and she was an absolute sweetheart - so accommodating of our group. The boutique was clean, there were PLENTY of dresses to choose from, and it just had really good vibes. I would absolutely recommend going there if you’re looking for the dress of your dreams!

Right away Nessa asked me questions about my vision for my dress, budget, and other things to quickly make me realize she is a PRO! I did end up choosing a dress from Blush Bridal and I’m so excited!! I would recommend this experience to every bride- to -be!!

Long story short. I left three voicemails and sent an email trying to provide my credit card information to secure my appointment over the period of at least two weeks. I was told they had no record of me. As a small business in the wedding industry here in Austin, Im beyond disappointed with how the last voicemail I returned was on 7/3/20 and hadnt heard anything back. Via Messenger, I was told the following: Hello Samantha :) We unfortunately have no record of any messages (phone or email) about confirming your appt with us and/or submitting your credit card info. Good news though, we fortunately do have a spot still open at that time! However, when searching for your appt request, I did see you wish to find a gown in the $800 range. Because we like to be respectful of brides budgets, it is important to note our gowns begin at around $1300, and average around $2000. If your budget is firm, we might suggest our sister store, Second Summer Bride - which has a wonderful selection upholding your original price point. Ladies and gents find your gown else where especially since how this situation was handle during a global pandemic. I suggested they may want to communicate ahead of time about the brides budget and store inventory pricing.

During the purchase of my wedding gown, I asked sales associate, ABBY, what would the cancellation policy would be. She said if I changed my mind, designers take cancellations within 24 up to 48 hrs from the day of the purchase. For very personal reasons, I had to cancel the purchase. So, I called the store 48 business hrs from the day of the purchase and they wouldnt let me. Because I couldnt cancel, I decided to keep the gown.The contract said that the gown will be ready in JUNE eta as you can see in the contract pic bellow. It is July, and I have not received the gown. Because of this delay, I have lost the two deposits on a photo-shoot session that was gonna do with the dress yesterday. This puts me in a very financial disadvantage. Not to mentioned the anxiety caused by owners (Erika) phone call when she called yesterday to yell at me that I was not getting a refund. Thus, a Better Business Bureau complaint has been filled against this store.As of result of the abusive phone call by owner, two options were given: lose the $908.48 or pay the other half which at this point cant afford since I lost the deposits from the photo-shoot. If I decide NOT to get the dress, they keep the $908.48 AND the dress. That is so UNFAIR.This is not only about the emotional distress that this store have put me through, but the vague, unrealistic contract that this store provided me. LADIES, this store is benefiting from customers pain and money. I cant sleep. I cant focus at work. I constantly check my email to see if I get a response. I cried for everything.Blush Bridal staff not only provided false information regarding their 48 hrs cancellation policy and gave me unrealistic contracts, but they benefited from customers pain and financial lost. If the complaint with the BBB vote on their favor, they get to resell the dress for its actual cost ($1816.977) and keep the $908 deposit. Not fair! Not fair!

Blush Bridal and Kara have made a lasting impression- Only been to a few bridal shops prior, my friend and I traveled from another city seeking the perfect wedding dress. They have an incredible selection for all sizes and shapes of women. Kara was amazing and she did a great job picking out dresses custom to our wants and needs. I highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride to be to find the perfect dress!

I am very impressed! Kristin, my sales associate, was amazing. Im one of those girls thats never had a vision of my wedding dress or even cared. (They all look the same to me!) Kristin understood that and presented many dresses that looked great on me. I was shocked that she could tell which dress would look good on my body shape. She made the entire experience enjoyable and made my family and I feel very comfortable.I was back and forth between two dresses (I tried on both dresses many times) and she gave me great advice, was patient with me and let me think through my choice. I would highly recommend Blush Bridal Lounge! The store isnt too large or overwhelming and the sales associates are knowledgeable.

My mother and I went to practically every bridal boutique in Austin looking for my dress. Blush was by far the best when it came to customer service and their selection was great! A lot of the dresses are non traditional but there were many traditional options as well. Most were at a great price point, which was one of my complaints with some of the other boutiques we visited. (I couldnt justify spending a fifth of my budget on a dress I will only wear once). I picked my dress on my second appointment with Blush and am very happy with the dress I ended up with. Special thanks to Kristen the manager who helped me out!

I had the best experience with Reesa at Blush Bridal! I went with my mom, sister, and my best friend and from the beginning the experience was everything you could want for purchasing your wedding gown. We were greeted with champagne and desserts and they made everything fun and relaxed. I also got insanely lucky and happened to be there during a Hayley Paige trunk show, so as I bonus I got to meet the women who designed the dress I ultimately picked. However, I didnt decide on my dress that day, and even went back for a second appointment with Reesa a month later so decide between two dresses. They were so accommodating, not pushy, and incredibly patient with me. I went to a few salons and this was by far the best experience I had, I have recommended Blush to any friend getting married in Austin.

