Great service.Edit: we didnt like the mattress we got so we decided to return it under their free return policy. When we went the first time we were told that we wouldnt be charged anything to get the mattress exchanged with another one but then we were told on our second visit for the exchange that we were going to be charged 99$ fee for picking up the mattress. After much haggling and unnecessary arguments the sales rep called someone and did us a favor of not charging us anything. Why go down that dirty & draining path of haggling or make false promises in the first place when you could make it simpler by talking straight and honestly.

What a remarkable experience! I didnt know buying a bed would be so easy. I barely knew what i wanted, thought my credit would limit me, didnt expect to find MY bed. Bethany came to my rescue! She was informative, experienced, and an absolute delight. It was a drive, i live in leander, but well worth it. I will send everyone to Bethany!

I hope this review sums it up. Mattress Firm on 290, Austin Texas has the best customer service anybody can ask for. I recently purchased a therapeutic bed that I do not regret at all. This is one purchase that is worth it. Well anyway I was so impressed with the customer service and quality that I had to go back and make another purchase. I also want to give the delivery guys credit too. They did an awesome job and had good customer service. You will definitely have my continued business and I highly will be recommending. I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame in January and both products were high quality and reasonably priced. It cost more than I anticipated spending, but I don’t regret it at all. The mattress is soft, but firm and stays as cool and comfortable as the other side of a pillow. The customer service experience was among the best be ever had. This is the second mattress I’ve purchased from them and they have my business for life.

Not only was he extremely helpful in helping us select the best bed for our needs he got us a great deal too on the bed and adjustable base. Typically this is what you expect when you go into a store but Will went above and beyond with his service. We were returning a bed from another vendor because it ended up not being the right bed for our needs and Will worked with us on this transition and had it organized so the previous bed got picked up in the morning and our new bed delivered that afternoon. This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a mattress! I came in with a foam mattress in mind and a certain price range and Barret and George were so incredibly helpful. Seriously, the customer service was out of this world. The mattress was located across the street at their other location and Barret followed me over there to help. I seriously could go on and on with the compliments but the bottom line is you will be taken care of if you come to this location. I had actually been trying to purchase a mattress from Sam’s and it kept falling through for random reasons ( the warehouse was out, the mattress had been discontinued, etc) but in the end it looks like it was a blessing in disguise. Every time we have a mattress need we get the no BS salespeople at this particular location so I trust them and they seem to always get us in and out of there in less then 20 minutes which is fantastic for a mattress purchase. There is a location closer to me now but I always go back to these guys.

I bought a memory foam mattress that failed in less than a year. Paid for their inspector only to be DENIED.They said the frame was wrong. They will use any excuse to void warranty. I.E a stain frame or any other bs You will wait months.to get service and if they do honor the warranty it will still cost you money!