This place is truly amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The atmosphere is so cute and the people are so sweet. Gina especially made this experience one of the best for me and my crew. We had our own little room, with comfy couches and a fan (trying on wedding dresses is a workout for sure). I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on, but still wanted to try on the others. They never made me feel rushed or silly and as a plus-size bride, I was a bit worried. If youre in the area, you will not go wrong by going here.

This boutique is super cute! Shana is AMAZING! She made my experience flawless! I highly recommend this boutique if youre getting married and looking for a wedding dress! I only tried on 5 dresses before I found THE ONE! I saw on IG Shana had a designer coming from Israel and one of my friends was modeling her line of dresses. I was obsessed when I saw them and had to meet her & try one her dresses! Naama just happened to be here in Austin the weekend I made an appointment!!!!! I was so honored to meet her! Naama is one heck of a designer and Im looking forward to seeing her blow up!!! Her line is to die for!! Shana and Naama make one heck of a team!

Blush Bridal was the most amazing experience and I will cherish the memories there forever. I had so much fun with my girls and found the perfect wedding dress. You have a whole room for your party and a curtain to still surprise everyone with your look. Ebony was so perfect, helpful, and fun! I had to go to another appointment afterward and it was so awkward and uncomfortable. Do not waste your time booking appointments elsewhere. Make this your first stop before anything else!

I had a wonderful experience at Blush Bridal. I was an out-of-state bride looking for something unique and not too formal. The owner of the salon and the sales associate both went out of their way to make the experience extremely comfortable and personal. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Great experience!!

I was so nervous about not finding a dress that I would fall in love with but my first stop was Blush Bridal and it turned out to be my only stop! I found an amazing dress in an hour! Abby was SO helpful and all the dresses I picked were under $2000! I was so happy...Love this place!

The selection is massive and the decor and vibe is so great! Abby is amazing. She really knows the selection and was great at reading what I wanted. On top of all that, she was so fun to be around and work with.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Blush Bridal. After receiving my dress, my seamstress notified me that my dress was not going to be long enough to wear heels. This was such a shock to me since the sample I tried on was the perfect length. I am only 59 which is tall, but not too tall. It would have been very helpful if the wedding consultant had mentioned that the dress might not be long enough or run on the shorter side. I would probably have chosen another dress. Along with the dress I purchased, I added a belt. When the belt arrived, it was two sizes too large. Since the belt was too large, I had to pay additional to have it altered. The store had my measurements on file so I am not sure why they would have ordered it this way. I would definitely recommend to try other bridal stores in Austin before visiting Blush.

Let me lay it down for yall. This is the BEST bridal shop in Austin, nay, Texas! Maybe the world. My day started at 5 am in London, England. The only thing getting me through the day was the thought that I would have my appointment 2 hrs after I landed back home in Austin with my MOH, mom, godmother, and future mother-in-law. Im on the train to the airport when I see my flight is delayed 2 hours. Great. I freak out and contact everyone. Ive been looking forward to this for weeks. Then we get delayed another 30 minutes before finally jetting off. When I landed, I had the opportunity to still come to Blush. I basically ran through customs (left my maid of honor at baggage!) and jumped in an Uber. I arrived exhausted, near heat stroke, and sweaty. Not only did Blush forgive my lateness, they took such good care of me. Cat was amazing. She didnt rush me, we took our time and I calmed down. Yall, I found the dress. It was hard because theyre all so beautiful, but Cat was so good at her job that she narrowed it down to a dress that felt like me. It was like magic. Best selection, best customer service, best everything. Ive been up for 24 hrs at this point but I had to write a review because they made an awful day into one of the most special in my life.

I am so floored with how flawless our experience was with Blush on Wednesday! Gina was our appointment specialist who got me in and out of some of the most beautiful dresses my family and I had seen during our long winded wedding dress hunt (we went to 5 bridal shops to make sure we had a bunch of options to choose from). Not only were their high quality dresses unique and priced fairly, Gina provided some great advice and was so fun to work with! They have an extensive collection of gowns to fit various budgets and we were given first class treatment from start to finish. I just put down the deposit on my fairy tale wedding dress with Blush and I am so looking forward to seeing this amazing staff again in a few short months when it comes in! When my sister was going through the wedding dress shopping process a little over two years ago, we came to Blush. We had to came back when it was my turn to shop because they are so clearly the best of the best. It was no surprise our second trip to them exceeded expectations yet again. This was the first bridal store I went to to try on dresses. I absolutely loved it. The selection was just right, enough dresses but not overwhelming. The place was trendy and decorated nice and the dressing room was private (you didnt have to walk out in front of eveyone). Nothing over the top, cant say I had an experience there, but a excellent place to shop with great employees.

Walking into Blush was like stepping into a spa for brides. The lounge itself is in adorably decorated cottage, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It was obvious that the staff has not only a good amount of experience, but a great eye and good taste. Thank you for making that moment special. I had a veritable blast.

I really do not have enough words to describe how incredible my experience with Blush has been. I found my perfect dress this weekend and could not have been happier from the very first day I called to schedule my appointment to today.Every single question and request was met with enthusiastic and helpful responses, which was not my experience at another local shop. For example, I had a bit of a larger group of family and friends wanting to join me for my special day. While the other shop made me not only move my appointment to the very end of the day, but scolded and warned me about appropriate group behavior as though Im a child, Blush warmly assured me that it would be absolutely no issue.Blush has such an incredible and wide selection of dresses and the store is immaculate. The bridal suites are just amazing - with separate rooms for each group so that your together every step of the way. Plus, it makes the experience that much more intimate and special. You truly feel like youre the only person in the store!Abby was so sweet and really helped me manage all of the emotions a dress shopping day can bring! She listened to my preferences and ideas and always put me first. Even when my group wanted me to try something I hadnt necessarily picked out, she would look at me and ask if I was okay with it before they brought it to me - a small but hugely considerate thing to do IMO.Dress shopping in Austin can be overwhelming, and most bridal shops can make you feel rushed with stringent appointment cutoffs. Feeling the pressure that you have to go go go just to squeeze in your dresses before youre kicked out of the door can be really stressful. Abby reassured me that this was not the case and never made me feel like I had to speed up the process. Since Blush was our first stop of the day, they even let us come back to let me try on the dress one last time as I made my decision which was obviously to become a Blush Bride with my dream dress! Even after I had decided, they stayed with us almost an hour after they closed to let me prance around the store in my dress. They could have easily rushed us out since it was a done deal but yall, they even let me try on accessories and just sit and stare at myself in this gorgeous dress because I just never wanted to take it off - seriously, how awesome is that!When planning a wedding, you start to really notice when vendors and consultants stand out from the crowd and go the extra mile to make your day special - the Blush team fits that description. From the small things like calling to personally confirm your appointment (versus automated text/email) to constantly treating you as a friend rather than a customer, Blush has set the bar high for all of my future wedding planning needs.My advice - make Blush your last (or only) stop of the day because no other shop in Austin will compare!

Erica (or Erika?) was amazing! I went there with my mom and my sister and Erica and I instantly clicked. I told her the vision I wanted, the dress I wanted and the overall look. She was very attentive and was very enthusiastic which contributed greatly to the experience. When I finally decided which dress I loved the most but wasnt so certain about the price tag, she was not pushy at all --- in fact she even left the room for my family and I to talk. After 30 minutes or so, my mom surprised me and said this was the right one and that she would help me pay so Im very happy to say that I said Yes to the Dress and thank you so much Erica for your help!

Like with any bridal salon please make an appointment. Wonderful selection of gowns that is unlike another in Austin. Heres a helpful hint, if you dont want to be handed an old strapless bra thats been tried on hundreds of times than bring your own.

Amazing selection of gowns in a totally adorable space! I worked with Abby, who was so helpful and sweet and did an incredible job of helping me figure out what style of dresses worked for me and making amazing recommendations.

We worked with Jaime at Blush and we feel so blessed to have had her as our consultant! She was so much fun, made everyone feel comfortable and at home, and helped pick the perfect dress! The only negative comment I would give would be directed toward the designer, Enzoani. My dress came in and spelt like fish, and had black threads all in it! Naturally I was upset, but I called Jaime and they did a complimentary treatment and made the dress look, and smell, perfect! This shows how awesome their customer service is. They kept great contact with me through the entire process, and treated me like a princess. Thank you Blush Bridal!

I was excited to go try on wedding dresses here despite the fact that their parking lot is a small box. the dresses they carry are beautiful and they have great accessories. the sales girl we met with didnt seem happy to be there and showed no enthusiasm when i tried on dresses. im not saying all their staff is that way, just the girl we got. needless to say, i found my dress elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at Blush Bridal. After searching in three Houston salons and one in Chicago, we moved back to Austin.I went in randomly one weekday afternoon, just to see if there was anything that caught my eye and was worthwhile of scheduling an appointment - and - they were not only ok with my perusing for the sake of determining if I needed an appointment - they appreciated it as it lessened the chances of anyones time being wasted.When I came back for my appointment that Saturday, I was amazed at their selection - big enough to speak to a variety of styles, yet not overwhelming, and far better than what had seen in Houston and Chicago. I, myself, was finding myself drawn to a variety of styles, from slinky sheath, to fit-and-flare mermaid-ish, to full-on cupcake Bride - and they had those all, plus some!I love the changing rooms as theyre large, comfortable, and allow natural light, which really does have an effect on the look of the dress. Bring a strapless bra if you think youll need it, and I highly recommend wearing spanx for the appointment as it makes getting into and out of dresses much more efficient and easy!The sales associates I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and when I left without purchasing The Dress right away, they didnt make me feel ashamed like some salons can do. Two weeks later, I again randomly just popped in and ordered my dress!
